Browser cannot display E3200 router web page from ethernet connection but can from wireless

I have installed my E3200 downstream from the Verizon FiOS Actiontec (going the other way disables FiOS functions).
1. My browser can get to the E3200 (192.168.1.2) when connected via wireless, but not when connected via ethernet cable.
     How do I fix that?
2. When going to connect wirelessly, the 2GHz connection is visible but the 5 GHz connection is not
     (I have them named differently).
     How do I see both wireless connections?

My browser cannot get to my E3200 setup web page from a wired Ethernet connection (wireless works fine).
The Linksys E3200 (1Gb ethernet, “n” wireless) is installed downstream from a Verizon FiOS Actiontec router (10/100 ethernet, “g” wireless).
I cannot put the E3200 upstream from the Verizon router because I would lose FiOS TV capabilities.
The E3200’s fixed IP address is 192.168.1.2 (the Verizon router is 192.168.1.1)
I cannot change the subnet (e.g. to 192.168.2.x)
Clearing the browser cache and rebooting both routers doesn’t help.
Both computers tested have dual band “n” network adapters.
So... wireless connection works fine, but I cannot get to the setup page via wired ethernet.

Can display Web pages from servlet but not applet?

I have been able to display real-world Web pages from a simple servlet using JDeveloper 3.0, but can't figure out how to do the same from an applet. Any hints?

My previous post had the detail...Probably a simple question from a relative novice. I'm having a problem just viewing web pages by calling them from a "list" of URLs in an applet. I built an applet with a split pane that has a JTree on one side and an "HTML viewing pane" on the other. I can click JTree nodes to display local html files, but I don't understand how to display web pages from the Internet. Do I need something like HyperlinkListener to make the jump to "hyper-world"???

Icloud wont sync web pages from phone...

basically the new feature of picking up web pages from your phone (mine is a 4s up to date) to you macpro (brand new 13 with mountain lion) isnt working..... Im not really mad worrining about it, it would just be a nice feautre to have. When i do click the icould symbol on top of my web page all it says is that icould automatically shows open tabs on you devices.... I have six on my phone that are not showing up. Anyone else having this problem?

also, i hate internet explorer but icloud always opens in it... how do i switch it to open in chrome?

Removing web pages from "Favorites"

I'm trying to remove old web pages from the "favotites" in the top bar area. I tried highlighting then deleting but not working. Any advice would be greatly appreciate it.

I found a little workaround that gives me what i need:
1. I create the psp page in Dreamweaver
2. Load it in to my test database with loadpsp.
3. Copy the procedure body from the test database into a PL/SQL Dynamic Content region.
The only changes i have to make are changing the procedure parameters to use htmldb bind variables.

Safari not displaying images on web pages

My Safari was working fine and then all of a sudden the images stopped displaying in the web pages. I thought maybe it was because my browser needed an update. I installed Safari 5 but i'm still having the same problem. I read in another forum that one should clear the cashe and trash the Safari preference file (com.apple.safari.plist)). i cleared the cashe but i'm not sure where to find the safari preference file. can someone please help??

On Vista, the plist file is in a hidden folder, but I don't immediately associate that particular plist with trouble displaying images on Windows systems. (Especially not on Safari 4.0.x installations, when the issue started for you.)
Can you check something for me? (This isn't going to be a cure in itself, but it will point us towards the most profitable lines of further troubleshooting.)
Create a new Windows User account with full administrative rights. Log out of your usual account and log into the new account. (Don't use fast user switching to move between accounts.)
Launch Safari in the new account. Do images display in web pages in the new account?
(If they do display, we'll focus on preferences and settings files in the usual user account. If they don't display, we'll check on damaged Apple Application Support and Safari program files.)

Restart your Mac and immediately hold down the Shift key when you hear the startup chime to boot into Safe Mode. Keep holding the Shift key until you see a progress bar towards the bottom of the screen. You can let go of the Shift key at that point.
OS X asks you to log in (you will get this screen on a Safe Mode boot even if your Mac is set to automatically log in). Let the Mac finish booting to the desktop and then restart normally. This will clear Font Book's database and the cache files of the user account you logged into in Safe Mode.
Next, close all running applications. From an administrator account, open the Terminal app and enter the following command. You can also copy/paste it from here into the Terminal window:
sudo atsutil databases -remove
Terminal will then ask for your admin password. As you type, it will not show anything, so be sure to enter it correctly.
This removes all font cache files. Both for the system and the current user font cache files. After running the command, close Terminal and immediately restart your Mac.

Why does Firefox no longer display .php suffix web pages which are in my Mac?

I have a question about Firefox 14.0.1 displaying .php suffix web page files which are in a Mac running Mountain Lion OS 10.8. In eaarlier versions of Mac OS, for example 10.4.7, I was able to see properly displayed web page files with .html and .php suffixes when those web page files were in my computer. I refer to seeing the page as it should properly display, not seeing the source code. If a page had a .php suffix, the browser displayed the page properly although any php scripts embedded in that page were ignored.
Apple occasionallly updated its OS and browser makers occasionally updated browsers. One day, I noticed that Safari no longer displayed web page files in my Mac if those pages had a .php suffix. However, Firefox and other browsers continued to display web page files with .php suffixes although the embedded php scripts were ignored.
Now, I have Mountain Lion in iMac.
I can no longer see .php suffix web page files in my computer regarless of the browser I use. No browser displays those pages.

In my computer, I have html and php suffix web page files I want to see using a browser. The files I want to see and the browser both are in my computer. Html files display perfectly with one exception: if php scripts are embedded in the html files, the scripts are ignored. A file the name of which ends with ".php" will not be displayed regardless of whether there is a php script in the file. Safari displays the source code only. Chrome does not display the file at all. Firefox and SeaMonkey, which displayed .php suffix web page files in earlier versions of the Mac OSm now respond to such pages by providing a dialog box which seems to assume that the file is about to be downloaded from the Internet. The dialog box asks me if I want to use the browser to open the file or if I want to save it to disk. The file is on the disk at the time, and the computer is disconnected from the Internet. With Firefox 14.0.1, I can see .php suffix web pages which are on the Internet or in a 10.4.7 Mac but not in a 10.8 Mac. Did I miconfigure Firefox? It seems unlikely that Firefox lost the ability to display pages in Mac OS 10.8 which it displays in `10.4.7. How can I solve this web page display problem?

Haroon mentions two solutions. I used the easier one, which is to start the Apache webserver already in Mountain Lion and to enable the php already in Mountain Lion. It worked. I see the file correctly displayed with html, css, and php. I see the page by using Firefox. I enter an address in the address bar. For example, the address might be "localhost/example/example.php". I cannot see the page by using Firefox's "Open File ..." menu option or by dragging the file's icon onto Firefox's icon. I tried using your solution also but was unable to find the specific preference to modify. I found the page of preferences which may be modified but I could not find the one I need. By the way, to enable loading the php module, one uncomments a line of code by deleting the initial "#" character, and one does that by pressing control key and "P" key while the cursor is over the "#" character.
Also by the way, when I use Firefox or Safari to look at the Apache web directory in which my files are, the files are listed case sensitively. For example, the files are listed: Ace, Zygote, bar. This is because lower case follows upper case. THis annoys me. I prefer case insensitive listing. When I llok directly athe directory without using a browser, the files are listed case insensitively. For example, they are listed: Ace, bar, Zygote. I guess taht Apache is doing this.

Go step by step and test.
1. Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.
    Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly. It will take a while.
    Restart the computer.
    Start up in Safe Mode.

    Safari > Preference > Advanced
    Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
    Develop menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.
    Click Develop and select "Empty Caches" from the dropdown.
3. Deselect Proxies if selected.
    System Preference > Network > Advanced > Proxies Tab
    Under "Select Protocol", uncheck any box if selected.

When I try to send a Safari web page via Mail, Mail locks up!

Desktop screen hides safari web pages. How correct this?

I made the mistake of fiddling with display resolution. After I did, my desktop screen hides Safari web pages and most of the address bar.
In addition when using Safari and now Foxfire (which is not hidden) there is a border on the screen (fainter color than the rest of screen) which results in cursor hitting the border too often making the web page disappear. Apple Support, for which I paid, could not figure out how to fix this. Why would the border
have developed.

If you are in full screen mode then you can hover the mouse to the top to make the Navigation Toolbar and Tab bar appear.<br />
You can click the Maximize button at the top right to leave full screen mode or right click empty space on a toolbar and use "Exit Full Screen Mode" or press F11.

What that button does is sync your tabs between your devices. So if you have multiple macs with Mountain Lion and/or devices with iOS 6 (once it comes out this fall) you can pick up where you left off. For example, let's say I have apple.com, nytimes.com, and facebook.com open on my mac, but I need to run. Later, if I need to use another computer in my household, I can just restore the tabs that I was using before on this other mac.
