I have a Macbook Pro v10.5.8, is it possible to upgrade to Mountain Lion as thats what the Macstore is telling me to do?

My iPhone 4s developed a WiiFi fault which it was not possible to resolve. The phone was just over 1 year old. I visited the Apple store to see a Genius. The only assistance they were able to offer to me was to sell me a reconditioned phone. Right?

My 1 year and 1 month old iPhone 4s developed a WiiFi fault which it was not possible to resolve. I visited the Apple store in Brighton for the assistance of a Genius. He too was unable to resolve the fault. He said that as the phone was over a year old that there was nothing that he could do for me as the phone carries a 1 year warranty. He offered to sell me a reconditioned iPhone 4s as a replacement. This cost me a further £150.00. I was/am still paying for the phone through my contract, the phone that I no longer have!
A work collegue had a similar fault with his iPhone, although his phone was older by approx 6 to 10 months. He did what I did and visited the local Apple store to see a Genius and was straight away offered a brand new replacement phone for no additional payment.
Has anyone else had a similar experience and does anyone have any advice? I am furious about this double standard of customer support! And I can not find a way to email to Apple directly for customer service advice!

Thank you for your advice. If I lived closer to the store I would do just that. By using the forum it was not my intention to breach any TOS.
I speak to collegues and people advise me to email to Apple. They say that Apple always looks after its customers. I only wish to find a way to email to Apple to see if there is anything that they can do for me. I suspect not.
You regular forum users appear to me to be well versed Apple device users and as such maybe you could point me in the right direction to be able to email to customer support as I can not find a link!

Edge Reflow and responsive Bootstrap

Is it possible to use Adobe Edge Reflow with an existing front-end framework like Bootstrap?
It would be nice to be able to work and modify Bootstrap elements (like buttons and forms) in Reflow. Do the responsive layouts. And then export CSS that could be used with the Responsive Bootstrap Framework.

Please do! I think the possibility to work with the leading standard frameworks (ie Bootstrap) is a huge success factor for this editor. My first impression is that it seems like a nice program. Designing in Photoshop is slow when it comes to responsive layout. And the fact that the PS renders fonts so different from the webkit engine and lacks CSS effects meens that designers have to look for something else. But if this prg is going to be a "hit" it have to output decent HTML/CSS.

The designer is usually someone who just handles the user interface portion of the code. The developer would handle core functionality. I assumed you were the developer and the designer was the designer. You are the client and your "designer" is the developer.
Ideally, you should create a business account so that you can add someone to your team. That is the way it is supposed to work. Otherwise, you will have to ask for the final source code so that you can build and submit the app yourself. You should always have the source code regardless. You should always perform the submission under your own account too. Otherwise, it is the developer's app, not yours.
Sharing accounts is against the Apple Developer agreement anyway. The App Store Gold Rush is over. Now it is mostly zombie apps and competing fraudsters. You don't want to give someone access to your iTunes account. You really don't want to give someone access to your bank account either.
The best solution would be to convert your account to a business account. You may be able to have the developer submit the app and then transfer it to you.

It is possible. Only be very careful how you handle the source fiels. Dev 6.0 opens & converts D2K 2.1 sources without any warning.
So, once you saved some fmb/pll with dev 6.0, you will no longer be able to open them with D2k 2.1.
So, imho, it's best to decide which of the two you'll use, although you may have them both on the same PC.

More than one conequent in an association rule possible with SQL Developer?

Is it somehow possible to show more than one element in the consequence? According to the article http://docs.oracle.com/cd/B28359_01/datamine.111/b28129/algo_apriori.htm#autoId2 it seems not to be possible:
"Oracle Data Mining supports association rules that have one or more items in the antecedent and a single item in the consequent."
But is it somehow possible to (mathematically?) prove that e.g. xx, yy -> zz is the same as zz -> xx, yy? Or is there any other way to show more consequent items?
For example I have the rule a,b,c -> d, e. How can I find this rule with the limitation of a single element in the consequence?
Any help will be apreciated!

The Oracle AR model only has one consequent.
You can, however, write queries to extract out rules of interest that are filtered by both antecedent and consequent items along with other metrics.

We want to update the status of the invoice in the document image system from the status in the SAP system, so whether it is still open or has been paid and cleared. Is there a BAPI that gives the status information (and possibly more) of a specific vendor open item?

Are you sure about that? Several highly regarded, widely downloaded apps, e.g., eReader, have an option to hide the status bar. The developer forums are awash in discussions about the commands to hide the status bar-- it's built in to the SDK.
I figure someone will have put out a small program that does nothing but hide the status bar or allow its tweaking... much like StatusBar does on the Palm OS 5 PDAs...

Is it possibly to have iTunes music play out of both the computer and Apple TV while simultaneously using Airplay Mirroring to view the computer screen on the TV? Whenever I try, by clicking on 'computer' radial button for volume in iTunes Airplay, the TV automatically reverts to the Apple TV screen. I usually end up using preferences to 'bring back' the audio to the computert while leaving the picture on the tv, but this means i have to suffer from the inferior sound quality of my Macbook internal speakers.

I use Flash to develop a movie that runs when a user installs a new version of my companies software, and allows the user to access the user documentation and software installations at the click of a button. I use ActionScript to control the flow of the movie based on radio buttons that the user selects so that they are only provided with information relevant to them.
I have been asked if Flash can determine whether a program is installed on the user's computer which can then be used to determine the flow of the movie.
Can anybody help me please? Ideally I would like to know if it is possible along with information on how to do this.

Oracle SQL Developer (Not seeing object names within the interface)

Hello,
I was finally able to perform an export/import from our production environment to our training environment. Anyway, this was done using the SYS account and for some reason, I have an issue where in Oracle SQL Developer, there are no object names being displayed, but the objects do exist within SQLPLUS if I should query the table.
The following error message displays when I refresh any of the objects folders within SQL Developer:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This thread is a bit old, but I thought it would be worth while responding (as I was wondering the same thing a day ago).
The answer to the OP's concern(s) is YES, you can install DAQmx on your Windows 7 embedded TPC-2212 touch panel device while connecting to your cDAQ hardware. YES, it will function (depending on your memory constraints). DAQmx BASE is NOT a requirement (which, to me, seems very ambiguous if you're referring to NI's documentation for the LabVIEW Touch Panel Module).
My confusion began when it seemed using the Touch Panel Module for the 2212 was a requirement, not an option. If one proceeds with this assumption, then referring to the TPM documentation:

NOTE: this link above is to an older version, but the content itself (also installed locally with the TPM in \\manuals\TPC_Getting_Started.pdf) remains relatively unchanged.
Section "Installing Additional Tools" clearly states "You must install additional tools on the target depending on the functionality you need." Immediately following is the installation procedures for DAQmx Base. You'll see the same statement in the LabVIEW help files that get installed with the TPM on your development machine. Nowhere does it state, for Windows Embedded, that it's possible to use DAQmx itself.
Because DAQmx is a bit of a heavy weight, you'll probably want to go with the Runtime (with MAX) as I did:
Search for 'NI DAQmx Run-Time Engine - Configuration with MAX'. I would have posted a link, but NI's site was down for maintenance at the time of this post.
Connect to your 2212 over a network connection (I just used a cross over cable and connected directly). Create a shared directory and copy the downloaded installer on over - install. You could, of course, download direct if your 2212 is already networked with web access.
I have my test station application running beautifully with an attached (USB) cDAQ chassis loaded with a variety of modules.
I hope this post is as useful for somebody else as it would have been for me.

Jdeveloper is mandatory for any customization or new devlopement in E-buisness Suite ,so without Jdeveloper ,it is not possible in EBS.
Note:416708.1 on Metalink has a list of all the JDev patches for the various releases of Oracle Applications.
