Is it possible to download a program purchased in 2011 (past the 3 year mark)?

I purchased Adobe Flash cs5.5 for my school in 2011. This summer the school updated Windows and Flash was deleted off of my computer. I was trying to redownload Flash but am not seeing how. I read somewhere that there is a 3 year download cut off. Is this true? Can I still download even if it is? If so how?

There is no cut off for downloads though there might be a cutoff for whatever license you might have obtained.

If the downloads are gone, it's possible that Windows is removing the downloads based on security policies set in IE. I realize that sounds strange, but it's related to Firefox's feature of submitting downloads to your virus scanner and marking them as having come from the internet.
To test this theory, you could try disabling the scan feature. I assume you have good "real time" antivirus protection which checks every file saved to your hard drive. (If not, you really should get that, and you can use Microsoft's free [http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/security-essentials Microsoft Security Essentials] for now until you have time to review all the available choices.)

I understand that the OP failed to do research. But then, I wasn't replying to the OP. I was replying to Chris. I have Verizon. I can talk and use data at the same time with my Droid Maxx. Therefore, the problem is not just with the network. It would be technically possible for an iPhone to do that on Verizon/Sprint if Apple had chosen to use a different chip, such as the kind other phone manufacturers have elected to use.
Of course, this is probably all irrelevant to the OP's issue. It was merely a point of clarification, especially for those people who are used to being able to use both voice and data at the same time on Verizon. When they switch to an iPhone, they are often surprized at the limitation.

Because apps are licensed for sale only in specific countries by the developers, and for iTunes Store and credit card security and anti-fraud purposes you need an AppleID and billing address in the country you are buying from.
Just because it is a digital download does not mean licensing and local commerce laws and taxes do not apply, like they would to a physical item.

Can't download my previously purchased Pages 2011

I have a 2006 MacBook that will only allow installation of OS X Lion and I decided to reinstall and "simplify" my application selection. I went to reinstall my previously purchased Pages 2011 (and iPhoto 2011) but am told that I can't since: "We could not complete your purchase. Pages can’t be installed on “Davids_MacBook” because Mac OS X version 10.9 or later is required."
So do I no longer have access to my purchased software?

Since this is an international user-to-user community support forum, it might be better if you engaged Apple directly on this issue. Although Apple no longer sells, or offers iWork '09 products via the OS X App Store, there may be alternatives.
Retrieve Pages ’09 from a Time Machine (or other backup).Not certain if iPhoto is a similar granular (/Applications) installation or not.
Perhaps Apple will send you an iWork '09 DVD (which you will need to update from here to latest versions)
I had Pages ’09 v4.2 on my Mountain Lion system. I wanted it updated to v4.3 via the App Store. But as you already noticed, the App Store gave the discouraging message about Mavericks to get the latest version of Pages. I acknowledged, and then the App Store indicated it would then update the current installation to Pages v4.3. This was months ago, and unfortunately, I don't recall the *exact* interaction to make this work.
Use this App Store link to directly communicate with Apple for more resolution on your needs. I have used it before and it works.

I've downloaded photoshop, but I can't past the extraction part...

I'm trying to set up my trial version of photoshop. I've downloaded it, and now I'm at the point that it's asking me to extract the files. I click okay, it goes through the whole process until it hits 100%, and then it disappears. There's no prompt to move forward with the installation. I click on the icon on my desktop again, (cause I'm not sure what else to do), and it asks me to extract the files again. I've done that 3 times now, and I'm not sure how I install the program so I can use it.

A lot will depend on the exact utility that you employ to do the Extraction. The user interaction and dialog screens will differ.
Here are a few general tips. All might not apply, depending on your utility.
1.) Set the location, to where the Extracted files and folder will be written to. I like a TEMP folder on my D:\, but others might make different choices.
2.) If you are asked, DO Extract the entire folder structure. This is very important for most program installers.
3.) If asked, you can View Extracted Files, or similar syntax. This should open Windows Explorer in the destination folder. There you can navigate to the executable.
4.) If not asked, then you can navigate to that folder in Windows Explorer.
After that, HERE are some general tips for installing most Adobe programs.

If you are seeing the Ts & Cs link in the Downloads tab in the iPad's iTunes app then that just means that you don't have any outstanding/queued downloads - your film should have downloaded into the Videos app (iTunes on the iPad is just the iTunes store) :

When trying to download a program I am not given the option to run the program only to save or cancel. a pop up screen appears the download is loaded and I have to double click on it to actually download it into my computer. Is this normal

I switched from using IE and when downloading programs through there a windows always popped up asking to run save or cancel the file. With Firefox it only gives me the option to save or cancel and when pressing save a pop up window appears and the file is then downloaded to that. Then I have to go to it and double click to run it. I do not always want to save everything only run some things. Is there a way to change this. it seems like I am double downloading, first to the pop up window then into my computer instead of straight into my computer. is there a faster better way to download. This also eats up my download allowance from my internet satellite company this way.

Is it possible to download Headers Only... Not the whole email? for Travel

Hi everyone... I went into the Apple store and they said this is not possible, but surely Apple must have thought of this?.?
When I travel abroad I don't wish to use a huge number of mb.. so I set the iphone to download only 1 line of header, with no images or attachments, but still it downloads the whole email text, and easily does 3mb for say 30 of my emails.
I need it to ONLY download the header of the email.. without ANY of the email whatsoever does, like the Blackberry's do... so I can use it abroad..
Please can someone tell me this is possible??
And if not... Apple... Will you implement this into a future firmware?

How have you confirmed that the entire message body is downloaded when connected to the internet via the cellular network?
It is my understanding that only the message preview is downloaded initially - the rest of the message is not downloaded until the message is opened. When I select a new received message after viewing the preview that is initially downloaded, there is a pause with no text included with the message body shown right away with the download/activity indicator running, which indicates the e entire message body is being downloaded before I can view the entire message.
In my experience with attachments, if the attachment is over a designated size, the attachment will not be downloaded until the attachment is selected. When I'm sent a photo attachment that is over a designated size, I must select the attachment in order for the attachment to be downloaded when connected to the internet via the cellular network.

When I open iTunes, I can not view / do not have access to the numerous purchases of television shows (some of which have been discontinued) or my music and music videos. I have a Macbook Air purchased in 2011 in the US. I am traveling in South Africa and am unsure if I need a step down voltage converter before I plug my laptop into the wall to charge it (using an outlet adapter). Am I ok to just plug in?

So standard electrical output from wall outlets in the US is 110V - 120V, and standard output from wall outlets in South Africa is 220V - 240V. In SA I know I can plug in an iPhone using the iPhone charging cable and it will automatically step down the voltage, thus preventing my phone from overheating. I cannot plug in a hairdryer or flat iron without step down voltage converter in SA. Can I use the charger that came with my US 2011 Macbook Air and plug into a wall outlet in South Africa or do I need to purchase a step down voltage converter in order to charge my laptop while in SA?

You only need a plug adaptor as long as the voltage is between 100 and 240 volts.
