Is it possible to edit multiple tables at once??

Hello ~
I have been searching for days now on how to edit multiple (identical) tables of the same sheet at the same time, without having to edit each table individually. With excel you could just highlight the multiple tabs that you would like to edit, and only edit the one sheet and it would change the same cells in all of the other sheets that were highlighted. Does anyone have a solution for this with Numbers? Thank you in advance!!

Feature unavailable.

If you need the feature, use XL
You may also:
_Go to "Provide Numbers Feedback" in the "Numbers" menu_, describe what you wish.
Then, cross your fingers, and wait _at least_ for iWork'10

  • Is it possible to edit multiple songs simultaneously in iTunes?

Does anybody know if it is possible to edit multiple songs in a single pass (by right clicking on all of them and then opening a single edit window or so?). I would like to be able to, for example, change the Genre of 50 songs from Electronica/Dance to Drum 'N Bass without having to do it 50 times over individually for each of the songs.

I've done this before...by selecting the multiple songs, then right clicking and selecting "get info" from the list. You can then change things like the genre, album name, grouping, compilation (Y or N)...and other changes.

  • Is it possible to edit the table that contains sites with the passwords?

for certain sites Firefox does not ask to remember the password, therefore this site will not appear in the security-table. By editing the table this problem could be bypassed.

  • Can you edit multiple photos at once like in Lr

I have a prodject that i'm working on and i need to edit several images at once (preferabley) so that they are the same color. They are wooden cupboards and i need all the wood looking the same colour. In light room you can edit a group of images at the same time hence the colours are the same . Is this possible in Elements ? If so how do i do this ?

The Process Multiple Files command applies settings to a folder of files. If you have a digital camera or a scanner with a document feeder, you can also import and process multiple images. (Your scanner or digital camera may need an acquire plug‑in module that supports these actions.)
When processing files, you can leave all the files open, close and save the changes to the original files, or save modified versions of the files to a new location (leaving the originals unchanged). If you are saving the processed files to a new location, you may want to create a new folder for the processed files before starting the batch.
Note: The Process Multiple Files command does not work on multiple page files.
Choose File > Process Multiple Files.
Choose the files to process from the Process Files From pop‑up menu:
Folder Processes files in a folder you specify. Click Browse to locate and select the folder.
Import Processes images from a digital camera or scanner.
Opened Files Processes all open files.
Select Include All Subfolders if you want to process files in subdirectories of the specified folder.
For Destination, click Browse and select a folder location for the processed files.
If you chose Folder as the destination, specify a file-naming convention and select file compatibility options for the processed files:
For Rename Files, select elements from the pop‑up menus or enter text into the fields to be combined into the default names for all files. The fields let you change the order and formatting of the components of the filename. You must include at least one field that is unique for every file (for example, filename, serial number, or serial letter) to prevent files from overwriting each other. Starting Serial Number specifies the starting number for any serial number fields. If you select Serial Letter from the pop-up menu, serial letter fields always start with the letter “A” for the first file.
For Compatibility, choose Windows, Mac OS, and UNIX® to make filenames compatible with the Windows, Mac OS, and UNIX operating systems.
Under Image Size, select Resize Images if you want each processed file resized to a uniform size. Then type in a width and height for the photos, and choose an option from the Resolution menu. Select Constrain Proportions to keep the width and height proportional.
To apply an automatic adjustment to the images, select an option from the Quick Fix panel.
To attach a label to the images, choose an option from the Labels menu, then customize the text, text position, font, size, opacity, and color. (To change the text color, click the color swatch and choose a new color from the Color Picker.)Note: The Watermark option enables you to add a permanent visual watermark to images. For more information, see this article.
Select Log Errors That Result From Processing Files to record each error in a file without stopping the process. If errors are logged to a file, a message appears after processing. To review the error file, open with a text editor after the Batch command has run.
Click OK to process and save the files.

  • CL_GUI_ALV_TREE - Possible to edit the table cells in situ?

    Hi
I am working on my first CL_GUI_ALV_TREE report.  The hierarchy is in place and the fields come through ok on the table side.  However,  I would now like to edit the fields.  I have the checkbox showing in the tree control and the row is set to editable.  Am I able to edit the fields in the table side in situ, as I would do in the CL_GUI_ALV_GRID control i.e. using mc_style_enabled/disabled?  These attributes are not present in the class builder so I presume not.  Is there another way?
    Cheers

  • Possible to edit multiple photos in one file?

I thought it was.  I have opened an image and I have placed another image in another layer. I am trying to cut out a section of the placed image but it's placed it as a smart object (not sure what that is) but it's saying smart objects are not directly editable, meaning I can't crop it.  Is there another way to do it, aside from editing it in a new document window?

i think you can only do one picture per email

  • In CS6, is it still possible to edit multiple layers at the same time?

I often color code layers in the layers panel.
In CS5 I could select several layers and change the color for all at once. Doesn't seem to work anymore in CS6.
    Screen shot: http://d.pr/i/uTjh

Hey thanks guys, this has been bugging me for weeks since I upgraded to CS6. I'm used to double clicking to manipulate several layers at once. Have been double clicking one at a time for a while. So glad I don't have to do that anymore. Cheers!

  • Is there a way to edit multiple videos at once

The thing is that I have a bunch (about 800) of .SWF videos and i need to include in each one of theme a Starting and an Ending scene, I guess i could create an aggretor file but i don't know if it is possible to perform this in a batch editing way, instead of doing it one by one.
Thank you in advance for your support.

Hello and welcome to our community
I see this is your first post so please forgive me if I'm seeming redundant. We see our fair share of misplaced folks in the forums.
Are these videos something you created using Adobe Captivate? What is their ultimate goal? You mention wanting a standard beginning and end, so this is suggestive that you may be copying these to the web or burning to DVD.
I'm trying to ascertain if you are even in the right forum location for assistance.
    Thanks... Rick

  • Editing multiple images at once..

I use Aperture as a key app in my workflow to make panoramic images, and I would have loved the ability to select multiple images and do adjustments that applied to a whole selection without the need for lift and stamp. In my eyes that would be sooo much smoother than the current approach.
    Anyone else with this need?
    Sincerely,
    Kjell Are Refsvik

I've been doing all the main pano-editing in Photoshop, and then bringing a reduced copy of the final into Aperture, but now I'll bring in the final copy as a referenced file.
A little workaround for adding info for non-image files such as QTVRs - make a custom metadata tag such as 'QTVR path', use a path-copying contextual menu such as Path Snagger to grab the location of the QTVR file and paste it into the tag. If you use a unix path it's then easy to copy the path, swap to the Finder and hit Command-Shift-G to 'go to folder'.
There was an AppleScript somewhere on the forum that would export images from multiple Albums to a folder structure where each folder had the same name as the Album, that's also very handy for batch-exporting a load of panos.
I've taken this idea a bit further and made a rough helper app which exports all Albums within an Aperture Folder to their own folders in the Finder, makes a PTGui project file, loads the project file, finds control points and then saves the file again. Email me if you want a copy to play around with.

  • Possible to edit an RFx question once it is Open for Response?

    Hello,
We have an RFP that is currently in the Open for Response phase, and our buyer would like to make some edits to a few questions.  Is this possible?  I could not find anyway to do this.
    Thanks,
    Matt

    Hi Matt -
Unfortunately, once the RFx is open for response, the questions cannot be changed. The user may have to duplicate the RFx and make the changes in the copy. Alternatively, if the adjustments to the questions are small and clarifying in nature, you could consider using the discussion thread on the question to provide additional information about the question to the suppliers.
    Hope this helps.

  • Is there a way to edit multiple photos at once?

I take a lot of pictures that I usually end up tagging (in the bottom corner). Sometimes it's over 100. Is there an easier way than opening them up one my one and inserting text on all of them?

    Yes.
File>process multiple files. In the dialog, on the right, under labels, select watermark from the drop down. Select position, font, color, etc.
Uncheck "same as source" unless you want your the originals to have the watermark.

  • Editing multiple photos at once

Hi--I have a zillion photos of old documents that, for the most part, need identical editing for exposure, contrast, definition, and saturation. I read that "lift and stamp" is how you do it in aperture, but how do you do it in iPhoto? I did try saving the settings in Adjustments, but it's not clear to me what happens to those settings.

Open the first photo, click the edit button, make sure you open the adjustments pane (the one that shows the sliders). Now make your adjustments to that first photo. When you get it right, in the adjustments pane there is a button to COPY the settings.
Now simply go to each new photo and apply the same settings.
