Is it possible to exclude videos from music library?

My sincere apologies if this question has been asked and answered before but searching returned nothing about it.
Is there perhaps a setting to tweak that would prevent iTunes from listing videos (like music videos some albums include) alongside the music library? I usually uncheck them so they don't play after an album runs through but my OCD would much prefer they not even be listed in the same list. I don't want to remove them from my entire iTunes library but would prefer them only being visible within the movies tab.

Media Kind = Movie or Media Kind = TV Show. Using the latter would let you group all music videos together into a TV Show called, for example, "Music Videos".

Separate video from music

Updated to IOS 8 podcast app.
Problem 1: Still cannot separate synced podcast on the device vs podcasts in the cloud when using stations.
            Say that I make a great station. The app includes podcasts not on device and needs to be download.
           The app stops playing and all I hear is silence while the podcasts gets downloaded slowly. Bad user experience!
           There should be away to play exclude podcasts that have not been downloaded.
Problem 2. Podcast app no longer understands the following smart playlist categories when syncing from itunes:
               Kind
               Composer
                Group
               Category
               Comments
               etc...
i use those categories to separate out video and music podcasts.
I want a playlist of only music and a playlist of only video. I don't want interruptions and wait for podcasts to be downloaded when it is already on the device.
In IOS 7 and previous, I have "Kind contains video" in the smart playlist to separate out video from music.
Now the Podcasts app sends that playlist to the music app. Because the smart playlist says also includes "Media kind is podcasts", the music app does not have anything in the playlist.
I created a video only station. But due to problem 1, it was a bad user experience.
I have the following in the smart playlist:
Match all
Media kind is podcasts
Kind contains video
Plays = 0

In iTunes, right click on a movie (or video), select "get info" then select "video" and choose the correct category from the "video kind" box. Then click "ok".
When you've done this for all the videos/movies that are labelled wrongly, re-sync the iPod to reflect the changes.

You can transfer videos from your computer to the iPod Touch, but not to the Camera Roll.
The Camera Roll is for temporary storage only - for photos/videos captured by the iPod Touch and for photos saved from a received email or from a website. Photos/videos in the Camera Roll can and should be imported by your computer as with any other digital camera.

Is it possible to upload videos from laptop to icloud photo library?

I've been able to upload photos from my laptop but not videos. Does anyone know if it is possible or will be possible to upload videos from a laptop to my icloud photo library?

The video in the article is just an example video that you can use while walking through the article.
Since you've already got the videos in iTunes and they appear to be syncing, you can just work with those videos iTunes. Just select your video in iTunes> click Advanced> click Create iPod or iPhone Version and then try selecting and syncing that video in iTunes.
iTunes will convert many video formats, if it cannot convert yours into an iPhone compatible format, you may need to use a 3rd-party utility to convert the video.

Is there anyway to exclude videos from the upload to the iCloud library? I
n other words, i would like to keep my photos and videos in the Photos app, but only upload the photos..

Any items that have been imported to Photos, but are stored in there original location and not inside the Photos Library, will not upload to iCloud. The only way to prevent selected items from syncing to iCloud is to import them to Photos with the Photos Preferences > General "Importing: Copy items into the Photos Library" disabled. But that setup is not easy to manage consistently, if you continually have to switch between importing managed and referenced. It would be much simpler to move the videos to a second Photos library, that will not sync with iCloud.
By default, imported photos are copied into the Photos library. If you prefer, you can store photos and video outside the Photos library—for example, in a folder on your Mac or on an external hard drive—and still view them in Photos. If you ever need to move content stored outside the library into your Photos library, you can do that, too. For more information about changing where your files are stored, see Change where Photos stores your files.

You must enable iTunes Match on the new computer. Is it possible to exclude folders from sync?

Hi,
I want to prevent spam mail from being downloaded to my Macbook, also because the notifications for spam mail are very annoying. Is it possible to exclude an individual folder from syncing in Apple Mail using IMAP? I read that for example with gmail it is possible to adjust this setting in the gmail account. You can check/uncheck which folders to use for IMAP. I am however using a web.de account and I couldn't find a similar function there.
Alternatively, if that is not possible: Is there a way to at least turn of notifications for an individual folder?
I am using Mail 8.2 and Yosemite 10.10.2

My van has a connection where you can see the 3 color outlets/inlets red, yellow and white. Is it possible to use these outlets to play the videos from my iPod 5 to the screen in the car?

How can i export video from Final Cut X to DSR-PD175 mini DV camera?

II'm afraid not.
Not digitally anyway. Maybe by going to a monitor that has analoh AV output to the camera.
Probably Premiere. Or old FCP7.

Moving video from music list to iphone

Hey all need some help. I have a concert video that came with an album purchase. It is listed in the itunes music library, but not in the movies/tv library. I have tried to drag and drop into the movies/tv library but can't for some reason.
I'd like to move it to my iphone but haven't had any success. Any ideas or solutions? Thanks in advancce.

that should have worked, and if it is not giving you the option to change that. It could be something with the album and the way it is tagged.
Right click on the video and go to get info.
Under the summary tab, what is listed for Kind: (Example: MPEG-4 Video File)
