I recently bought the wrong cd by mistake. And I was wondering if there's any way to either. Get money back, store credit or something similar. Please I'll really appreciate a good answer.

That gives you the opportunity to "cancel" before you buy.

As the title says. I pre-ordered the Destiny Digital Guardian Edition from a Best Buy store on August 1. Like zztoluca mentioned, digital content typically cannot be returned or refunded once it's been fulfilled. Pre-orders, on the other hand, can be cancelled any time prior to delivery. If you haven't already done so, I'd encourage you to stop by your local store and to speak with a rep at the customer service desk -- I have confidence they'll be able to help you out.

I recently bought a few bonus packs for a game called Valor that is not functioning since this Monday. I tried to contact their support but the only response I received so far was a macro message that in short explains that their servers are offline and they work on the issue. Three days later their status update still gives no ETA when eventually the service will be restored and I'm getting afraid that while waiting for them to fix the issue I might loose my legal right of refund. How can I proceed in that case?

There's no defined time frame for asking for a refund since the iTunes Store has no refund policy; the official statement is that all sales are final. Any request for a refund is on a case-by-case basis and granted as an exception to policy, not a guarantee. I'd suggest waiting a couple more days and see if the problems are corrected by the developer. If not, then go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. It's possible that they will make an exception for you and grant a refund.

Yes, they will. If you saw the lower price on their web site, print it and take that with you too for proof in case the price in the store is different. I've done this a few times without issue. Just be sure you do this quickly as I think the price matching is only for 30 days.

Previously I made a threads ( https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=88060.0 ) about my +12V line not displaying correctly and not even being displayed in the BIOS. After further testing with monitoring software and getting a multimeter I was able to determine that my motherboard is undervolting my +12V and this caused three VGA cards to become damaged and then corrupted. I'd like to try for a refund or some sort of credit so that I can get something from the Neo4 series. Or does anyone think I could at least RMA for a board that maybe has better sensors?

I know, I should've looked at the app page a bit more carefully before purchasing the app (the app in this case is Fruit Ninja, but it applies to all multi-iOS compatible apps) but it would be nice if a confirmation message was sent before authorizing the purchase with your ID and password (i.e., "This is an iPhone app. Are you sure you want to purchase this?").
