Is it possible to get your crediti card cloned at ITunes?

I have my credit card cloned this second semester. Since I use it all onver the place, I didn´t think it was due the registration on ITunes. Now, in november, I got my second credit card cloned, shortly after changing my registration info on ITunes.
Is it possible to get your credit card cloned on ITunes?
i am really worried.

From what I know  the link when you use the itunes store is encrypted and your credit card details are not sent over the line when purchasing, as they are already on the server, only your username and password are sent to confirm your login.
If you updated the credit card details you should have no issue if you did it on the phone, if you did it on a pc, it could be the pc was compromised, but this is pure speculation.

help me please ! I have tried everything to get my credit card off the itunes no one will help

Just so you know, you can redeem iTunes cards without having to remove your credit card. If you want to remove the card, though, try redeeming the iTunes card and then go into your account information and see if the "none" option then appears in the Payment Method section. If not, go here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
    Regards.

  • HT201303 How do you delete your credit card info from iTunes?

I added my credit card info then my bf got me an iTunes card and I want to use the credit I have on that first but it just keeps going right to my credit card and won't let me use the credits I have. So i want to just delete my credit card. How do I do that?

I think you are mistaken. Store Credit is used first, then your credit card is used after. But if you are trying to buy a gift, you can't use store credit, so then it tries to use your CC.
If you have just changed anything in your billing, or making a purchase for the first time, it will ask to verify your CVV. This is normal, and does not mean it will charge the CC. It does this for preauthorization reasons, and other things we can't quite discuss here.

  • How do you delete your credit card information from iTunes

I'm trying to delete my credit card information in iTunes off my ipad but its not giving me the option to. Yes I've tried settings>iCloud>apple I'd also I have tried settings>store>apple I'd . It just won't let me do it. Also I redeemed money from a gift card with iTunes but it won't let me do it because of my credit card.

If you go to settings/store click on apple id and view account, if you cant change your payment method to none then you prob owe a balance.<----this happened to me.  To verify this login to your account on itunes on the computer and click purchase history.  if it shows you owe a balance you will have to pay it before you can remove your payment info

  • How do u get your songs onto a new itunes library???????????????

MY WHOLE COMPUTER SYSSTEM HAD 2 GET WIPPED, I STILL HAVE MY SONGS ONMY IPOD BUT I CANT GET MY SONGS ONTO THE NEW ITUNES I JUST DOWNLOADED. HOW DO I GET THE SONGS FROM MY IPOD ONTO MY COMPUTER????????????????? PLEASE HELP ME

If you have any iTMS purchases the transfer of purchased content from the iPod to authorised computers has been introduced with iTunes 7. A paragraph on it has been added to this article: Transfer iTunes Store purchases using iPod
The transfer of non iTMS content such as songs imported from CD is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod. However there is a manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs back to iTunes on Windows. The procedure is a bit involved and it won't recover playlists but if you're interested it's posted in this thread: MacMuse - iPod to iTunes
If you prefer something more automated then there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. This is just a selection, you'll find that they have varying degrees of functionality and some will transfer movies, videos, photos and games as well. Have a look at the web pages and documentation, they are generally quite straightforward. You can also read reviews of some of them here: Wired News - Rescue Your Stranded Tunes
    YamiPod Mac and Windows Versions
    iGadget Windows Only
iPod Access Mac and Windows Versions
    PodUtil Mac and Windows Versions
    iPodCopy Mac and Windows Versions
    TuneJack Windows Only
    CopyPod Windows Only
If your iPod is set to update automatically take care when connecting back to your computer and an empty iTunes. You will get a message that your iPod is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". Pressing "Erase and Sync" will irretrievably remove all songs from your iPod. Your iPod should appear in the iTunes source list from where you can change the update setting to manual and use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Check the "manually manage music and videos" box in Summary then press the Apply button: Managing content manually on iPod
Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync again. I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up in case you have problems again. External drives are comparatively inexpensive these days and you can get loads of storage for a reasonable outlay.

Yesterday a little boy was playing with my Ipod touch and today i received a receipt, which told my that I had used 300 DkK on a game called Farm Story. Is it possible for me to get my money back, when it was a mistake or will I just have to pay for this wrong purchase? I have not been abble to find any kind of way to get support on Apple's homepage, therefor I hope that one of you will help me. (:

  • Is it possible to get your money back from Itunes if you were hacked and they purchased items?

My itunes account that I primarily use on my phone was hacked. A movie and a ringtone that I did not purchase showed up on a reciept that was emailed to me. I have changed the password to both my email and my itunes account. But I want to know if there was a way to prove I was hacked and can get my money back.

They show on your account's purchase history : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727 ?
If they do then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page and see what they say : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • Is it possible to get a graphics card repaired?

Does anyone know if there is somewhere that can repair a RADEON x800xt mac edition AGP card?
    Mine died last week.
ATI won't touch it because I am not original user; and these cards are rare/expensive to replace.
    Thanks,

    Hi Sam-
You might check on the Mac Elite Forum to see if anyone can help you with possible repair.

  • Is it possible to get your camera roll back on am ipod touch if itunes swiped it; from restoring it?

if so how please help there is alot of important things on there!:( its an ipod touch 4th generation!

I do not understand everything you are saying. What is "itunes wiped it; from restoring it" mean?
If you synced your iPod after you took the photos the photos should be in the iPod backup and you should be able to get them back by restoring your iPod from backup.

  • WATCH OUT!!!! Hoax email from Itunes store floating around... it is pretty badly worded bu this is an attempt to get your credit card and other personal detail.  Check to see if the email is from itunes before you open anything

There is an email going around telling you you have credit or an offer for credit from itunes.  It is a hoax.... as soon as you open it and action it your personal and credit information has been given to the scum that sent it out.  Look at who the email is from by checking the actual address not just the summary that comes up... This has been going around Facebook for a while and now these crooks have moved to itunes... BE CAREFUL!!!!

Yoor post is very confusing. AOL's iPad magazine is called "Editions" and it's free. "The Daily" is put out by TheDailyHolding and is owned by Rupert Murdoch. You've already posted in another thread where the solution was given. Other people seem to have manged to get unsubscribed.
    Best of luck.

  • How do I get a gift card balance in iTunes to apply to the App Store on the ipad?

I entered a gift card into iTunes and still have a remaining balance. I want to know how to apply this balance towards the purchase of apps in the App Store.

Open the App Store on your iPad.  Scroll all the way to the bottom in the "Featured" tab.  You should see your Apple ID there.  It may indicate that you have that credit balance.  If not, click the Apple ID button you see there and sign in if necessary and then click "View Apple ID".  You should see the credit balance.
It will apply to your app (or iTunes music) purchases automatically.

  • How to get a debit card off of iTunes

I had a prepaid card on my ipad and want to take it off but it will not give me the option to take it off

    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1918
If it won't allow you to remove it from iTunes store then it's possible you have a balance due that hasn't fully gone through yet that requires a payment method on it.

  • WORK AROUND:  Getting your Apple TV back into iTunes Devices

Saw many posts on the subject, hope folks find this workaround helpful.
It's not a network issue. Many posters have exhaustively troubleshooted their network settings & connections.
I have two computers (both PC's...sorry). Both libraries disappeared at the same time. One computer was updated to QT 7.1.6. The other was not updated: QT v7.1.5.
Apple TV connects to internet...able to progressive download movie trailers. Wireless and ethernet networks in working order for aTV and both PCs.
Here's where it gets interesting. Under iTunes preferrences, Sharing Tab: "Share my library on my local network" s-o-m-e-h-o-w got unchecked in both copies of iTunes. I rechecked the box and both copies of iTunes were now able to see each other's libraries.
But still no aTV in my iTunes device lists.
Still in iTunes preferences, I deleted my aTV from the Apple TV tab. Once deleted from iTunes, the greyed out library dissappears from aTV...so it's not a network connection at all. Instant results from iTunes to aTV even though it appears they are not connected.
I then reconnected my copy of iTunes anew and all is well. aTV has returned to the device list and content streams once again flawlessly.

    Hey. Me again.
I just fixed the problem on my other PC (main library -- synced to aTV) and the workflow is slightly different. On this copy of iTunes (synced) the aTV does not show up in Preferences > AppleTV.
In order to restore the synced copy of iTunes, you need to first turn off syncing from the Sources menu on aTV. (this locked up my aTV, so I had to cycle the power.) BTW, this will delete all local content on the aTV.
Then turn syncing back on, again in the Sources menu on the aTV. You are prompted to enter the code into iTunes. aTV returns to your device list. aTV resyncs. If you had previously changed your sync settings in iTunes, your settings are reset to the factory default, so you'll have to set them up manually again.
Hope this helps. Return to your busy lives, citizens!
