Is it possible to have separate credit cards in Family Sharing?

I would really like to setup Family Sharing with my family to have common photo albums, calendars, and reminders. The only thing i'm a little wary about is that all purchases would be billed to my account. Is there anyway to not have a shared credit card for the group? Can we each apply our own credit cards?

No, you have to use the same credit card for all family members. But you can set it up with restrictions, so have to approve purchases (Ask to Buy) that will be billed to your credit card.

Making purchases
After you set up your family, any time a family member initiates a new purchase it will be billed directly to your account unless that family member has gift or store credit. First, their store credit will be used to pay the partial or total bill. The remainder will bill to the family organizer's card. As the family organizer, any receipts generated by the transaction will be sent to you. Learn more about how iTunes Store purchases are billed.
Once paid for, a purchased item is added to the account of the family member who initiated the purchase. In other words, the content belongs to them, much as it would if you were buying them a book or a DVD. If Family Sharing is ever disabled, each member will keep the purchases they initiated, even though they were paid for by the family organizer.
These are the only current options for payment within Family Sharing.

The reason you need a credit card is that to comply with child online privacy protection laws, the CVV or security code provides parental consent for the purchases that will be made. You will need to do that before continue and you can even switch back to your debit card after you finish the setup. The article below will explain further.

No, there is no way to do that.

You can sync content from up to five iTunes Store accounts to any given computer or device. You just will each have to copy the content into your own libraries so you can sync to your devices and have your devices authorized to all applicable accounts.

Can iTunes credit be used instead of credit card for Family Sharing Organizer?
I'm aware that a member in a Family Sharing group uses their iTunes credit (gift cards) before the Organizer's credit card is charged.
But what happens if the Organizer has iTunes credit? Will the members' purchases get deducted from that credit prior to the credit card?
Haven't found any real info on this yet :/
side question: if all of the members have iCloud Drive monthly fees, will that also get deducted from the Organizer's account? (either by credit card or iTunes credit)Sad but true, I've tried to pay for iTunes Match with my credit and couldn't because it's a subscription service, regardless the credit amount I have. So if the family organizer has a $50 credit on their account and another family member initiates a purchase, it won't deduct from the organizer's iTunes Store credit, but will bill the organizer's credit or debit card.

Though you are being asked for card details it doesn't necessarily mean that the card will be charged for the purchase (unless you want to gift content). Have you tried entering your card's details to confirm the account ? You should then be able to remove it.

For so long as there are no store facilities in Zambia ... a Zambian account isn't possible.
To buy from any country's itunes store you must have residential qualifications ( eg a formal billing address) along with a credit card supported by an acceptable Bank in that same country. -

any ideas ?The purchase of 3rd party apps is handled by Apple thru iTunes only. Apple collects the revenue for the developers keeping 30% of the sales price to cover credit card fees, hosting fees, DRM, collecting and paying applicable sales tax, etc. It isn't possible to charge 3rd party apps to your carrier's monthly bill, and your carrier probably wouldn't be interested in handling this for free if this were possible.

If you are just visiting Singapore, then leave the account as it is. If you have moved there, then view your account using the iTunes app on a Mac or PC and change the country/region to your current location and address. If you do not have a bank card, you can fund your account using iTunes gift cards if available in Singapore.

I bought an iTunes gift card to purchase certain things in my favorite app. Well when I try to buy things inside the game it does not give me the option to approve the purchase and it never shows up. I have reset the app, I have deleted the app and downloaded again, I have turned my ipod off and on, I have made sure all updates are up to date and nothing has changed. I saw a similar question like mine and the answer was that you have to have a credit card linked to your iTunes account to make in app purchases and I was thinking they were right until I talked to a few friends who cancelled their credit cards and took them off of the account and can still make in app purchases so that can't be the issues. Can someone please help me this is driving me crazy I have talked to iTunes support but they weren't much support.

All downloads from iTunes are tied to the account that downloaded it, you can't re-download content via a different account. You checked the spam folder on yourr old account as well as the Inbox, and depending upon how long ago you did it, have you retried getting it reset : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password' ?
