Is it possible to have symbol with its contents change in percent size to adapt to screen changes

I am trying to make a symbol that can adapt to the changing screen resolution or browser changes. I only need the symbol and its contents to change in percent size while maintaining aspect ratio.

I believe this thread is helpful in making a Symbol's properties to be responsive. To my knowledge there isn't a way to change based on screen resolution. You could always use SVG images to help combat this, but SVG is not currently supported by all browsers.

You could do it with an image sequence but AFAIK there’s no support for alpha channels in video.

So you are saying your custom video player shows no video playback but in same set up Stock video Component which you are talking about works fine. Is the server under your control? I mean did you try debugging your custom video player - when you say there is no video playback - do you see connection is still alive or connection closes. Is there anything logged in FMS logs to indicate any issue - check application logs of App you are connecting and also other logs like core/edge/master logs.

I have created a SharePoint 2010 "Site Workflow" that is designed to take information from a form and create a Word doc with the gathered information and store this Word doc in a document library.
I am using Sharepoint 2013 with Office 2013
I understand there are a lot of steps (19) outlined below and I can provide more information as needed but the bottom line is this, workflow successfully takes info from an initiation form, uses the info to create a Word doc. Places this Word doc in a library.
When attempting to open / edit doc, receive error
"We're sorry. We can't open <document name> because we found a problem with its contents"
Details - No error detail available.
Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Very high level view of what I have done:
1 - Created content type called "Letters"
2 - Added site columns " First Name" and "Last Name"
3 - Created and saved to my desktop a very basic Word document (Letter.docx) that says "Hello, my name is XXXX XXXX"
4 - In the advanced settings of the "Letters" content type I uploaded this "Letter.docx" file as the new document template.
5 - Created a new document library called "Letters"
6 - In Library Settings - Advanced Settings, clicked "Yes" to enable the management of content types.
7 - Then I clicked "Add from existing content types" and added the "Letters" content type
8 - Back in the advanced settings of the "Letters" content type I selected "Edit Template" and replaced the first XXXX with the Quick Part "First Name" and the second XXXX with the Quick part "Last Name"
9 - Created a new 2010 Site workflow called "Create a Letter"
10 - To the workflow I added the action "Create List Item"
11 - Configured the action to create Content Type ID "Letters" in the document library "Letter"
12 - For the "Path and Name" I gave it a basic name of "Letter to"
13 - The next step was to create the Initiation Form Parameters and added to form entries "First Name" and "Last Name"
14 - I then linked the initiation form fields to the data source "Workflow Variables and Parameters" to their respective Field from Source parameters
15 - Went back to the "Path and Name" and modified the basic name of "Letter to" to include the first and last name parameters.
16 - Saved - published and ran the work flow.
17 - As expected, Initiation Form prompts for First and Last Name. ("John Doe") Then click "start
18 - Go to document library "Letters" and see a new Word document created titles "Letter to John Doe"
19 - Go to open / edit the Word document and receive the following error

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1.3. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

How to copy a page(in my case webpart page) with its content(it may contain webparts) using client code (i mean using SPservices or ECMA script).
What i am planning is ,to give end user a page where it will contain text box to specify name of page and a button with the help of content editor webpart.
where on click of button we need to write client side code such that it should create a new page from a existing page in a library with given name by user.
Any suggestion would be helpful. For your information we can do it through UI with the help Site Actions / Manage Content and Structure.But i want to automate it using client side code.Server side code is restricted.
or can we create a template of an existing page with content without the help of sharepoint designer.

document set up / edit artboards / option drag the current artboard somewhere els on canvas... that will also create a "new page" if saved as PDF for instance
but: if u select the artboard and apple C it the past in new doc it will only paste the contents and ignore artboard size...

Possible to have certificate with out any application servers

I need to make an https call to a remote system from my windows machine. My system has only j2sdk1.4 environment and no application servers in my side. My remote system expects me to send digitally sign the data and sent along with the certificate of mine. My question is
1. Do we need to have any application server in my side if we get the certificate from CA? Can't we have that certificate installed in my windows system.?
2. When getting the certificate from CA, I hope we get private and public key. How to sign the data using the private key ? (If iam not correct pls tell me what we get from CA?). Any api's available?
3. I need to send the certificate along with the signed data in xml structure like
<Request>
<certificate> ........</certificate>
<signed data>.......</signed data>
</Request>
How i can store the certificate in the xml element? Since i have not seen any certificate, is that certificate is like lengthy number like "abc345234re"?

Can I export a playlist with its content?

I'm trying to transfer a playlist to another computer. I have a desktop with a large music library and I want to transfer just a playlist to my laptop that has no music on it. I don't want to have the entire library transfer over since it would use up most of the HD space on my laptop.
Is this possible without searching out each song indavidually? Thanks in advance.

No need to seek out all the songs individually...
Insert a flash drive into your computer and open it so it looks like a folder. Highlight the songs in the iTunes playlist and drag them to the folder. (If you are running iTunes in full screen mode, make it smaller so you can do the drag.) This puts a copy of each song onto the flash drive, and does not change anything in the library.
Now just take the flash drive to the other computer and copy the songs across.

Does anyone have problems with document icons changing?

This started happening in 10.4.10. I don't know if its application related or mac OS related.

If your icons have become the generic blank white paper with a folded corner, you may need to reset the LaunchServices database.

Problems with appointment that was created on one device had its content changed when sent to iCloud.

I made a appointment on my iPhone with a list of items in the notes section of the appointment. Approx. 30 minutes later went to view it on my MAC book pro and found the appointment but there was no information in the notes section. I immediately went back to check my orriginal appointment on my iphone to confirm it had been saved with the information in the notes section. When I opened it, the info was there but then dissapeared as if it had been updated to reflect the calendar on my MAC book pro. I ended up with the appointment on both devices but without the esential details I needed in the notes section.

That sounds like a nasty one, and could well be a bug.
I've tried testing it between my iPhone, iCloud and MacBook... but it's all working. How big was the note? If we can reproduce it, then we can submit a bug report to Apple.

I am trying to change a HTML Template SAPLBBP_PDH_CUF 100 of Internet Service BBPCUF.
When i do that i get an error like " Carry out modification comparison for IATU BBPCUF 99100 SAPLBBP_PDH_CUF first. No changes possible ".
I am not able to understand the reason for this error. Any help

You sould check repaired objects form SE03 transaction. Then you can release the "repair flag" or you can found the request that locks the object. After all you can do what changes you want.
