Is it possible to have the camera lens replaced?
Some how my camera lens has gotten scratched up, so now every time I take a picture it comes out blurry. Is it possible to have the lens replaced? Has anyone ever had that done?
I don't believe Apple does this. They will exchange your phone under an out of warranty exchange for $149

They would probably replace your iPhone, but at a cost ($199 to $299 US, depending on the model). There are some independent sites that purport to offer a repair, or that will sell a new lens (search the web for something like "iPhone repair" or "iPhone parts"). You have to take the case apart which will probably void the iPhone's warranty.

They won't replace the lens. If they determine it is a manufacturing defect, you'll get a replacement phone.

I recently dropped my phone for the first time, and neither of my screens cracked but my rear camera lens did get scratched badly. I can't use it at all to take picture. It just shows up as a fuzy screen when I open my rear camera. My iPhone isn't even a year old yet. Now, I need to know if I can get just the rear lens replaced or if I have to get the entire back screen replaced? I also need to know if anyone knows how much either of these would cost? Or is it free with the one year warrenty?
You would have to get the rear glass panel replaced, it is one part. Normal warranty does not cover accidential damage. You can do it yourself for 50$:

I have an iphone 4 had it for awhile but yesteday the back camera is blurry. I've had this happen before but it looked like there was steam in the camera lens and I let that air out and it went back to normal. So whats the problem this time? My mom isn't willing to buy me another iphone because before I went to a concert and the speakers messed up half the screen. If its the software acting up can I get a free new one?
Moisture has somehow entered your iPhone and specifically the camera. They will do an out-of-warranty replacement for $149 USD.

What to do when I realize my new iPhone has two cracks in the camera lens. It does not affect picture taking but still very frustrating when this phone was just purchased and picked up less than a week ago. There has been no drops or bangs to the phone which makes me believe it had to be there when I picked it up at the Verizon store. What am I to do? I'm thinking maybe I should go with an iphone 5 if this happened so quicily with the iPhone 6. I have never ever damaged a phone from wear and tear!

The lens cover on the iPhone 6 rear camera is sapphire. It doesn't get any better than that. It's entirely possible there was a flaw in the crystal. -

where they said keep syncing and in a couple days it would correct itself, that
hasnt happened. I have see others have the same issue but no solution and nothing
appears to work my iPhone still shows 6.5 gig use of photos when i only have the camera roll listedi thought the photo stream only holds 1000 i usuaaly take each month and save them to iphoto but if thats the my ipad should say the same amount and it doesnt - it shows 2.5 gig which is correct for iphoto. and i havent ever had that much but if for some reason icloud has that much saved how do i delete and again if it does why doesnt ipad show that amount _ HELP!

Here's a button created from a small version of the image (notice that it's selected in the image below):
The small button has a Show/Hide Buttons and Forms action. It's action is to make the Larger Image visible (eyeball turned on) with the small image hidden (eyeball turned off).
The large image is also turned into a button (shown below):
Notice the checkbox "Hidden Until Triggered". The large button is hidden until it's triggered by the small button. Clicking on the large image also causes a Show/Hide action which shows the Small button and hides the large button.
