Is it possible to have two ip address ranges on an airport base station

I have just got two airport extreme base stations for the school that I work in.
Our School network uses static ip addresses in two ranges - we have a range of 10.11.128.1 to 10.11.129.254 with our servers on 10.11.135.252-254 and a subnet of 255.255.248.0
This range is for computers that pupils have access to.
We also have the range 10.9.35.1 - 10.9.35.254 with a subnet of 255.255.255.0 which is for staff and is used for electronic registration and reporting.
I have set up a base station so that computers on the pupil network can logon to the network via airport but I don't see how I can get the base station to allow computers on the staff network to logon as well. In any classroom there are computers used by pupils but there will always at least one on the staff network for taking registers.
I would be really grateful if anyone could tell me any way of setting up the base station to cope with both address ranges.

What I would like to do now is to move my itunes and iphoto libraries off of my laptop (space constraints) and store them on a second external hard drive (HD2) connected to the airport extreme. I have successfully connected the second hard drive using a Belkin powered USB hub. What I am wondering is if I direct my time machine back-ups to HD1 will it back-up both my mac HD as well as HD2? I apologize if this has already been answered but i've read conflicting responses on various message boards and a number of responses were dated so I wanted to make sure I received the latest information.

That may be true, but you need to know that backing-up that way is unreliable and not supported by Apple. See: Using Time Machine with an Airport Extreme Air Disk. Do not be surprised if those backups suddenly turn up corrupted.

No. Time Machine cannot back up from any network location. The 3rd-party utilities CarbonCopyCloner and ChronoSync may be workable alternatives.

I have two .mac addresses; how does this work in iCloud?

When I got my first .mac address, I thought I picked a good one at the time. Later on, due to the peculiar spelling, I opted for an additonal (paid) address which I use every day. Now the first one (which is an Apple ID) contains my calendars, contacts, etc. I never use the email portion of it, again because of challenging spelling. The second .mac address (also an Apple ID) is an email only account. This is the email account I use daily.
When I make the transition to iCloud, I intend to keep my original AppleID (from the pre-.mac days) as my iTunes store ID.
My question is, what happens with my two other accounts?
.mac #1 with the contacts and such would move to iCloud and sync everything there as it currently does with MobileMe. Since .mac #2 is an email only account, would I even need to bother moving it to iCloud (if that's even possible), or would I just keep using that as email only using the current mail settings on my iThingys and Mac? Does anyone know if .mac #2 will live on after MobileMe vanishes, or will I loose my daily and coveted .mac email at that time?
I'm sure Apple has a good reason for not allowing us to just consolidate everything in one place, but I know there are many out there with a similar situation to mine.
I've spent a good deal of time tonight searching the various threads and can't seem to find an answer to the two .mac email dilemma. My appologies if it's already been discussed.
To sum up, I have one Apple ID that I use for iTunes and intend to keep as such. I have two .mac addresses which are also Apple ID's; one that syncs with MobileMe and one that is email only. I would like to use iCloud to sync what is currently on MobileMe, AND continue to use the simpler email address that I've been using for years.

Migrate the account which contains your calendars, contacts etc. first, at http://me.com/move and set it up on your Mac and devices.

Now migrate the email-only account in the same way. On a Mac you can add it in System Preferences>Mail, Contacts & Calendars - it won't sync anything but will be added to the accounts in Mail where you can then use the email in the normal way.
I don't know what the equivalent process on an iOS device is; very likely you need to add it as an account in the Mail app.

No, the camera connection kit only supports the copying of photos and videos to the Photos app, it doesn't support copying content off the iPad. For your second camera instead of the SD reader part of the kit, does the iPad to camera cable not work with it for direct transfer to the iPad ?
For Lightroom and Nikon software again no - you can only install apps that are available in the iTunes app store on your computer and the App Store app on the iPad, 'normal' PC and Mac (OS X) software are not compatible with the iPad (iOS). There are some apps that perform fairly basic editing functions that are available in the store, but nothing as sophisticated as, for example, Lightroom.

There should be no issues. Its designed to work like that. You don't change Apple IDs just because you get a new device.

If you buy an App, you have 2 ways to get it to the iPhone6: If Automatic Downloads is enabled in Settings->iTunes & App Store, it will automatically download to the iPhone 6 when you buy it on the 5 and vice versa if you buy it on the 6, it will download to the 5.
Alternatively, you can simply go to the App Store App->Updates->Purchased and look for the App there and download it. Purchased Apps will not require payment again. i.e They'll be free to download to the iPhone 6 once purchased.

The reference to two Apple loans led me to believe it was two Apple finance deals in conjunction with, for example, a Barclays Bank tie-up as we appear to have here in the UK. As you suggest, the payment is a matter between the poster and his mom, but I think that behind all this is the question of whether the poster's mom can have two separate accounts in this way. You could get a Google voice account and have it forwarded to your iPhone (and other phones). This would effectively give your iPhone the capability of receiving calls to 2 different numbers and making calls from 2 different numbers. Although the Google voice capabilities on iPhone are somewhat awkward.

IN ITUNES CLICK--FILE--NEW PLAYLIST AND THIS SHOULD ADD AN UNTILED PLAY LIST IN YOUR SIDE BAR. CLICK ON IT AND RENAME IT. HE CAN KEEP ALL OF HIS MUSIC IN THIS LIBRARY. SELECT ALL OF HIS MUSIC FROM YOUR LIBRARY AND DRAG IT INTO HIS. ONCE THIS IS DONE YOU CAN THEN REMOVE HIS SONS FROM YOU PLAY LIST. MAKE SURE YOU ONE REMOVE IT FROM YOUR PLAY LIST AND NOT DELETE THE FILE.

Since posting the above, I have resolved a sensible work-around in regard to ebookstores which prefer us to have separate accounts for our separate Adobe IDs.
However, I really would appreciate it if anyone here can confirm that a DRM controlled book does actually become associated with a particular Adobe ID account at the time of first download to Digital Editions on that PC/device.

When you say "iTunes account," I think you mean iTunes library. An iTunes "account" is what you use to sign in to the iTunes Store (your Apple ID) and purchase songs (and other media). The iTunes library is what you have on your computer, with your songs and playlists. That is what you use for syncing iPods.
You can have a separate iTunes library. If you create a new user account on your computer (using Windows) and log in to that user account, iTunes will create a new iTunes library for that account. In fact, Windows will keep ALL of your documents separate, as if you are using a separate computer. That is probably the best way to keep your songs in a different iTunes library.
You can also create a separate iTunes library in the same Windows user account, if you use this procedure to switch between iTunes libraries
