Is it possible to make two different backups for one device?

So, here is the problem: i got an 8 gig 4, and since for now i didn't have enough money to buy, which i would like to have, a 64 5. I found out recently that social medias are wasting my memory, which also a problem that we can't delete caches. I'm just curious that if we can do more than one backup files from one device?

    Using TimeMachine you can have more than one backup drive but only set up a single set of exclusions. To do what you want to do will require another backup program. For example you might use TimeMachine to back up your documents and then another program, such as ChronoSync, to back up just your photos.

    The system is not setup to provide that kind of sservice.  If making certain purchases it does ask for an answer to one of your security questions, so that provides a little more security for some purchases, just not all.

    Without taking much of your time let me paraphrase the requirements.
    The client is having two different types of putaway strategies in their current business process. And they toggle between these putaway strategies by reaching out to their production support group and they make configuration changes to have the other put away strategy
    One Step Putaway: GR area --> High Rack Storage
    Two Step Putaway: GR area --> Interim storage (area at the end of each aisle of high rack storage) --> High Rack
    Client wants to have two parallel configurations for both of these put away strategies and needs an ability to switch from one to another. This switching ability should be accessed from SAP screen without any IT intervention (no configuration)
    -  Switching ability should allow the warehouse manager to change from one step to two step put away strategies without any IT intervention.
    -  Switching ability should be accessed my SAP Screen (Z-transaction or something with a radio button to toggle around)
    Is it possible to have two configuration made for Putaway Strategies and switch them on/off depending on the warehouse needs??

    Q1--I don't believe it is possible. An organization can have multiple licenses tied to its main email address, for example, but then they are assigned to the individual users.
    Q2--Yes, you would just need to log out of your account within the CC desktop app prior to logging in on the other account.

    As has already been said,  The onboard ethernet is 10/100/1000 and capable of autosensing which speed it's connected at.  
    What is more in question is the service you have.  I don't remember if cable is the same, but with DSL, there are two connection methods.
    1.  IP Based.  A static IP internet connection that is always on.  Usually three things are required information that can be given via your ISP.
    A) IP Address
    B) Gateway
    C) DNS Servers (Without these the PC cannot resolve DNS names so it doesn't know that http://www.website.com = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx IP address.
    You can get there by right clicking Network Neighborhood, and click PROPERTIES.  Then right lick Local Area Connection and click PROPERTIES.  You can click the TCP/IP setting and click the properties button and enter the proper information to get you online.
    2.  PPPoE (Point to Point Protocol Over Ethernet).  PPPoE requires software from the ISP and usually all that is required is installation of the software and a USER NAME AND PASSWORD.  IP, DNS, and Gateway are all auto-determined by the remote server that the PPPoE software connects to.
    Does yours use one of these?  Most people use a combination router/firewall and plug in either settings.  If you've already configured your settings and are still getting no access, suggest the following:
    a) Reset your cable-modem, then your PC and try again.
    b) Check your cable connections.  You may have an intermittent connection on your net card/wire.  check the pins and look to make sure they make clean contact.  Try another cable to make sure there are no broken/intermittent conductors in the cable.

    Hey, I manage multiple iPads here at my school and had a question about iTunes backup. We want to have multiple backups from the past for each device so that we can restore the device from an old backup if something goes wrong. We have over 180 iPads so I need something quick and automated. Any ideas?

  • Can Time Machine do two different backups for me?

    I've got Time Machine nicely backing up my main HD to a 1TB external ESATA drive. It does it's thing. That backup on the external drive shares space with my main iTunes library which is now about 280 GB and growing. Would Time Machine also be able to make a backup of that iTunes library to another HD that I would buy for the purpose?
    TM was so easy to set up and use I don't remember the choices. That wonderful bonus from Apple brings me here to ask this question.

    You could do it, but it would take some work. First, as I think you currently have things set up, TM backs the main HD to the 1TB drive.
    To perform an independent backup of the itunes folder on the 1Tb drive, you must exclude the main HD, and the TM folder that holds the main HD backup. Then "change disk" (TM preferences) to the new HD you will buy. Do a manual backup.
    When done, undo all these settings and go back to the setting of backing up the main HD to the 1TB disk (undo the excludes I mention earlier). Now you can go back to "normal" backups of the system drive.
    When you are ready to do another backup of the itunes folder, repeat my second paragraph. Like I said - it's a bit of work. You can't have TM do both sets of backups automatically, you must do the manual stuff each time.

    No. Each account needs it uniquie email adresss as the Apple ID.  However, yucan use more than one account on a single iPod and in iTunes.
    To change the acount on the iPOd go to Settins>Store and sign out and sign in with the account you wnat. Also see:

    It's not possible to use differnt fonts in the same text control (string, text message, text box, listbox...) or in the label for any control.
    An alternative solution can be to use a font that natively includes the letters / symbols you need. Within CVI 6 native fonts you can use NISystemMetaFont which includes uppercase omega letter together with other commonly used greek letters (and uppercase / lowercase alphabet and numbers, of course  ).
    In charmap the font is seen as NISYSTEM: with that program you can see all characters included in the font file and select / copy each of them to paste in CVI controls if you need it.
    Proud to use LW/CVI from 3.1 on.

    Usually both header and items are placed in the same file. Please reconfirm or get the formats from the Bank.
