Hi guys,
I have quite a tricky question... I am Austrian, I've been in a long-distance relationship with an Aussie lady for almost three years now... now we're getting more serious and are about to lodge an application for a prospective marriage visa in Australia. So here's my question: Is there any way to obtain stats from a certain contact on Skype (as in: how many times, minutes/hours/days we have talked for, how many messages we have sent, etc.) in order to support our visa application?

Is it possible to generate receivable statement for a party in the hierarch

Our TCA data model is setup like this:
For a party "A" we have two created two subsidary party "A1" and "A2". Both A1 and A2 are related to A with a relationship in TCA. Each A1 and A2 are linked to seperate accounts and both A1 and A2 have seperate but same bill-to and ship-to address. So A1 and A2 are not really two seperate logical entity or operating unit of party A.
My question is: When we generate the statement is it possible it for party A so that it rollsup both A1 and A2?

Generate "Drop-Statements" for DB-Objects

Hi,
is it possible to generate drop statements for the different DB-Objects?
Most of the time when I generate DDL - Statements for Tables and Sequences I need a drop statement for this object to recreate.
And is it possible to supress the schema-name?

I apologize. I had interpreted the first posting in the thread differently than you. I had read "Most of the time when I generate DDL - Statements for Tables and Sequences I need a drop statement for this object to recreate" to mean that when the user generates the DDL for a table or sequence include a DROP statement prior to the CREATE statement. If these were automatically generated and the user accidentally ran the script, they may lose data in the table or the value of the sequence. That is why I was suggesting that the DROP statement generation be configurable when DDL for a table is generated.

I am able to make it to the site for about 2 seconds and then I am quickly logged off and the statement, "There is a problem with your authentication, possibly due to inactivity. For your safety, you have been logged out and must sign in again to continue."
I don't have a clue as to the problem but since this is impacting my participation in these classes and ultimately could have a negative impact on my grade, I am more than a little concerned!

Only one has gotten a response that was supposed to be helpful, but that response was off the mark, because it pointed to a help article about how to use a dial pad to place a call, which is not what this issue is about.
Here are links to all of the relevant postings that I have found. They show that this is not an isolated or new problem. A lot of Skype users need this issue to be resolved.

Not Possible to Install Skype - Error: Key not valid for use in specified state. & then Error 1603.
I have tried all of the community fixes.
I* have cleaned the registry and repair is using the I can not access any .msi files on the skype site (not authorized). So that solution does not work.

I cannot access online statements for my credit card account when using firefox, but have no problem when using safari.

When I attempted to check the monthly statement for my credit card account and clicked on "See statement", the next screen that appeared, which was labeled Online Statement", was blank. In the past, I have never had any problems with this. When I checked with the bank that issued the credit card, the representative I spoke with said that it was a browser issue and that, since I was working on a Mac, I should try using Safari. When I switched to Safari, I had no problem bringing up my statement. But I would prefer to be able to use Firefox to obtain information like this, since it's the browser I always use.

Can you upgrade your browser to Firefox 12 and check?

I have some filters set up, and have assigned some global vars to them, which I then use in my Filters code to display the filters:
myText:Filters [globals.data.glow1, globals.data.stroke1, globals.data.shad1]
Works perfectly.
Now I want to assign a global var to each global filter var to determine if it should be shown or not. So...
globals.data.glow1On = true;
globals.data.stroke1On = true;
globals.data.shadOn = true;
... and then somehow incorporate these new vars into an if conditional to determine if the filter global vars get included in the myText:Filters code.
However, I cannot seem to code the if conditional into the myText:Filters code correctly.
I even tried seperating it out like so:
if (globals.data.glow1On = true) {myText:Filters [globals.data.glow1];
if (globals.data.stroke1On = true) {myText:Filters [globals.data.stroke1];
if (globals.data.shad1On = true) {myText:Filters [globals.data.shad1];
But Flash only makes the last filter true (kinda makes sense to me now why).
Is there a way to do it without having to make an if conditional with 7 permutations?

You are not coding the conditional properly. "=" is for assignment, "==" is for comparing equality.

There's a problem with Adobe Flash, media, etc. and other Adobe programs, (which I use for downloading boarding passes for airlines, etc.) so basically I have to delete these other Adobe programs, besides the Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard if I want to 7.0 Standard to work. I periodically download the updates, but there's still a problem. My question is: Can or should I purchase another program to update the present Adobe Acrobat 7.0 standard, or just buy a new program such as the Adobe 11? Am I mistakenly doing something wrong, such as when I download? I'm an old valued customer so I don't want to spend a lot of money since I am replacing my Dell XP for a new computer now, and my other computer is a Dell Vista.

If you are getting a new computer (for a PC it would have Win 7 or 8), then you will need to purchase XI if you wish to continue using Acrobat. Acrobat 7 is not compatible with these systems (and probably the same for MAC systems), though sometimes workarounds are possible, though not easy to use. I guess the answer is to buy the new version. Scheduled Job to gather stats for multiple tables - Oracle 11.2.0.1.0

In our application, we have users uploading files resulting in insert of records into a table. file could contain records ranging from 10000 to 1 million records.
I have written a procedure to bulk insert these records into this table using limit clause. After the insert, i noticed my queries run slow against these tables if huge files are uploaded simultaneously. After gathering stats, the cost reduces and the queries executed faster.
We have 2 such tables which grow based on user file uploads. I would like to schedule a job to gather stats during a non peak hour apart from the nightly automated oracle job for these two tables.
Is there a better way to do this?
I plan to execute the below procedure as a scheduled job using DBMS_SCHEDULER.

The question was, is there a better way, and you partly answered it.
Somiya, you have to be sure the queries have appropriate statistics when the queries are being run. In addition, if the queries are being run while data is being loaded, that is going to slow things down regardless, for several possible reasons, such as resource contention, inappropriate statistics, and having to maintain a read consistent view for each query.
The default collection job decides for each table based on changes it perceives in the data. You probably don't want the default collection job to deal with those tables. You probably do want to do what Dan suggested with the statistics. But it's hard to tell from your description. Is the data volume and distribution volatile? You surely want representative statistics available when each query is started. You may want to use all the plan stability features available to tell the optimizer to do the right thing (see for example http://jonathanlewis.wordpress.com/2011/01/12/fake-baselines/ ). You may want to just give up and use dynamic sampling, I don't know, entire books, blogs and papers have been written on the subject. It's sufficiently advanced technology to appear as magic.

Not possible if you are just trying to find it without knowing the links between your program and the other programs. You have to know all the objects that relate to the process that your program is automating and then you can probably dig into those related programs to see if there is an EXPORT statement there. But it is not as simple as double clicking on the IMPORT statement or doing a WHERE-USED on the memory ID.

For consolidation, you can use a group chart of accounts and select that in the operative chart of accounts for consolidation purposes. This would work provided the company codes use the same operative chart of accounts and fiscal year.
