Unofficially maybe. You'd have to hack it and it wouldn't be supported or work as you expect.

If you have iMovie it can import video from most camcorders, but not all.   It comes with every Mac Pro.    If you need to restore it from the original installer discs, these are the directions:

Typically iMovie can import if you connect via IEEE 1394 or USB.   IEEE 1394 comes in three flavors:
4 pin (typical for many camcorders), 6 pin (known as bus powered Firewire 400), 9 pin (known as Firewire 800 or 1394b).   Cables exist to connect each type of Firewire to each other. Locate your Camcorder directions on Sony's website to determine what pinout exists if you don't have the manual.
Double check on Sony's website there isn't a firmware update for compatibility with your operating system.
Push comes to shove, you may have to install Windows on your Mac to connect the Camcorder.

Is it possible to install another OS on slim select bay HDD (besides the one that is on the native HDD).
I am planning to add a slim bay HDD to my Tecra M5.

Although I can't vouch for the procedure myself, I don't see why not. If you can install two or more OSes on a single drive on separate partitions, then it should work on an additional HDD as well, in my opinion.
Another question is what OS, and what is going to manage the boot sequence. For example, Microsoft XP setup wipes out GRUB, so you need to install Linux after XP. Two MS OSes usually coexist just fine together, but to be on the safe side it doesn't hurt if the later (by release date) OS is installed second.

Backuping .Sparsebundle on another HDD with minimal Disk space

I recently changed HDD, and instead of restoring the previous system (backed up on TM), i install every program from scratch on a new Mac OS X
Nevertheless, i would like to keep a copy of the old system, just in case.
The .sparsebudle is huge (500Go) whereas my HDD data weight were 150Go
=> I would like to backup the old system with the least HDD space on another HDD (i wanna use Time Capsule to backup the NEW system)
Is it possible ?

It sounds like you need to delete many of the older backups of the Pro.
Since it has a different HD, the first backup of the Pro will be a full one. So it will have all the same data as the last backup of it with HD1. You cannot prevent that.

My teammate told me that he also noticed that on "his iPod" and he dont know why his apple ID was changed to mine.

- I do not understand what yo are seeing with the FIndMyiPod app. That app can set up to find any iOS device. you just have to enter the Apple ID and passwords used for that device.

Here we have a OTYPE = 'OO'.
I Created 2 new evaluation path with my new OTYPE.
I changed views in V_TWPC_V.
Views changed: ZVWO2O and ZVWO2P
New paths created based on: ZNAKO2OS and ZNAK_O2P
But i not see the 'OO' OTYPE in OrgChart.
Is this the right way for it?

Providing you're on 8i+ this will give you the IP address from which th eclient is connected:

Bear in mind that many network applications assign IP Addresses dynamically, so depending on how your network is segmented, the same machine can have very different IP addresses from day to day. If this is just an internal system you're auditing then you might find this call more useful:
SELECT sys_context('userenv', TERMINAL) FROM dual;
This returns the network's ID for the machine, and this is non-varying (unless network admin change it explicitly - but why would they?). This call is also available in the older, deprecated USERENV function:

i found out how to do this finally!
1) set up google gmail account to forward your emails to (from the [email protected])
2) go to your gmail account
3) go to settings (cog in right hand corner)
4) go to 'accounts and import'
5) go to 'send mail as'
6) click 'Add another email address you own' - add your [email protected] address
7) google will send a verification email with code to that email address.
8) enter code
9) go back to gmail account >'send mail as' and select 'make default'
10) close mac 'mail' program and reopen it.
as long as you have gmail account selected as the primary account in MAIL - mail will now come throught as being sent from that [email protected] address!!

I am an avid Final Cut Studio user, and I have about $500 - $600 to blow on some upgrades, but I need to know how much and what exactly I need to buy. I would go with the Crucial RAM (which seems like you already have). I have had great experience with them and just stuck in 2 1GB sticks myself into my G5.
Go with a Seagate hard drive. They really make the most reliable, fastest drives out there, esp. with a 5 year warranty. Look at www.newegg.com for the best deals on hard drives. The 300 GB is wicked cheap at $130; the 400 GB model is probably somewhere around $250. Note that the 500GB is SATA II and the others are regular SATA 150--I dont believe the SATA II is compatible with the G5 yet.
Keep your primary HD as a boot drive... Apps and perhaps user data, iTunes music, iPhotos. The second drive should be your media drive used as a scratch disc, capture scratch, etc... as well as a place to store all your projects and media.

Apple only sells it as a set with the adaptor. I don't know about other stores. I found that one by googling "macbook power cord", so if you do some more searching you might find more.

I wonder why, if I put a youtube video in full screen and I click on another app WHILE THE VIDEO IS PLAYING all remain this way. Sorry, Mozilla doesn't support the patent-encumbered and royalty-encumbered H.264 standard, they support the OGG/Theodora and WebM free open source standards.
Microsoft has a H.264 plugin for Firefox, but it is for Windows7 not WinXP or Win Vista. <br />

There may be other H.264 Firefox plugins out there for WinXP, so do a Google search. Or maybe contact support for that DVR security system and see if they know of or have a Firefox plugin.
