yes we can go for repeat run.But it is possible to repeat the posting run within the period last posted.Normally the repeat run is carried out at the end of the fiscal year, if completing postings are necessary because of corrections to manual depreciation or depreciation terms

I have a scenario in which the inpur credit is taken at the time of the creation of the GR. The Credit is declared to the authorities on a monthly basis. The goods are to be returned to the Vendor once the Excise is declared to the authorities. In this case there is a problem that I can not Cancel the excise invoice as it has already been declared.
Can anyone please explain the process flow for this ?

You can leave the charger plugged in, as you cannot overcharge...charging automatically stops when your battery is full. Once every 2 ~ 3 months, its a good idea to drain the battery to about ~ 40%, then recharge to full. Otherwise, you can charge whenever you like & leave connected whenever you like.
Try to avoid full battery discharges, Lithium batteries don't like that & frequent full discharge/recharge cycles will eventually kill your battery.

Your nano is pausing playback when the screen goes dark (Either when it goes dark on its own or when you click the sleep/wake button). The reason for this is that it is not detecting your headset. You may be able to hear music, but the headset jack is not inserted enough for the nano to detect that it is there (or something is blocking the connection). Here are your three options:
Insert the headset jack harder. Most folks find that this solves their problem. If you can see ANY of the silver of the plug when it is inserted, it is NOT fully inserted. You should feel and hear a click" when it is fully inserted.
Clean out the crud in the headset port. If you have tried #1 and it just won't insert all the way, it is likely that you have crud in your headset jack. Shine a light in there. The entire inside of the jack is white, so if it looks dark down at the bottom, there is probably crud down there. You can try blowing it out or using canned air. Just understand that shoving anything else in there to clean it out will be taking your warranty into your own hands! However, I have cleaned mine out using whatever was handy and small enough to fit in there and so far so good. Your results may vary!
Take it to the Apple store. If you have really tried with 1 and 2 and it is still happening, then there might just be something up with your headset port or your headset jack. If it is the headset jack, you can look closely at that and be pretty sure if that is the problem. Try another headset to make sure. If you have worked all the way through to this point and it is still happening, it is time to take it to the Apple store.

Is it possible to Change Directory structure once the project is developed?

I am a Newbee to OAF development, I recently developed a JSP page using the oracle recommended directory structure "<companyname>.oracle.apps.<custom directory>." ie., for ex: "*xxcom*.oracle.apps.xxco.xxco_mapping.server", the page worked perfectly fine when I ran it from jDeveloper.
but when I tried to deployed the same in the server to run from Oracle Applications, I found that our organization's unix directory structure where I need to deploy the files is not the same, they are excluding the "<companyname>" directory in there structure, the directory structure in unix looks like this "$JAVA_TOP.oracle.apps.<custom directory>...." ie., for example: "/u06/appsw/appdevcomn/java/oracle/apps/xxco", so now I cannot deploy the page I have developed.
How do I resolve this issue? can I change the directory structure in jDeveloper now to match that on the server, ie., change it to "oracle.apps.xxco.xxco_mapping.server" instead of "*xxcom*.oracle.apps.xxco.xxco_mapping.server"

What is the anticipated price drop for the iPhone4 once the 5th edition is released?

I have currently discovered a new found hatred for my Blackberry, and am very eager to get an iPhone. However, I am not eligible for an upgrade through Verizon until August of 2012. At the moment, I am unable to pay $650.00 outright, and was wondering what you tech gurus anticipate the price drop will be once the iPhone 5 is released, or possibly when the holidays roll around.

Auto Closure of the PR once the PO is made

My requirement is such that once the PO is made reference to that PR it should get closed (tick mark on the closed box in Item detail)
Do we have any user exit or Badi for this , if so kindly share them.

There is no standard functionality which you want. Only thing is you can make once the PO is created for the mentioned PR qty, then system should not allow to create another PO with ref to that PR.

The icons for links are gone. In their place are hyphentated boxes. After I click on the link once the real icon comes back. But litterally EVERY link icon is now a hyphenated box till I click once. How can I fix this?

The icons for links are gone. In their place are hyphenated boxes. After I click on an existing link once the real icon comes back. For Example: I have several bookmark links for Amazon. Those links now have hyphenated boxes as their icons not the Amazon icon. Once I click on an existing link the Amazon icon is activated and replaces the hyphenated boxes. Literally EVERY bookmark / link icon is now a hyphenated box till I click once. How can I fix this? I'm running Firefox 8.0 on windows XP. This problem started this week. Before and After upgrading to firefox 8.0 from 7.xxxx. See screen shot example.jpg i've attached below. Double click to enlarge it for better viewing. Any input welcomed. Not a major problem but I would like to have the icons back.

Thanks. That solved it. I had my doubts since I wasn't concerned about my lost bookmarks. I was concerned about the broken functionality. In any event, restoring from a backup solved both the functionality and the lost bookmarks. I appreciate the response!

nope. Once you destroy the frame, any components in it will get cleaned up as well. Unless you have references to them outside of the frame of course.

TS3700 There is more to this than the earphone connection. If I tap the unit once the screen dims, it will continue to play. But it shuts off if I don't. What is going on? It will also continue to play if I run the stop watch, for up to 6 minutes.

And you are positive the headphones are plugged all the way in, meaning the white part of the headset is flush with the body of the Nano and no silver from the plug can still be seen. If so, try another headset to make sure the current one isn't damaged/faulty.

Relogin into the application once the authentication fails

Hi,
We are using java web start to start our application. As we are refering to a secured resource in the weblogic environment we gets a JWS authentication popup screen.
If we supply an invalid user/password combination the authentication fails and we have to restart the application.
We thougt of putting the piece of code which does the authentication in a while(true) loop but it seems that the JWS uses the old user name and password next time also and so the application goes into an infinete loop.
Answer to any of these two queries can solve our problem:
1. Is there a way by which we can make the authentication dialog box to popup again in case of failure so that we don't have to restart the application.
2. Is there any way by which we can clear the past values of user name and password from JWS authentication Dialog box. I guess in this way JWS will pop the Authentication Dialog again..
Pl. reply to these at the earliest as our project is in critical state...

Here's something we did. Not perfect, but it seems to be working. At least until the API provides better support!
We worked to "preempt" the built-in authentication dialog. By that I mean we displayed our own dialog when the client application started (just a dialog, not an extension to java.net.Authenticator). Then for each and every URLConnection, we attach the "Authorization" request header. In our case, we're using Apache's Tomcat application server, so we grabbed their implementation of Base64 encoding (see org.apache.catalina.util.Base64.encode). So we collected username/password information from the user via our own dialog, used Catalina's base64 encoding method, and attached the "Authorization" request header for each and every URLConnection request. This prevents the Java Web Start default Authenticator from ever coming into play.
One other problem (and our solution). If the user typed an invalid username/password, the server challenged our request (with the built-in Authenticator). To get around this issue, we created an unprotected servlet that accepted the specified username/password (via an HTTP tunnel) and returned a boolean (again, via tunneling). This servlet, while unprotected, was directed (in web.xml) to use SSL for security of the password. It validated the specified username/password. Our own authentication dialog worked with this servlet to give the user some specified number of chances to specify a valid username/password. Only if this servlet returned TRUE would the application continue, and make further URLConnection connections using the now-validated username/password.
As I said earlier - this is NOT an optimal solution. What we really need is some API help from the Java Web Start team (they did say they looked at this board when we met at this year's JavaOne). The "correct" solution would be to have the Java Web Start default Authenticator act more like the authentication dialog box of any web browser, popping back up if an invalid username/password was specified.

We're building a PRM system and we want to spice up our application. We added a picture on the homepage by creating a Global Web Applet but there doesn't seem to be functionality in the other Tabs. Since the Solutions Tab is a tab which is used most by partners we (also) want to place a picture on this homepage. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how?

Hi,
In google maps, when you make a request, there is a pointer named "A" with a short pop up description. I find that in my web applet "google maps", the pop up take too much place on the screen. I don't want to put the iframe height more than 500 so do you know if there is a way to desactivate the pop up information and just let the pointer "A" visible?

Well I just try to create a textbox named Variable1 with a text like 'Try'
And then I create a second textbox with the name Variable2 and I just put &Variable1. on the help text filed..... Then execute... and nothing on the popup help of Variable2 although Variable1 have sequence 5 and Variable2 10.
Any other suggestion? or I did something wrong?
