Is it possible to replace my iPhone 4 to one without the newest iOs 5.01 update?

Since going to the APPLE store and being told yesterday that the 50.1 update was the best update ever and trusting an APPLE employee.
I've had nothing but problems, my iPhone's battery drains faster. Turning brightness low, turning everything off. The battery still drained.
I came into the store today; low and behold I got my phone restored, didn't help. Do you think there's ANY possible way I can replace my phone to one that doesn't have the newest update? Please help me. None of the people at the Apple store have been very helpful.
It was perfect for the first two weeks and now it's been stressing me out; to the point where I feel like gray hair is popping up!
I'm not in the mood to walk around with my phone charger again (like I did with my Android)

hey iPat11 , I've accidentally updated to 7.1 and it all returned to the 3G and LTE toggle . I've tried switching off the carrier , ' use cellular data for everything ' . but not switching off cellular data and LTE toggle . and erase all settings and back up from itunes? but it stills didnt show ' accept new updates from carrier ' and its still stuck with the 3G , LTE toggle my god! help pls

iOS 7 allows you to have your apps update automatically. Therefore, the list of what has been updated stays so that you can see what was updated, when and what the release notes say. It has been suggested that they list has a limit, much like Recents. Currently, there is no way for the user to delete the entries manually. Just try not to look at them.

I understand the need for all of your calendars to be up to date across all of your devices and how frustrating it can be when they are not syncing as you would expect. In this situation I would suggest reading over and using the attached article for troubleshooting.

don´t be worry, this would not be a problem.
You have to take the same Aplle ID on both devices, then you can sync them via iTunes by using all universal apps on each device, create playlists, albums and all the things you need and sync it, no problem...

There is no hard drive in an iPhone, it is all solid state memory. If the phone is working you can always copy content from it. If it is not you will need to restore and activate it, and that requires a SIM card.

My iPhone 5 is not allowing updating to the newest iOS version 6.1.3. I missed doing the 6.1.2 update before 6.1.3 was available. It wants to install the 6.1.2 update, but, once I agree to the terms it tells me I can't because I am not connected to the Internet. It is connected to the net, as proved by surfing and iTunes, both by LTE and wireless. I have tried both a full shutdown as well as the most of the easy tricks to, like with apps updates, to get it to refresh. Has anyone had this issue since the 6.1.3 release, and is there an easy way to resolve the conflict.

I was told that by the owners that they were having trouble getting apps and downloading them they had enough space on them so i told them i would restore them but of course i only started doing the one looked at all their apps and everything needed before doing anything i Back-up their ipod of course! but to find out that its already up to date it says! not sure if i can update to the newest IOS and start it from scratch or what Help is needed!

It will only be where you put it.
If it is on the ipad then transfer it to your computer, File>Devices>Transfer Purchases, then sync it to your iphone

Downgrading is not supported, so that is out of question.
About the lost contents. Plug your iPhone in to iTunes of your previous laptop (if you still have it); right click on your phone's name and hit "Restore from backup". Later you can move your iTunes library from your old laptop to your new laptop by following this.
