I recommend that you can create this client list workflow as below in your environment.

Hi All, I am facing an issue wherein Decimal value of 0.01 is getting converted to 0.00. Let me brief you about Source-Target Types Source - Flat FileTarget - DB2Powercenter Version - 9.6.1 HF2 Issue - Field in Source Flat file is defined as Number(5,2). Corrosponding field from DB2 Target Table is defined as Decimal(5,2). Mapping is simple straight forward mapping with 1:1 loading from Source to Target. Now, my Source File contain data as below0.010.020.0312.01 When I execute mapping DB2 target Table gets loaded with all records. Value from corrosponding field from DB2 target table is - 0.000.020.0312.01 As you can see, value of 0.01 is getting converted to 0.00 where as all other values are working fine as expected. As a quick fix I have applied to_decimal(source_field,2) before loading into Target. Could anyone explain if this is a bug in Powercenter or there's some other issue. If I think its a rounding issue then how come value of 0.02 is getting processed correctly? Please advise. Thanks,Rajesh Agrawal

Is it possible to run a midlet as "trusted" without signing it ?

I have a frustrating problem. I have made a midlet that suppose to communciate with the Java SIM card using JCRMI. When I run the midlet on the phone I get the following error message "Application not authorized to access the restricted API". Ok, I know why I get this error. My application has to be trusted by the phone in order to get access to the JCRMI API. So, I need to sign the midlet. That would not be any problem either, but my problem is that my phone (Benq-Siemens EF81) does not seem to support installation of own Root-CA certificates. So in order to sign the certificate I would need to buy a certificate from some of the CA:s that are supported by the phone by default. But this is totally STUPID and EXPENSIVE.
So, my actual question is, is there a way to add a midlet to the trusted domain in the phone without signing the midlet? If I try to run a midlet that wants to use Internet, the phone asks if I want to grant access for the midlet if it is untrusted. But with JCRMI it is different. The phone does not give me any possibility to choose that I trust my own application and want to let it access the SIM card.
I would be very grateful if someone could help me with my problem

Sometimes a plugin-container.exe instance starts hogging a ton of memory -- I would like to know which plugin is running inside that plugin-container without having to one-by-one disable the plugins. Which process called plugin-container.exe?

As described above, I have several instances of plugin-container.exe running, which is OK. It would make me feel safer to know which plugins are running inside each of these, since I would be better able to know whether there is malware running inside one of them, or which website might have made the process start hogging memory.
I am a power user, I usually have 80-100 tabs open, and of course it is hard to track the website or plugin down without having to waste a lot of time.
Could you provide in future releases this information?
Is it already available under one of the about: pages (e.g. config, plugins, memory, etc?)

Maybe I was not clear. I usually have 4-5 plugin-container.exe processes running. I know now that the large one that hogs is the Adobe Flash player, but, for example I don't know which plug-in initiated the other plugin-container.exe instances. 
One of them actually says "googletalkplugin.exe" if you dig deep, which is OK. At least I know why the plugin-container.exe was started. But there are other instances that are just there and there is no way to figure out which plug-in initiated it. 
This would of course also help figure out if it is really the Adobe Flash plug in that is hogging all the memory, OR even if within Firefox in the about: pages one could figure out which TABS are using which plug-ins.
Like that you could freely choose to terminate the process directly, or close the TAB. 
1) What I am looking for is a way to determine which plug-in is running under which instance of plugin-container.exe 
2) Additionally it would be great to have a summary of which TABS are using which plugins (e.g. in the about:plugins page or yet another about: page)

My mom's phone is set up with my apple id... I'm away at college, and my ipod is set with my apple id. I'm not trying to have her have access to my photostream and she keeps on getting the messages I send. Is it possible to disable my account from the active places its set up on? Is it possible to run the flexunit ant task without prompting the browser or anything?

Every time I run the task the browser prompts out and ask me to unblock the generated "TestRunner.swf", only after which the build continues. I only need the test reports and I don't want to be interupted during the build. What can I do to hide the player behind the scene? Thanks very much.

@sotestspacetimeriskind - Ideally I'd suggest using the stand-alone (projector) debug flash player rather than a browser to run the tests unless you have a need to use the browser; sounds like you're using IE on Windows currently. You can find the latest SA Debug FP for Windows @ http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/10/flashplayer_10_sa_debug.exe. After it's installed, you need to associate files with the SWF extension to be opened by the FP application. On Windows you can do this by right-clicking on a SWF file and selecting "Open With..." from the context menu, then selecting the FP executable just installed, then selecting the check box on the file dialog choosing to open all future files with the application. If you require the browser to run your tests due to features only found in Flex running in the browser, I'd suggest using a browser other than IE and the latest FlexUnit 4.1 binaries with the command property (see http://github.com/blegros/flexunit/blob/master/FlexUnit4SampleCIProject/build.custom.xml for an example and http://docs.flexunit.org/index.php?title=Ant_Task).
If you're having trouble implementing the above, post your build script and environment specs and we'll try to help you out further.

Possible to edit music (delete, rename etc)without having music on laptop

Hi,
At work we are not allowed to store music on work laptop.
However we are allowed have itunes installed (for podcasts etc.)
Is it possible to connect my iPod to laptop and edit music without copying it to itunes?
If so do I then have the problem that when I connect at home that my ipod will be updated with the data on my laptop and I'll lose and changes I made?
Is there any way around this?

closing issue

How do i add purchased apps, songs and Tv from one i tunes account on a laptop to my i phone, WITHOUT having to delete all of my items downloaded from my other account on my home PC? If it is not possible, anybody know how i'd go about getting a refund?

When i link the phone to the laptaop, it shows all of the stuff stored on it, but will not let me add any more downloads without first deleting eveything off it - which defeats the purpose. Any ideas as to how i can add these new downloads to my phone without wiping everything else?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thats great Allan - only recently purchased an external drive so will try to transfer via that, or borrow a cable and try and link them up.
Its weird as it would let me use the shared files function to shift the new aps onto the phone, but not the audio or video files. Will give the suggested solutions ago and hopefully that'll do the trick.

Is it possible to delete a users blog list without having to delete the entire user profile?

The problem I have is that a users blog entries have become corrupted, if you view his entries the page displayed is completely unrendered.
I'm not able to add a screen shot, but imagine if you will a loaded page, with no formatting, basically a plain html page, if that makes any sense!
If I or anyone else look at his blogs, the pages once again look unrendered, if he looks at another persons blog, it renders fine. So, it just looks like his (and his alone) blog list has some how or other been corrupted.
Is there a way to just delete the blog without having to delete his entire profile and get him to start all over again? The user doesn't mind losing his blog entries but would rather not have his whole profile deleted.

There's no technical way this could be possible. It's like a
.swf playing without the Flash Player installed, or a Java applet
without the Java Virtual Machine. Or even like a Windows
application running without Windows. :)
There are, however, 3rd party wrappers out there to turn AIR
apps into native OS apps (basically it wraps the AIR Runtime inside
a native OS executable, like .exe). One that I can name off the top
of my head is the Shu wrapper. This is like the old school Flash
projectors, like Zinc and mProjector. The user doesn't have to
install anything to run native executables.
I would be surprised if Adobe has any plans to make an
executable wrapper for AIR, but I don't know anything. I would like
to see .air files be able to run in the AIR Runtime without having
to actually install the .air package, though.

After these changes in registry the behavior of the button was suppressed, the Firefox stopped to start unexpectedly all the time – so in system it works. But the problem is still when I have opened Firefox. Every time when you want to surf in internet – the homepage is activated also unexpectedly. I wrote this post with intention to ask if there is a possibility to switch off the functionality of this quick launch button in Firefox. Because I assume Firefox overrides the system setup – this I have made in registry. I tried with some option changes in about:config but without success. And I know that for older versions of firefox was some option in about:config do disable_quick launch button. But in 10.0.2 I couldn't locate it.

You can't run IE on an iPad and the only way to use it on a Mac, since it's been discontinued for years for the Mac OS, is to install Windows either via Boot Camp or via running Windows as a virtual machine using something such as Parallels Desktop (my personal preference).

Is it possible to run sub vi and main vi at same time from startup?

Is it possible to run both my main vi and my two sub vi`s from startup, all of them continuously? I have to sub vi`s that are supposed to take in measurements from two different instruments continuously. I manage to make a program where I can open up and close the sub vi`s, but when my sub vi`s are closed, nothing is happening in them...and they start to run again when I open them...and I have to close them if my main VI is supposed to run. So the data in the chart is only from the periodes when the sub vi has been open.

I will send my labview programs. "Hovedprogram" is my main vi, "front" and "front 2" is my sub vi`s. I am also using global variables. I have already searched the discussion forum trying to find an answer to my problem, but I haven`t quite managed yet...
My sub vi`s are not connected to any instrument now, but I have inserted a sinewave-generator and a chart in "front"(my sub vi) so I am able to see that the sub vi actually stop running when i close the window.

Is it possible to run the Classic Environment INSIDE Rosetta on a MacBook Pro (Early 2008) with Leopard?

Rosetta works up until Snow Leopard. The Classic Environment works up until a late version of Tiger. Rosetta makes apps. built for PowerPC Macs work. The Classic Environment make apps. for Mac OS 9 work on Mac OS X for PowerPC Macs.
Would it consequently be possible to run the Classic Environment INSIDE Rosetta?
I have read https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-2292, but I am still unconvinced unless there is a flaw to my logic. At any rate, I subscribe to the Churchillian adage of never giving in unless the forces of common sense and doctrine dictate otherwise.
If it won't work, then why?

Thank you ever so much for your kind replies! (I tried giving you the 10 pts. of 'Correct Answers' to each of you, but unfortunately it was only possible for Klaus1, so the points were distributed between him and BDAqua even though you were all helpful!)
My next question will naturally be: Is SheepShaver legal? My Google search didn't yield any conslusive proof that it was, nor any that it wasn't, but as the E-Maculation web page seemed quite official and above board I would assume that it is.
The next logical step would be to ask whether it's safe for both HW and SW to run SheepShaver. HW, it appears, is very rarely, if ever, affected by SW settings, so I would assume that hardwarewise, I'm good to go. Could it ruin the kernel of Mac OS X's Unix-based operating system?
