Is it possible to set trackmarks on a mix without playback-interruption?

I´ve mixed my favourite songs in waveburner and now have a mix of one hour with nice crossfades between the single tracks.
Only problem: I cannot switch between the tracks on my Ipod, because the whole mix is just one mp3.
That´s why I´m wondering, if there are possibilities to switch forward to several songs of my mix by setting trackmarks or similar.
The issue is to have the mix still beeing played fluently from beginning to the end and not having short breaks at the end of the single tracks.

You'll need to use a script to do it. Something like this should do:
if (event.value) {
     event.rc = true;
     var v1 = +this.getField("NameOfOtherField").value;
     if (+event.value!=(v1*0.25)) {
          app.alert("The value you entered must be 25% of the value of NameOfOtherField.");
          event.rc = false;
(This will check if the entered value is exactly 25% of the other value... If you meant something else, please clarify)
