Is it possible to sort text/imessages in alphabetical order??

Is it possible to sort text/iMessages into alphabetical order instead of just by date?? Would be great to have the option to sort by different filters or even to initiate a search of a particular subject/word or persons name.

How are you viewing your library? In Song view or Album View?
If in Album view pull down View > Show View Options and select Sort by: Artist, then: (whichever choice you want here).
If in Song view I like to see the album artwork so pull down View > Show View Options and select "show album artwork" and close the small window. Then click on the column that contains the artwork and sort it by Artist.

Is it possible to rearrage saved passwords in alphabetical order?

I have a large number of saved passwords that i would like to sort into alphabetical order. At the moment, for example, at the top of the list are yourhealthportal.com.au b2c.csair.com and singpet.com.
n the Bookmarks menu it is possible to drag and drop items to a different position in the list. Can something like this be done with passwords?

I can sort my bookmarks via Bookmarks + Organize Bookmarks + Views + Sort, but not permanently. That is, when I subsequently look at my bookmarks, they are arranged in their original unsorted order. What must I do to keep them permanently sorted alphabetically?

Certain songs won't sort in the correct alphabetical order

I just got a new iPod Classic and when I transferred my iTunes library (about 1600 songs), I noticed some songs had the incorrect titles showing when they were playing on both iTunes and the iPod, for example when a song "Falling" was playing, the title read "Dance Me to the End of Love". I realized how to fix that problem by going into iTunes and playing each album that had incorrect songs, and it fixed the title problem. Now, the song titles are correct but the alphabetical sorting is under what the incorrect info was, for example a song "Falling" is coming up where the song "Dance Me to the End of Love" should be.
All of the albums I have had trouble with are ones I bough from iTunes, and I tried deleting them and downloading them from the cloud, but it didn't work.

Here is what a -50 error means:

Touchpad Sync Sorts Playlists Out Of Alphabetical Order?

I sync with HP Play beta. Take a look at the bottom left, my playlists. What gives?
I mean, I love Zeppelin as much as anyone else, but I need alphabetical order to find anything.

I just posted this at iLounge, figured I'd share what I discovered.
It seems that iTunes will not refresh the playlist folder list properly within the iPod after a re-sync.
For example, let's say you have a playlist folder for every letter of the alphabet. You sync one playlist in the folders for the letters A, C, E and M. The iPod will display them in that order.
Now lets say that you decide to put a playlist in that's in folder F. After you sync, you'll find that the iPod has not placed the F folder between E and M, it has placed it after M.
This behavior seems to apply to playlist within folder. 1st sync a playlist that begins with the letter W in a folder. Eject, then reconnect, and sync a playlist that begins with the letter P from the same folder. The iPod will now display the playlist that begins with the letter P after the one that begins with the letter W.
This behavior does not seems to apply to playlist outside of folders. Those are synced properly and in alphabetical order.
The only way around this seems to be to unselect the affected folders and playlist in the iPod sync page, sync to wipe, then re-sync everything to make sure it gets loaded in the proper order the first time.

Well as far as I can recall, I did nothing special at all when I synced my music to the iPad. I have very few downloaded/purchased songs on the device, but even the very few purchased songs that I have in the Music App are in alphabetical order. The only settings that can be changed on the iPad are in Settings>Music and I don't see anything in there that has any bearing in this. I have Group by Album Artist selected, but that doesn't change the alphabetical order if I toggle it off and on.

Is it possible to turn off iMessage off for one individual during group text?

Can I turn off iMessage for individuals who use the iPhone and IOS 5 but do not have their iMessage setting on? I want to group text with two other people. They both have IOS 5, but one does not use iMessage. She can't recieve the group text unless I turn my iMessage off for everyone. I have a large number of separate text frames with text startsing with a number.
Is it possible to sort the text frames i alphabetical / numeric order either in y or z?
Scripts available that I've found sort paragraphs, but since my text frames contains several paragraphs that's not an option.
InDesign CS5, MacOS X.
So, help much appreciated.

That took me a few minutes
Sorting 'on contents' is easy, but then the text order inside the frames as set would be correct, but not the order of the frames themselves. The top frame on your screen may not be "the first one" according to the order of creation.
So you also have to re-sort the text frame location, top to bottom and left to right. I do this by first sorting the frames into the correct location, so the "first" frame is actually the first one on the page, then the next one etc.
Then I sort the contents on the first word and move the frames around into their sorted order.
I do this quick 'n dirty: by moving their geometric bounds around. Thus it's possible I place a large text into a small 'original' frame (actually I don't move the text around) and it might get overset. But this way nothing else on the screen changes.
If you want the frames aligned and spaced out as in your "below" image, you could do that before running my script.

You probably had something in mind when you applied the colors to the text. It's always best to record the conditions directly rather than to indicate them indirectly by by use of color.
You can use Conditional Formatting to do some color coding based on the condition. You might even find that it's easier to let the conditional format tool than to assign the colors manually.

I was wondering if it is possible in an Apex interactive report to sort text as number?
For example, a series of text rows:

if it were text. What I would like to see is:

How could this be done?

If your column contains numbers only, you could use TO_NUMBER (column_name) column_name to convert it to a numeric value and it will sort it properly.

You mean automatically? I'm not aware of any carrier that offers such a service.
You can manually forward a text message, however.
If you use iMessage, then any iMessages will be delivered to all devices that use the same Apple ID for iMessaging.
