Is it possible to sync videos in iPad?

I've been trying to sync videos (not movies or music videos) but regular videos, eg. graduation video and it won't sync. Don't know why, any body please.....
Thanks in advance....

I tried and it work very well. I downloaded "any video converter" and is awesome it will convert your video to any format you want. Not only video, but also for audio and mobile formats as well. Then I just have to drag the video once it finish to movies on iTunes and done. It's super fast I cannot believe how fast it converts your video no matter how big it is. I tried the other way around, "advance- convert to aac." but it didn't work out because my video was not on iTunes, but on my computer's hard drive. Anyways, thank you so much for the help it was very helpful.

  • ITunes stopped syncing videos to iPad and iPhone

I have a bunch of TV shows purchased from iTunes store on my laptop (MacBook Air, OS X 10.8.2) which I routinely sync to my iPad and iPhone. After ungrading my iPhone to iOS 6, the sync stopped working to both iPhone and iPad (which I did not upgrade yet) with iTunes saying that I can not sync these videos because I do not have permission to play them on this computer. This is incorrect as this computer is authorized to play them, and I can actually play them on this computer. I've done all the tricks I've found suggested - reset iPhone (which I didn't think would work since the iPad is affected too), deactivate and activate my iTunes account, and am stuck. Thoughts?

    Hey there kuyosh!
After reviewing your issue, I have an article to suggest that will help you troubleshoot the issues with your iPad. The following article will help you do some basic troubleshooting on any iPad issues you may be seeing and their interactions with syncing to the computer:

  • Syncing videos to iPad

    I have 2 problems:
Since upgrading to mountain lion I don't see all of my iPhoto events in iTunes so I can't add all of my pictures to my iPad.
Also after upgrading to mountain lion my home videos taken on my iPhone don't sync to my iPad. I have the videos in iPhoto and they are visible when I go into iPhoto but when I add an event into the photo library on my iPad via iTunes only the pictures show up no videos.
Sorry if this isn't completely clear, please feel free to ask for clarification.

Don't you need the pro version of Quicktime to convert to iPod/iPad? Or is that now standard?

  • Is it possible to sync numbers between iPad and iPhone and mac

Is it possible to sync Numbers between iPhone and iPad and IMac.  I work in a school and want to keep test scores for my class in the one place without having to manually update the spreadsheets each time I enter scores.
    Thanks in advance
    Conor

Yes, Numbers syncs (very well) via iCloud.  You need to activate Numbers iCloud sync on all of your devices.
On the Mac, go to System Preferences > iCloud and make sure Documents & Data is checked.  Also click the Options... button next to Documents & Data and check Numbers.app.
On each iOS device, go to Settings > iCloud > Documents & Data > and turn on Numbers. Also go to Settings > Numbers and turn on Use iCloud.
After you've got things working, it's best to close down the Numbers document on one device before you use it on another.

  • Sync videos to iPad from Aperture with Videos on external HD

    Hi,
I have the a problem when trying to sync videos with my ipad through Aperture.
When I sync videos which are in the mediafolder on the macbook the videos are perfectly synced to my ipad.
But when I have my videos (and Foto Originals) moved to an external Harddisk the videos don't show up in my ipad (the fotos does).
Seems like one hasn't thought about that function inside aperture to be handled by the sync interface in itunes.
Thanks in advance for your domments and maybe a hint to solve the problem?
    Joe

Thanks for your quick response Frank,
this helps to understand the intention on how the applications are programmed, but this is really not very userfriendly How to handle Fotos and Videos if you don't have enough space on your macbook.
Do I have to put the whole mediafolder from aperture to an external disk. Than I don't have the benefit of having a smaller mediafolder on my macbook, without the originals, which I do want to have on an external drive.
Today we're not only talking about external Harddrives, but NAS and iCloud, so I guess this should be optimized then.
But of course this is at the address from apple then, or is there somehow a workaround for that problem??
Thanks fo any help out there

I have new Mini Ipad and newest version of iphoto, Lion O/S.  Photo stream does not transfer video from ipad to computer.  Transfer app very slow and does not always work even though all devices and Wi Fi 5 feet from each other.  What other method can I use.

Connect it to your computer using a USB cable and import any video into iPhoto.

  • Cannot sync videos to iPad 2

I have just returned from holiday, and took some photos on my Panasonic camera and videos on my iPhone 4. I have connected both to my Macbook Proc and successfully imported them all into iPhoto, where I have created an album to hold all the images. I have then tried to sync he album to my iPhone and iPad 2, but although the photos have transfered across to both devices, the videos will not. I have ensured that the check box 'include videos' is checked on the photos tab on both devices in iTunes but alas the videos will not sync across. I have restarted the Mac, the iPad and also taken all the images from the folder and istalled them again. Please can anybody help, I'm pulling my hair out. Thanks

Are you actually syncing the content to the iPad or are you assuming that Home Sharing places the content onto the device? Home Sharing only works when you are on the same WiFi network and with iTunes running on your computer. If you turn WiFi or are no longer connected to your network, you can't play any of the content from the shared library because its not residing on the device.
So if you are actually syncing and nothing is coming across to the iPad, is the content selected to sync to the device in the various tabs of iTunes .... Movies, music, TV Shows, etc.
If you are syncing unsuccessfully, describe what happens when you try to sync.
I assume that I am not totally understanding what you are trying to say, because you are saying that this all works with the other iPad and the iPhone so you should know all of this already, so forgive me for questioning all of this.

  • Sync videos to iPad, without "include videos"

I have two videos in iPhoto which I want sync'ed to my iPad 3, so I checked "include videos." But now it will include all videos in the events that I want to sync, and I rarely want that. If I uncheck "include videos," it removes the two that I want.
So my question is, how do I get those two sync'ed to my iPad without checking "include videos"?
    Thanks!

You can not directly sync an iPhone with an iPad. You can sync certain data with the help of iCloud as long as both devices are setup with the same Apple ID. iTunes Purchases can be downloaded to multiple devices as well, as long as they are also signed into the same account. iTunes Match can help with music not purchased from iTunes although you would have to start with a computer.

I have had ipad and iphone for a while and my mail, contacts and calendar are all synced up so that when I add or delete an item on one device it mirrors that on the other. • Synced videos doesn't show up on iPad

    Hello,
I have two videos (one mp4 and one m4v) that I've successfully transfered to the iPad through iTunes.
But when I start the Video app, the screen says "No Videos".
How do I make the synced videos show up on my iPad?
If I go to Settings -> General -> About on the iPad, it says 0 movies.
But in iTunes, the movies are in fact on the iPad, and I can watch them fine, streamed from my iPad, within iTunes on my PC.

Just been struggling with this issue myself on my little girl's iPad. Turns out that I had synced a rated movie but had restrictions on the iPad that prevented viewing of that movie. I lifted the restrictions (in General settings) and the movie appeared.

  • Is there anyway to sync videos shot from an iPad to an iTunes library using home sharing instantly?

Hey everyone. So at work we are trying to figure out another way to shoot speeches and have them available for the customer to review instantly. We were thinking about using Home Sharing to do this, to sync these videos to an iTunes library. However, it seems to only work the other way around, from iTunes to the iPad. The problem is is that when you take videos or pictures with your iPad they go immediately to your camera roll. Is there any way to sync videos you have taken with the iPad to iTunes using Home Sharing? Thanks!

Not sure about the Home Sharing method.

  • Why can't I get music videos to NOT sync on the iPad

So I have recently updated to iOS 7 on my daughter's iPad 2.  Out of the blue, now because not before, all the music videos on my computer sync to her iPad.  I have the include music videos unchecked under music.  I have the sync only checked songs and videos on the summary screen.  The only thing checked to sync under music is the genre Christian and Gospel.  Yet, every music video on my computer are being pushed into her iPad.  Most of the videos are not 8-year suitable in my opinion.  Britney Spears new videos, Ke$sha, Eninem, etc...  Can someone tell me how to get my wife's filth videos off my 8-year old's iPad?  PLEASE!!!!
