Is it possible to take images, videos, send messages or make a call in iphone,through voice command. when it is off mode?

In one of my coming project, we need to implement taking images, videos, sending SMS and make a call through voice commands in iphone, especially when Iphone is Off mode.I'm new to IOS development. I don't have clear about this concept,If any have any resource related to this topic. Please share there ideas or thoughts.

What do you mean by "Off mode"? Do you mean the phone is turned "off"? If so, you can't do anything with any iPhone, other than look at it, if it's turned off. Off on an iPhone is off...nothing works.

Is it possible to take the CDR data from a v4.2 Call Manager and copy it to a separate server where it would be made available for reporting? We are not interested in migrating the CDR data to v6 because of the concerns it introduces to the upgrade process. Is it possible to get the raw data and somehow serve it from a different machine? (knowing it would be 'old' data that stops as of a certain date). If so, what would be the complexity involved in doing so?
It seems like the CDR data lives within MSSQL and the reporting interface is within the web server portion of the Call Manager... that's as far as we've dug so far.

It is absolutely possible to get the data - anyone you have in your org with basic SQL skills can move the data off to a standalone SQL server. This could be done most simply by backing up and restoring the DB using SQL Enterprise Manager.
Moving the CAR/ART reporting tool would be more difficult... if you do actually use that for reporting (most people find it doesn't do what they need and don't use it for anything but basic troubleshooting, and get a third party package) then the best option may be to keep your publisher (possibly assigning it a new IP) and leave it running for as long as you need reporting.
You would then need a new server to run your upgraded V6 CCM; you may find you need this anyway.

If you're not able to send text or iMessages to certain contacts after updating your iPhone, start with the troubleshooting tips in this article:
iOS: Troubleshooting Messages - Apple Support
If you only see this behavior with a few contacts, you may want to try these steps first:
If the issue occurs with a specific contact or contacts, back up or forward important messages and delete your current messaging threads with the contact. Create a new message to the contact and try again.
If the issue occurs with a specific contact or contacts, delete and recreate the contact from the Contacts app. Send a new message to the contact.

You can reset the phone and it won't cause any problems or cause you to lose any data - Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Silver Apple appears.
The other thing you should do is to reset your network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You will have to set up your Wifi again, but that oftentimes clears things up.

I am sure other people are far more qualified to answer. However, I believe the "hardware dna" is more shared than not shared between the iPhone's camera function and its potential use for video. A camera takes one image at a time. Video takes a series of images. video-enabling software could instruct the output of the camera to recorded as a series rather than a single image into storage. As someone else noted, there may be hardware obstacles; my guess is that there is sufficient hardware to enable at least low-quality video capture.

Why does iMessage take longer to send messages for certain conversations?

iMessage can take around 15-20 minutes to send messages to certain conversations, but is extremely fast for others (I've noticed that it's generally faster for relatively newer conversations) off of my phone (iPhone 4S running iOS 8). iMessages for the same conversations send infinitely faster off of my macbook pro.
It shouldn't be a wifi/data/network issue because messages sent for different conversations off of the same network take different times to send.

I would delete the contact and then have the other person(s) send you a Mesage and then readd them as a contact.

I am trying to set up iMessage so I can send and receive messages on my iphone 5 and my iPad using the same apple id.

I assume that you want to keep the same Apple ID on both devices for downloads and purchases but you just want to know how you can use Messages on both devices without creating a new Apple ID.
On one of the two devices ....Settings>Messages>Send and Receive at>You can be reached by iMessage at>add another email address ... and enter another working email address. After you enter the email address and it is verified by Apple, go to the InBox of that email account, read the email from Apple and follow the instructions to complete the verification. Then go back to the settings and remove your Apple ID email address. You will now use that new email address at the contact at email address for messages on that device.
You can keep your Apple ID email address and use that one on the other device.

Let's be clear on one thing here. The manual setting is an iPod setting, not an iTunes one. So, once you've set it to manual (and you appear to have done that correctly), then you can connect it to any number of computers without changing that setting.
"The grey thing occurs on one pc only"
This is the thing that I don't understand, if your iPod is set to manual, then it shouldn't happen on any computer. If you connect the iPod that is set to manual to this pc, and then click on it in the source listing, then you would be looking at the songs on the iPod, and they should not be greyed out. When you connect to the "other pc" under these same circumstances, they are not greyed out?
