Is it possible to use AAMEE for Lightroom 4?

I'm trying to find a better solution to installing Lightroom 4 in a computer lab (30 stations). Right now I need to manually enter the serial number and Adobe ID on each station to activate. Then I have to move that license file to the main library (from the user) so that Lightroom is activated on all users of the station. Will AAMEE work? It says I don't have the right product installation folder when I tried it.

yes, drop the two mp3 files into the GB timeline, record your voice on a third track, and when you're done, delete the track that has the mp3 with vox

I am looking for a little help please. This may be a fruitless question, but here it goes. I have a deaf 5th grader. TTY relay is essentially a thing of the past, and all of her friends are using 'video phone' to keep in touch. Anyway, today we got a Sorenson VRS router and video phone camera from her school, and it uses our existing cable internet connection. It is a BUNCH of stuff to hook up to an already crowded system. Does anyone have any ideas about the possibility of using iChat for my daughter to connect to her friends that will be using a different system?

Welcome to the Apple Discussion Pages.
I can tell you what iChat will do and maybe that will help.
iChat is an Instant Messaging service that uses the AIM servers. Therefore it is an AIM client.
AIM stands for AOL Instant Messenger.
You can join this service in several ways.
1) By having the AOL Package where AOL is your Internet provider (ISP)
2) By having the stand alone Application referred on these Discussions as the AIM application (comes in several version for PC, Macs, Linux and phones although each version varies as to what it can do - see side bar at link page).
3) Or by another application that is also an AIM client.
On a Mac that can be Proteus or AdiumX, there are PC AIM clients like Trillian.
Some AIM clients only do some of the features.
FOr instance iChat to PC AIM can Video (Moving Pics and Sound) but not Audio only.
iChat to Trillian on a PC can do both Video and Audio only if the PC end has the Pro version of Trillian ($25)
All clients can at least Text chat.
Many can send files and pics as well as Text chatting.
iChat can support Text chatting, Audio Chats and Video chats. Any USB Mic will work for Audio chats. Many Firewire DV Camcorders also work, many Firewire Webcams also work and some USB cams can be made to work with iChat.
To do this iChat needs a fast enough Mac (Procesor speed) and a fast enough interent Connection Speed.
In iChat 2 there is felt to be a better chance of success with connections to PC machines running either AIM (or the AOL package) or Trillian Pro for Video chats.
Text chats and Video chats can be done to the same Buddy (contact) at the same time. I would have thought this would be ideal as it provides a chance to practice lip reading skills and not missing any of the info.
What iChat 2 can not do.
1) Chat to other services like MSN or Yahoo!
2) Chat or link to Video phones.
3) Video to Mobile (cell) phones.
4) Connect to other Video conferencing services.

We are using WLC 2500 and AP 1041 with web authentication. Due to we do not have the trusted/public certificate and want to get rid of the certificate warning during the user login. I would like to ask if this is possible to change the web authentication method from HTTPS to HTTP. Thanks.

Yes u can... But there is a catch..
1) If ur running WLC code below 7.2.X then the only option is to disable HTTPS globally (Meaning HTTPS management access disabled only HTTP).
2) If you are running 7.2.X and above, then you can use HTTP for client webauth and then HTTPS for Management access.
The command for disabling https for web authetication would be:-
config network web-auth secureweb disable

Is it possible to use IQS1 for purchase orders without material master?

We are currently trying to come up with a way to send a notification on purchase orders which have GR's posted against them so that the purchasing team/requestor know that products have been shipped. We have an office in Qatar where we would like to ship products to (which we are purchasing out of a catalog based in the US) and we need a way to track the shipment. We are currently using T-Code IQS1 for any items which have been created as material master and are in stock within Qatar however we would like to utilize this t-code for products which are pulled in from a supplier catalog, which are not part of the material master.
Is there a way to use IQS1 for non-material master products?

I want to know if events are possible with plain java objects. A simple class that is capable of firing an event and another simple class that can receive that event. My question is
1. If it is possible - then what is the approach that needs to be taken and would appreciate an example.
2. Is Observer Pattern in java going to help?
To explain further i am doing [Add,Modify,Delete,Traverse] Data tutorial using swing in Net beans. I have a ButtonState Manager class that enables and disables buttons according to a given situation. For example if add is clicked the modify button becomes Save and another becomes Cancel. The other buttons are disabled. What i want is the ButtonStateManager class to do a little further - i.e. if Save is clicked it should report to DBClass that it has to save the current record which was just added. I am foxed how this can be done or what is the right way. Thanks for reading a long message. Appreciate your help.

Is it possible to use AirTunes for Logic Pro?

Greetings fellow Logic users =)
I finally got Logic Pro and boy am I impressed! However, there's one question I have that I hope shows promise.. Currently, my monitors are connected to the Airport Express so I could listen to music through AirTunes. Since Logic is now Apple owned, I assumed it would have a similar output setting. However, I cannot find anything in the program that would allow me to stream music through AirTunes so I can mix using my monitors wirelessly. Is this a possibility??

AirTunes is a part of iTunes, it's not an audio driver.
But you can use this to stream any audio source to an Airport Express:

I've used it to beam a Logic mix to a PA to check how mixes will sound, works great.
However, there will be too much latency for mixing, due to the buffering involved. As for live playing instruments - forget it.
Connect up your speakers to a proper audio interface for Logic.

Hello, you'd need another Router, or at least a different range of IPs on the Router for Wired & Wifi, or at the very least specifically mount Windows® shares by IP.

System Preferences>Network, click on the little gear at the bottom next to the + & - icons, (unlock lock first if locked), choose Set Service Order.
The interface that connects to the Internet should be dragged to the top of the list.

Is it possible to use AJAX for onblur method -- ADF

Is it possible to execute a javascript action method for (onblur,onclick etc.,) using AJAX?
For example according to the selection made in a list box, some fields are hidden or rendered. This is done with out any javascript code written in ADF using AJAX.
Like wise for onblur etc., can we use AJAX?
I want to save the record when I tab out from the last field of the record.
Please let me know how I can do this.

I think the easiest way out of this is to use a commit button on the page, give it an ID and then look it up using document.getElementById("form:Id");. submit this handle (note that buttons are rendered as links). This doesn't require an Ajax call

Citrix does not allow iOS to run Windows. Citrix products are one of several ways to connect an iOS device to a system that does run Windows and allow the iOS device to take control of that Windows system. Citrix, to the best of my knowledge, does not make their back-end products (i.e. the software that runs on the system to which you want to connect) available for free; it's usually quite expensive as it's intended for enterprise use.
Citrix for home use would almost certainly be vast overkill, though. Just do a web search for "VNC". VNC is a solution for Windows and iOS that would allow you to take control of your Windows system.

It may or may not be possible to verify the usage of such a technology device. And where did you get the idea that it costs $10 to manufacture and sell an iPad? I think the parts cost alone was $260, not counting manufacturing, shipping, storage, retail space, salespersons, helpdesk support, all the other overhead costs, etc. etc.
With so many people out there trying to scam the system, it will be an uphill battle to try to convince anyone that you bought it and didn't open the box for 14 months. That's very unusual.
At some point, the store you bought something from (in this case it was Apple) has to say no. What if it had been unopened for 2 years, or five years, or 20 years? This is what the warranty period is all about. It starts on the day you buy it and ends at the end of the warranty period, regardless of usage.
I am sympathetic to your plight but if you are able to get a new iPad (refurbished would be more likely), it will be through the kindness of Apple going above and beyond. If you do not get one, it is not Apple's fault you waited this long and there is no requirement for them to replace it.

Is it possible to use a "for loop" structure to represent DAQ of 16 channels?

I tried to search but I failed to find a similar problem so I am posting this problem here.
I have a temperature DAQ board which has 16 channels, and I am using all 16 channels to record and monitor temperature data.
When I writed blocks for all 16 channels, a mess was created (as you can see in my attached program). I have noticed that all the VIs for the 16 channels have similar structure, so I was thinking whether we can represent all 16 channels with a "for loop" strucutre with a pointer i scanning from i=1 to 16 as we usually do in Matlab or Fortran.
For instance, we may try to simplify the code like:
for i=1:1:16
acquire data from channel i
show data from channel i in X-Y graph
write data from channel i to excel in every 10 seconds
end
I could not do it myself because I cannot find a "pointer" to represent each channel.
Does anyone know how to do this in LabVIEW? Thank you.
It is said that it is best if we can put all of our code within the screen of a monitor we use by using subVIs to divide the code into many subroutines. But I found it quite difficult to do so as I have too many controls as inputs and indicators as outputs. Also, I use property node to read and write frequently, which make things harder....
Attached code does not work as it requires the 9213 hardware, and for simplicity I deleted irrelavent modules. But if you need I can upload one that may work by modifying the read VI.

Yup, instead of all these 1D arrays, use a single 2D array. Your code could be reduce to <10% of the current size. I am sure it would fit easily on a single screen.
Also try to do some tutorial or take some courses. I realy don't think you are ready to tackle a system of this magnitude at this time.
Your code is just peppered with very poor choices. Some things you apparently haven't figured out:
index array is resizable. There is no need to create dozens of parallel instances, all wired to the same array and all with a unique index diagram constant. If you want all elements in order, the indices don't need to be wired at all.
Replace all your value property nodes with local variables. Much more efficient. Then redesign the code so you don't even need most of the local variables.
You can use built array to append elements to an existing array. Using "insert into array" is much more complicated an error prone.
It is not a good idea to have deeply stacked while loops with the innermost loop having long delays and indeterminate stop conditions. That just gums up the gears.
Learn about proper code architectures, state machines, etc.
Get rid of that gigantic, all encompassing stacked sequence. I am sure you can find a better way to reset three booleans when the code is about to stop. In fact it is typically more reasonable to set things to a defined state when the program starts to avoid problems due to accidental value changes at edit time.
Don't use hidden control/indicators as data storage and interloop communication via local variables. There are better ways.
You can wire the reminder or Q&R directly to a case structure. No need for e.g. "=0".
Don't use ambiguous labels, e.g.a boolean labeled "Dampers on or off". Nobody will be able to later figure out if TRUE corresponds to ON or OFF. Could it be that TRUE mean it is either ON or OFF and FALSE that it is in some imternediate position?

Is it possible to use OpenSolaris for Sun VDI 3.1 core servers?

The documentation states that Sun VDI 3.1 core servers must be Solaris 10 (u7 or u8).
While it is not supported to use OpenSolaris (2009.06 dev_129/130 or SXCE snv_129) for the core servers, is this expected to work at all in practice (i.e. in a single-host demo environment)? Are there any issues regarding bundled recent SRSS and SSGD running on OpenSolaris platforms, in particular?
The problem is that a potential customer wants to evaluate Sun VDI and can spare some old Netra servers for the installation, which were acceptable as Sun Ray servers in previous life. These servers have two "eri" interfaces and a "dgc" interface, and need to connect to several networks (public, ldap, management and new test-sunray vlans). Solaris 10 does not provide drivers for "eri"'s nor "dgc"'s to create VLANs, so the customer wants to try OpenSolaris and CrossBow to spawn VNICs or VLANs. If that goes well indeed, my original question stands up.
If this is known not to work, we'll save some time from pointless tests and push requests for different hardware :)

I had a similar problem. One of my VDI test systems is from HP and and has a RealTek "RTL81xxx" chipset that is not supported under Solaris 10. But there is this page here:

Take a look. There are many free Ethernet drivers for Solaris there. You have to compile them yourself, but the process is straightforward (just follow the instructions). I was able to get my Ethernet interface working via the "gani" driver, so my interface got the name "gani0". It may look odd, yes ... but it works. VDI now works tip top on that HP machine. Take a look at that page above ... maybe you can find the right drivers for your cards too?
