I bought a music video on itunes and when I updated my ipod the music video didn’t transfer onto the ipod. Can a nano play music videos?

No, you cannot playback video content on the nano. See this.
Ignore that playlist, it's either there by accident (probably transferred from iTunes when you first connected the iPod since auto sync all music and playlists is the default setting) or was on the iPod by default.
It's a commonly asked question because this playlist appears on the nano which leads people to believe the nano is video capable when in fact it isn't.

Since upgrading to ios7 my iPhone 4S no longer allows me to watch music videos in full screen mode when I select the clips via a playlist from the music app.
It's now more necessary than before to use the music app rather than the video app to select music videos to play. That's because the video app doesn't list music videos by artist any more. And also because the fast forward and rewind buttons on headphones remote no longer work on videos.
How do I watch full screen videos when rotating my iphone now shows my music library rather than showing the video itself?

I do not think it is a problem to play videos in the full screen mode using the video app. It should work just fine, it does work ok for me on iphone 5. The original question was to play music videos in the music app. Music videos and videos are two different things - I am not sure why but they are.
The problem here is that the music app supports lists and the video app does not. I just looked at the ios7 video app and while my few test videos are shown in it, the lists they were in (in iTunes) are nowhere to be found. There is no lists in the video app - period - which is as it was before.
The video app plays videos and music videos in the full screen mode no problem but if you have a few hundreds or more of such videos you will have hard time finding the one you want to play. There is simply no way to categorize or group videos. The old good folders/directories are, I guess, too simple for Apple. It is just too bad that for years on end the world's leader in S/W development did not offer anything to categorize videos.
You have lists, albums, etc., for music, you have albums for pictures but you have absolutely nothing for videos. And this is and has been the Apple's state-of-the art solution for this problem - simply insist that the problem does not exist. Actually it is getting worse. Not only there is nothing to categorize or group videos but now the only way it could be done (by marking videos as music videos and using the music app) results in a mini playback area.
Soon this OS will be able to cook dinner for your but grouping videos... no way.

No you cannot transfer purchases from one account to another account. Apple does not allow it and never has allowed it.
She can use you Apple ID on the device and switch between her ID and your ID, but that can cause problems at times and can become a bit of a pain.

Watching music videos from iPad to tv

I have a new Vizio Razor LED LCD HDTV and want to watch music videos I've purchased from iTunes currently located on my iPad on the TV. The TV has a USB port. Is there any way I can copy the files to a jump drive? I don't want to hook my iPad up directly to the TV because I'm working. Any suggestions would be appreciated. This TV is also wirelessly connected to a router.

You can move your iTunes library.. Apple have explicit instructions to do it. If the library is moved to the TC and accessed over wireless, the efficiency of the whole system will drop dramatically..
A file you download goes.. Modem---TC--Laptop--Back to TC--Store on disk. Double looping the wireless slows it dramatically..
As far as using TC for your iTunes.. you CAN.. but SHOULD YOU?

This is asked several times a day.. obviously people are struggling with their latest SSD being too small.
The TC is not suitable for network file server.. but many people having no choice press it into service as such.
It cannot be partitioned. It was and is and ever shall be a backup device for Time Machine.
Major issues.
1. No backup.. no way Time Machine can backup a network drive. No place to backup to.. So all your files will be at risk. And you will need to buy a third party like CCC to do backup.
2. The TC cannot be partitioned and mixing TM backups and data is not great.
3. The drive is slow to spin up and quick to spin down.. there is no controls.
4. iPhoto in particular can easily corrupt its entire library with wireless networking causing a disconnection to one photo. Even if you do this;;; do not move your photo library... you have been warned!!
5. iTunes will constantly lose connection to the library. The disk is too slow to respond.. itunes on the computer will constantly spit out errors. Even in the midst of streaming the TC can spin down the disk due to caching.
6. Do not use any live files on the TC no matter what else you do.. if you edit files in whatever program the file must be on the local hard disk.
7. The only suitable location for most libraries is a computer. You can plug in an external hard disk.

If you are talking about watching something that you have previously purchased but is no longer in your iTunes Library for whatever reason, you should be able to redownload it from the iTunes Store in most instances. Nope, no fix coming because it isn't broken. Works that way by design. What version of iOS are you running on the iPhone? Music videos were moved to the Video app some time ago, even for iPhone.

I had this problem and found that I didn't have checked "Include Music Videos" on the device's music page. I checked that and everything appeared in the Videos app.

On your iPod go to "Videos / Video Settings".
Then select "TV Out" and either set it to "off" or "ask".
Also, make sure you are accessing the video through the videos menu. If you have a video mixed in an audio playlist and you access it through that, you also won't be able to see the video.
