Is iTunes the only place to get music vids?

I was wondering if I could get music videos anywhere else with good quality because the iTunes selection is very limited.

Would probably depend on how much risk you're will to take. There is a program called Kazaa which is a free download and you can download music, software, videos, and other file types all free via this program. However, it does tend to come with pop ups and spyware can leak into your computer. Depending on how well protected your computer is...this program may or may not be better than iTunes.

My ipod says i have no music on it, but when i plug it into itunes, and look under music on my ipod, its all there. NEED HELP ASAP!!!!! all the music came from a computer which i no longer have, so my ipod is the only place where that music is.

This morning, i downloaded about 16 songs to put on my ipod, and i manually dragged them over to my ipod to sync that way (like i always do because the music on my ipod came from a different computer which I no longer have) and on my way to work, i realized my ipod says "no content" under Music. However, when I plug my ipod into itunes and click on the music tab under my ipod name, all of my music is there. What happened and how do i get that music back on my ipod? I need help asap.

You had a glitch and the music files got corrupted. I know of no way to uncorrupt them.
You can try using a computer app like iFunbox
http://dl.i-funbox.com/
to see if yo can get them from the iPod in a usable file.
Otherwise you will have to re import them to your computer and sync

Is the iTunes App store the only place to get apps?

Not that there is a problem with it, but was wonder if or when it may be opened to other sites for downloading to your ipodtouch. I don't see any place where this could be done.

I hate to say this, but unless you are paying the 25 bucks you cannot back up your library to the cloud.
All you can do is back up the items you "purchased" from Apple.

My phone is not syncing properly, I wanted to add another playlist to it that I created on my Mac. I pluged in my phone and made sure the playlist I wanted to add was checked to be on my phone when I synced.
The playlist I wanted to add was "Country." It is clearly checked. I also wanted to add the "Recently Added" playlist, which I also checked before sycing. Currently, my phone only has the "Purchased" playlist and my "All Songs" playlist on it. When I hit sync, iTunes added another playlist automatically added another playlist to the list above and checked it. It was titled "ALL SONGS 1" and had ten fewer songs in it than the playlist I had created, "ALL SONGS" had. This playlist, however does not show up on my phone after syncing, nor does "Country" or "Recently Added." (Every time I sync, another playlist is created as "ALL SONGS 2, 3, 4, etc.") One of the songs (I have not, yet checked the other songs) that I purchased from within iTunes Radio shows up in the "ALL SONGS 1" on this screen:
But does not show up anywhere else. This playlist does not show up anywhere but the two screens above. The ALL SONGS 1 or 2 playlists do not show up here:
When I search for those song in my library, it shows that I do not have them:
But if I go to the iTunes store, I get the play button and not the price of the song:

"Summertime Sadness," one of the songs I bought from iTunes Radio, does not show up in the iTunes store under purchased "All" or "Not on This iPhone"
But, it does show up under "Recent Purchases"
Also, this is what playlists are on my phone after syncing a million times:
Only what was on there before I started any of this. "Summertime Sadness" and the other songs I bought from inside iTunes Radio, do not show up in either of these playlists. Please, help me.

We share 1 computer but we have different user accounts on the computer.

Adding media directly to the media folder does not make it appear in the library. iTunes doesn't really 'look' at that folder except to go to specific files when you call upon them from a library. You have to drag new content to each user's library, that is assuming each user has their own library.

Is the only way to get your money back for unauthorised purchases to go thru the lengthy email customer support process?

I want my money back and I want it now. Why doesn't apple have a phone number for urgent account problems? i got an overdrawn fee from my bank, I checked the transactions and found apple iTunes charged me 11 times in one day with the total amount being over $170.00!!!!! The only purchases I made that day were a few $1.29 inapp purchases. How do I get my money back??? And why don't they have a phone number you can contact. This is an urgent problem because not only have they charged me over $170 & Ive got a $30 overdrawn fee there are MORE transactions from apple on my bank account that are "pending". These transactions are of a similar amount & they are not for anything I have purchased! i have been forced to cancel my credit card to stop apple from doing anymore but I want my money back!

Thanks but unfortunately I don't have that option (I'm im Australia) so this will be day 8 that apple have my money without authorisation. The amount has now increased due to the transactions that were pending prior to me cancelling my credit card. The total is now over $300 including the overdrawn fee. It is beyond comprehension that a company the size of apple doesn't have a *real* customer service dept that handle these types of *real* problems immediately via phone contact but I guess that's the point isn't it? If we want to use the apps they provide thru their services and devices we have no choice but to put up with their primitive third world service. Thank you sberman, yes the first thing I did was check my iPod. Instant synching works great between the iPad and iPod, so it was deleted there as well. On both devices I have my Notes account to the same account.
I ashamedly have not synched to iTunes for ages. After I calmed down I realized that most of the info on that deleted Note I had copied and pasted from an excel file in November. I'm in the process of doing that again, and am only out the recent info.

Welcome to the Apple community.
If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore.

Try a Reset...
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.
If no joy... Try a Restore...
1: Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.
3: If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try using the steps in this article to force the device into recovery mode.

Open System Preferences > Displays > select the window for you external monitor > click on the Arrangement tab and check the box next to Mirror Displays. It may be slightly different in Lion, but the idea is the same.
