Is JavaFX ready or still under development

When Sun annouced the release of JavaFX technology (which is supposed to provide RIAs). I also heard that a JavaFX compiler has been released. I tried the demos. But found them to be much slower than web start apps written in Java itself. I know about the upcoming consumer JRE and the related performance improvements.
However, I just need to know one thing, is JavaFX still under development stage or has it been released for production use?
If it is for production use, I see no place for it in the RIA space with such a slow performance in comparison to Flash and Silverlight.

Seems like no one has a clear idea regarding this one. There is a lot of news coming up in Java web site regarding JavaFX.
But this technology seems to be in infancy still. Any idea when the final production release of JavaFX will come out?
Also, it seems consumer JRE is going to be provided as Java 6 update 5.
Do any of you know when this particular update of Java 6 will be released?
I'm eagerly waiting to try developing real-world RIAs using JavaFX. But the technology still seems to leave a lot to be desired.

I'm personally a fan of Spry and would prefer to keep it around as it has some unique and valuable characteristics. A cd is blocked in my 3 month old Mac, still under Apple care. Apple said that to mend the Mac they need at least 3 to 10 days. I work for a media company and i ALWAYS use it. IS APPLE MENT TO GIVE ME A MAC while mine is mending? Thanks for your help.

Please be advised that we are individual users just like you. I understand and appreciate that you use your MBP in a vocational environment and evidently it is critical for you to have a functioning MBP at all times. Unlike some car dealers, Apple does not have a 'loaner' program.
You may be able to talk the local Apple store to lend you one, but they are under no obligation to do so. As BobTHeFisherman suggests, the only reasonable solution for the current situation and possible future ones, is to have a backup MBP, ready to be used if the primary one fails.
Even if you got a 'loaner', I question the practicality of setting it up and transferring data in a timely manner that would enable it to be used for your job. The quick and temporary solution to you situation is to purchase an external DVD drive that can substitute for the internal one with the entrenched CD. This should permit you to continue your work uninterrupted with all functions of your MBP still at your disposal.

It's a common issue. The Basic panel is merely hidden.
Hiding/unhiding panels is actually a feature of Lightroom but it is unintuitive - few people know it exists - so most newcomers are thrown when a panel somehow gets hidden.
Right-click anywhere in the right hand side panel area and a context menu will appear.
Click the Basic option to make the Basic panel re-appear.

We've an article that provides the following troubleshooting steps that may help stabilize your iPhone.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let it charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.

The SIM Lock is stored on the Apple Activation Server - if it has been correctly unlocked by a network then this would have been done on the Activation Server.
When you get your replacement handset through Apple they mirror the activation server details of your existing handset and the current SIM LOCK status is mirror'd onto the new device.

At the time of recording I get a window with the message "COMPLETED REGISTRATION" and under "There was a problem sending the informasioni via internet" and still under three choices to "send back" and "records in a second time "or" never record "and I continue to choose the latter option.
Another problem is that in Bridge (version 2.0.0.975) I can no longer see thumbnails of RAW files from my Canon 40D that I saw before.

Basically, just a few days ago I started experiencing a problem with my Sleep/Wake button and I noticed that it only works when pressed on the far left side. If I were to go to the Apple Store to try and it replaced, how can I tell if my iPhone is still under warranty and if they will replace it before driving all the way over to the Apple Store? (which is about 2 hours away from me.)

So basically I have warranty (can get my iPhone replaced) until this date?
