hi  sd higher end module is crm and for pp its apo and for hr what is the high end module for a big client,and how would we know about it,and  for sd there is logistic data sources available,and for crm the data source will be

    Hi Ravi,
    To find out all tables used go into the CRM source system to transaction RSA3 and prepare the selections for extraction of your datasource.
    In a parallel session execute transaction ST05 and press the button 'Activate Trace'
    Go back to the extracor checker and execute the extraction.
    Switch sessions and subsequently 'Deactivate Trace' and 'Display Trace'.
    This will list all tables used.

    OLTP refers to backend ECC ( or R/3 ) system which is connected thru middleware to SAP CRM system.

  • Relate to CRM button Missing

    Hi all,
    I am currently installing Client based groupware integration on CRM 7.0 with outlook 2007. I have got must of up and running.
    But I am missing the "relate to CRM" button. It is nowhere to be found. Although the add-in is working in Outlook and I can trigger synchronization.
    Can anyone tell me what steps I am missing.?

    I would also check to see if the OEI Add-In is present and selected within Outlook. You may need to reselect it. If it is already selected you may need to manually register (they need to be present) the OEI DLL Files:
    regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Siebel CRM OnDemand\Siebel OEI OnDemand\SiebelOnDemand.dll"

    By GR you mean Goods Receipt. GRs are transferred through Idocs as well. We are using the basic type MBGMCR01 for transferring the GR to backend R/3 system. Confirmation process in SRM is like GR in R/3.There is another process in R/3 as order confirmation which is different than SRM system. Try using this FM 'SREL_GET_NEXT_RELATIONS' .This will give you Idoc number based on document details.This FM is used for Getting IDocs linked to Application documents.
    There is no Idoc for this process.SRM uses XML format for Confirmation which is equivalent to Goods confirmation process in ERP system. If you are in position to tell what is your exact requirement with table in SRM system,i should be in position to help. There is a transaction called BBP_PD using which you can get the required table.
    Just go to this transaction in SRM EASY Access Menu. Select Object Type as (Take F4 Help here)
    for confirmation ,object type = BUS2203. You will get an interactive list and you can browse the list and in the last node ,you will get some table names which may be helpful.

    Currently you can perform Drag&Relate with CRM 4.0 and EP 6.20.
    In the future the same capability will be enabled over CRM 5.0 and EP version > 6.20

  • Logistics Integration R/3 & CRM

    Hi All,
    I am trying to update Consignment stock of Field Engineers in R/3.
    Based on the SAP CRM Service Order, Confirmation will be created and it will trigger internal order in R/3 and update the Inventory stock (consignment) for the Field Engineers.
    I don't have do Availability Check and reservation.
    Does anybody has idea that how do i do that?

    CRM_MKTPL_DEFAULT_TRADE --> for TPM
    CRM_MKTPL_DEFAULT_PLAN --> for Marketing Plan
    CRM_MKTPL_DEFAULT_CONSUMER --> for Campaign
    CRM_MKTPL_DEFAULT_DEAL --> for Deal
    CRM_MKTPL_DEFAULT_MDFINI --> MDF initiative
    CRM_MKTPL_DEFAULT_MDFPROG --> MDF Program.
    CRM_MKTPL_INVITATION  --> Form for marketing Planning.
    But you build your custom forms and assign them to any of the above object types. You can get the complete list by CRM--> marketing --> marketing planning & campaign management --> print preview
    --> Assign forms to marketing.

  • CRM 7.0 Repair Order: goods receipt against order stock

    Hi gurús,
    We are implementing CRM 7.0 Service and one of our business processes is Repair Order. We have done almost all customizing following Note 806768.
    We have our repair orders replicated in ERP, where logistics processes take place without problems as far as we do not set special stock indicator to order stock at level item, therefore receiving and issuing products to be repaired into unrestricted stock. Processes are correctly updated in CRM.
    The problem comes when we try to use order stock, as mentioned in SAP Help. Return to repair enters into unrestricted stock, even though it is supposed to entry order stock, with movement 653-E (Schedule categ. IR). When we try to deliver repaired product, movement 601-E (Schedule categ. IA), we are getting errors, since there is no order stock, and return and deliver are managed with two different item positions.
    I suppose this is a logistics issue, not a CRM problem, but I would like any advice in case anybody has already dealt with it.
