No. It does not work for me.
But if you are willing to remove all your apps/programs it may work according to this post:

  • Is wireless keyboard A1016 compatible with Windows 7?

Does anyone know if the apple wireless keyboard model A1016 is compatible with WIndows 7? I installed Windows 7 on my late-2006 imac. The bluetooth add a device feature finds the keyboard, but it doesn't add it. The blue circle of death just keeps on spinning like it is contemplating adding the device, but it never does, no matter how long I let it go. I was able to add the mouse pretty easily.

I am getting the blue circle of configuring device (the Apple Wireless (Bluetooth) A1016 keyboard)on my Mac-Mini after installing Windows 7 Ultimate and Boot Camp. Funny thing, it worked before running Boot Camp driver install from the Snow Leopard OS X install disc. On my previous install of Windows 7 beta, I made the note not to install Boot Camp...

  • Is the Apple Wireless Keyboard fully compatible with Windows 7 in Boot Camp?

If you have an iMac running Snow Leopard and Windows 7, will the Apple Wireless Keyboard work properly in Windows 7 (via Boot Camp)?
I'm asking because a friend of mine has an Apple Wired Keyboard that they want to get rid of, and upgrade to an Apple Wireless Keyboard. However, their concern is that the Apple Wireless Keyboard won't work properly (or reliably) when they run Windows 7 on their iMac.

I'm using an Apple Wireless Keyboard running Boot Camp and Windows 7 64 bit right now typing this.   Seems to run just fine under Windows 7 for me.  Some of the familiar Windows keyboard keys are not present, of course, though there are key mappings to get to those too.  I actually like this keyboard a lot, under Windows 7 or OS X.

  • WRT54GS Compatible with Windows Vista?

Does anyone know if the WRT54GS Wireless Router is compatible with Windows Vista? I want to remove the router from a PC running XP and move to one using Vista. If it is compatible, I no longer have the start-up CD-ROM. Can the necessary drivers and firmware be found and downloaded from the Linksys site? Thanks.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

Vista works with the WRT54GS.  You can simply remove the cable from your old computer and connect it to your new computer.  If your new computer has a wireless adaptor, you can also connect wirelessly.  You would have to log on to your router to find your network key.

  • Is the wireless keyboard compatible with windows?

I have recently used one of the stunning keyboards on a mac system and i desperately want one. Just before I buy one I wanted to make sure that it is compatible with windows. Plus do I need to buy a bluetooth receiver thing or is there one included in the box? Thankyou

    System requirements are here: http://www.apple.com/keyboard/
You can use it on Windows which is running on a Mac via BootCamp because that comes with the required Bluetooth drivers.
It doesn't come with a Bluetooth Adapter.
Some info about getting it working on a Windows PC is here:

Is apple's magic mouse compatible with windows that has Bluetooth?

I asked a similar question a few hours back and no answers yet. I think nobody knows since nobody has had the chance to test them. If previous releases are any indication, you'll probably get basic functionality because it is bluetooth, but for the advanced features or setting options you'll have to wait for a Windows driver, which can sometimes take a few months or more.

  • Trying to connect a LOGITECH WIRELESS BOOMBOX to a macbook

hey guys - i'm wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to fix this.  i recently bought a logitech WIRELESS boombox and cannot connect it to either my macbook (running 10.5.8).  my mac recognizes the boombox but when i try to connect it i'm prompted to enter a passkey.  obviously there is no way for me to enter the passkey into the speaker so it doesn't connect. i've been able to get this to sync very easily with both my husband and i's droid phones and his MBP so i'm kinda bummed.
i'm wondering if this is something i can fix or if i'm just not able to use this speaker with my macbook.

I've been trying for the last half hour to pair a PS3 Sixaxis controller (cechzc1u) to my iMac, without much luck, it shows up in my bluetooth menu bar and says connected; but it does not show up in my bluetooth system preferences.
I'm curious if this requires the DualShock3 (cechzc2u) to work instead; i haven't had any luck with answers on the rest of the interweb.
    any ideas?

  • Bluetooth compatibility with Windows on iMac?

My wireless Apple keyboard and Mighty Mouse work great under Tiger OS. When I first went into Windows, I plugged in the wired keyboard and mouse and registered both Bluetooth devices under Windows, and they worked fine. The wired items went back to storage.
When I close Windows, go to Tiger, everything still works fine but when I go back to Windows the wireless devices have lost their registration. I've re-set them up several times but it happens every time. Anyone have a suggested way to register the bluetooth devices with Windows so they will stay registered?
    Thanks!

Currently, the Apple Bluetooth Radio does not work well in Windows. There is just some sort of incompatibility which keeps Windows from keeping Apple (or Microsoft, for that matter) Bluetooth devices registered in Windows. The same is true if you use Microsoft Bluetooth devices in OS X.
I have the same problems using my Microsoft Bluetooth Desktop set with my Intel iMac in Windows or OS X.
The Apple hardware and software just is not very compatible with Windows, nor is the Windows hardware very compatible with its own software or with OS X.
I guess we will just have to wait until both Microsoft and Apple improve cross-platform compatibility.
Sorry, but I have no answer for you other than that. They just don't work as they should right now.

  • Panasonic Virera TC-P60S30 NOT compatible with Windows 7

I just bought the Panasonic Viera TV model TC-P60S30, from BEST Buy at the excellent price of $1,099.  This is a fine TV - easy set up, terrific picture and sound, lots of connectivity.  This is an excellent deal and I'm very satisfied except for one very disappointing and misleading claim by Panasonic.
Panasonic claims this TV has the functionality to stream pictures and music to the TV wirelessly from a Windows 7 enabled PC.  In fact an answer to my question about this from Panasonic Answers now posted on Bestbuy's product page (see link below) says this functionality is definitely available via the TVs DLNA feature.
    http://reviews.bestbuy.com/answers/3545mha/content/popup.htm?bvpage=http%3A%2F%2Freviews.bestbuy.com...
Panasonic's above answer is contrary to my experience so far.  As things stand, my tentative conclusion is this TV is not compatible with Windows 7 for DLNA functionality.  Here are my reasons:
After a very aggravating 48 hours of trying, I can't find a way to configure Windows 7 to stream pictures and music to the DLNA functions of the TV.
The TV's user Manual on page 34 states, "The DLNA control function of Windows 7 is not supported with this TV."
Tech Support at Panasonic told me they do not yet have a way of enabling DLNA streaming to this TV with Windows 7.
Microsoft's web-page of Windows 7 compatible TVs, does not list this model of TV.
The package this TV came in, does not bear the "Windows 7 Certified" compatibility logo.
There are a lot of people out there in the blogosphere discussing their problems with this issue on a number of Panasonic HDTV models.
If anyone out there has any experience with this issue, I'd dearly love to hear from you.  In the meantime, if you are looking for a TV with DLNA functionality fully compatible with Windows 7, I'd recommend you look elsewhere.  On the other hand, if you don't care about the DLNA feature, or if you are able to use it with some other Operating System, then this TV is an excellent buy.
Oh yes, and I think you guys at BestBuy should check this out.  If you agree with me, then Panasonic deserves a gentle knuckle-rap from you for their boo-boo in the above linked answer on your web-site. I know they are up to fixing this.  Maybe a DLNA firmware upgrade for this TV is in the offing?
    Cheers,

Yes, Tversity is one nifty product.  It meets all of the streaming goals I was trying to acheive.  And it looks to work well, so far, with Windows 7.  So this is fine as far as a third party solution goes.  And NoNoBadDog definitely deserves a chocolate star for suggesting this work-around solution.
Nevertheless, Panasonic still deserves a rap on their vaporware knuckles because their product should work as claimed, right of the box, as it were, without having to resort to an unrelated third party piece of software.  Ordinary mortals are simply not comfortable with this kind of work around solution.
I stand by my opinion - this TV is not compatible with Windows 7.
(By the way NoNoBadDog, I have to worry about DLNA, because Panasonic built the TV with DLNA as the only doorway in for streaming from a PC. That's why I didn't click on your kudo icon)
    Cheers!

  • Is Fios compatible with Windows 7 64-Bit?

I would like to know if Verizon FIOS is compatible with windows 7 64-bit because I've seen some topics on the internet where there are problems with it. If you need more info about the computer, please let me know, but keep in mind that my computer has pretty decent specs. (corei7 processor, Gigs of ram, ATI Radeon 5770, etc )
Thanks for any help you can give me.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

To expand on the first reply, I do have FiOS TV and internet, and there is absolutely no need to install any Verizon software on your computer to use the service. I do not currently have any installed on my Windows 7 64-bit system that I am typing this on right now, have been using this laptop since Oct 22, 2009 with Windows 7 on FiOS, works fine.
And if you do decide you want to install some Verizon software, my experience is that some probably will work, some probably will not. For example, the Verizon Call Assistant (VCA) client didn't work worth a *&^%#@, at least for me, but I don't need it as I have a very reliable Caller ID on TV setup and if I really need to access VCA I can use the website anyway. (and FWIW, that client didn't work correctly on Windows XP either!). I tried the PC-based In-Home Agent client, sort of seemed to work, but since I didn't have any problems or issues that needed to be fixed I deleted it.
Unless you really need a specific Verizon program, don't worry about it.
And just for completeness, I have not yet found any sofware, fee or free, from anybody, that won't work with FiOS, be it email (Windows Live Mail), browser (IE, Firefox, Safari, or Chrome), Avast anti-virus, etc, etc, etc. Of course I am sure that there is at least one program out there that won't work, but so far I have not found it
Edit: just saw your reply. I pay for 25 mbs down, 15 mbs up service, and I typically get 24+ down and 23+ up, wired or wireless, from multiple speed test sites, no tuning of Windows 7 on my part. It just works for me; some people do seem to have performance and/or connectivity issues, l don't and I don't know why they do. But one thing I will warn you about is that if you have a cordless phone (2.4 GHz) and you decide to use wireless, you may experience some connectivity problems when using the wireless connection, if you do try changing the channel number in the router to 1, 6, or 11.
    Hope this helps.

  • I recently purchased an older model computer with Microsoft Me from 2000. It doesn't have a web browser and I would like to download Firefox. Where do I find the download compatible with Windows Me and how do I download it?

I have looked in your web site product downloads and I am unable to find a web browser download that is compatible with Windows Me from 2000. What am I missing? Is there a web browser download that is even compatible? It is just a second computer for my grandsons to use and do homework on, but I am unable to get up the internet.

  • Latest version of firefox program is not compatible with windows 7

After I updated the latest version of mozilla firefox in my laptop which is a windows 7 program,it doesn't work anymore. Every time I open the firefox, the screen goes black and I can't see anything on the screen but black. And when I troubleshoot and fix the problem, it says that "COLOR SCHEMES IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 7". Program compatibility is the 1.5 version or 1.0. How to fix this one? I uninstalled and already installed a new one but still to no avail the problem is still the same. Should I install the older version? Where to download the older version? It seems that in mozilla firefox website, only the latest version or the 3.0 version is available.

hello Gracerilla, other users with this problem all had an embedded intel hd3000 graphics card with an old driver present. in case this also applies to you, here would be a link to update the driver, which in turn should also address the black firefox problem: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23764 (for win7 64 bit)
in case this doesn't solve the issue or does not apply to your system, start firefox into safemode '''by pressing the shift key while the application is launching''' & disable hardware acceleration in the firefox ''menu ≡ > options > advanced > general'' (that setting will take a restart of the browser to take effect).
