IS Media - MSD - Subscription offer

Hi friends,
I created subscription offer through JKK0 . Also set the monitoring control procedure determination properly.
But after i save the order , Subscription offer RENO is nt getting created automatically.
Without RENO offer i did post incoming payment (JKFB01). Then in the order , in Liability Acc.tab i got
1) Monitoring status as 09:simulated cycle
2) Tab offer : Monitoring procedure missing.
Can anyone tell why the monitoring procedure is not picked up inspite of maintaining determination?

The error you saw should only occur for a subscription used with a free trial offer type. Please use the below link to open a support ticket.

Free Windows 8 Media Center Pack offer!

Good day,
Recently (Oct 2013) I added Windows 8 Media Center Pack to my Windows 8 Pro; I got this free "Windows 8 Media Center Pack product key" during the "free Windows 8 Media Center Pack Offer" back in Nov 2012. However, I didn't realize I have
to activate this product key no later than Feb 2013. Now the system keeps prompting me to activate windows. I've tried my Windows 8 Pro product key but it doesn't work. What should I do? Is there any way to remove this Windows 8 Media Center Pack? Please advise,

how did you get Windows 8? Was this an OEM version? If yes, restore the factory image.

I purchased Windows 8 online using the "Windows 8 upgrade assistant" during the "Windows Upgrade Offer" period (Nov 2012); it wasn't an OEM version. I only have the product key.
I just download the Windows8-Setup.exe from the link, that should do it?

Free Subscription offer

So i got my offer for a free 1 month subscription the other day. I went to activate it and it ended up totally activated, but on skype nothing was working and the subscription wasnt active. Can anyone help?

Integration SAP Media (MSD) with MM in ECC 6.0

Today in my company we are in SAP R3 4.7 and we have a problem that the module MSD don't have conection with modulo MM, for example, today we can't control the material in MSD.
We will planning upgrade for ECC 6.0 and I want know if the problem will be resolved? Can I integrate MSD whit MM in ECC 6.0?

Hi Marcela,
In 4.7 and ECC 6 you can integrate MM with MSD. You can create Media specific materials in MSD and use it for sales order processes. Media Family material type MD01, Media Product - material type MD02 and Media Issue - type MD03. You can create media Family as the higher level component and media product in the next level and media issue as the lowest level in product synchronization. In the media issue or in media product you can add the required views for integration, thru IMG activity.
The transaction codes are:
JP21 - Media Family Creation
JP22 - Change
JP23 - Display
JP24 - Media product creation
JP25 - Change
JP26 - Display
JP27 - Media Issue creation
JP28 - Change
JP29 - Display.
By using JP27 you can create a template issue and generate media issues in mass by using the transaction JPMG0. It will generate the issues based on the frequency and calendar maintained in the media family.

I did that - nothing happen... I have changed my adobe ID and all address to my Canada home.
Having log myself out and re-log back in to start the Creative Cloud subscription. The payment still shows in Sterling Pounds.
This is difficult as I am no longer earning Sterling pounds as a wage and the subscription would automatically be doubled payment, because Canadian $ is less in currency exchange to the UK Sterling Pound.

Windows Media Player on MacBook

I am posting this from my sister-in-law's new MacBook (1.83 Ghz, 1 GB RAM) that she received as a graduation gift. She is trying to view many websites that have embedded Windows Media files and is prompted about a plug-in for Safari to play the files. I thought at one time when I was browsing these and other Mac forums that there was a utility or plug-in that will play these media but I can't remember what it was or where to get it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ^_^

What's that suppossed to mean?
It means there is a beta release floating around and an url to download that release has been posted within these forums but it isn't easy to find and may not be available today even if you were to find the url.

In short, no, there is no software solution for OSX to play Media 9 or 10 type WMV or ASF files. OSX can play many older WMV files though. The folks who make Flip4Mac are working on a universal release (and apparently taking their sweet time). I'm sure this can be related to MS themselves who tend to drag their feet helping any company they see as a competitor (ok, just my opinion).
I run into the problem all the time and for now simply dismiss the wmv media files when offered. Besides, you're not missing much because the quality of that media format isn't that great.
Tyler Lock is the author of iSquint, handbrake and VisualHub (which is still under development but quite useable). These programs convert various media files to other media formats but none convert the Media 9/10 wmv over to MP4 or MOV although that is anticipated. iSquint and Handbrake are free and Handbrake will convert a VideoTS (DVD) file into AVI format. VisualHub and iSquint will both convert older WMV files to MP4 (and other formats like Flash, Dvix, MPEG, iPod, DV, DVD, PSP and WMV).
So we're all waiting because WMV is the dominant media format 'out there' and used by the majority of websites. May be just another month or so.

I, too, received a message stating that my subscription will end in 3 days. I have a monthly unlimited United States & Canada account, as well as a phone number. I understand that the email was in error but I am just concerned that my services do not stop, as I rely on Skype for business.

Why is Muse sold by subscription only?

I'm interested to know why Adobe has decided on a subscription based model for Muse (and the next version of Adobe CS?) as this seems to be the way a lot of software products are going?
I imagined Muse as a standalone boxed product rather than software as a service. What do you see as the advantages/disadvantages as far as the end user is concerned?

Bussiness subscriptions

I am planning to purchase a business subscription, and here are few questions:
1. I can't find the features that each subscription offers, nor the price difference, or are they all the same? (small/medium/enterprise accounts?) I want to choose it based on features rather than employees/collegues.
2. My bussiness partners are all over the world, India/ Guatemala/ Venezuela/ US/ Colombia/ China. I would like to assign a number to each to communicate. Can this be done?
3. Most of the partners have iphones/blackberries. Can we all get the app for the business subscription?
4. For customers: I want a customer, example, in Guatemala to call a local number(I see Guatemala is not on the list of countries), but still I want them to call a local number and I get the phone call, is this possible?
5. I want to get a skype number, so, based on question 4, how would I be billed if callers call from different countries?
I will appreciate your help.
