When trying to download apps, it says that my apple id and password don't match. I just changed it on i tunes I thought it was the same account?

Should be. You can make sure by going to settings>itunes and app stores and make sure the same apple id is in both devices.

SIM cards are unique, there is no such thing as a duplicate. Talk to your provider to see if they'll allow you to share plans over multiple SIMs. My telco will give me as many SIMs as I'd like and group their usage together in one plan.

Using different Apple IDs, but the same for Find My Phone

In my family, we have 4 iPhones and an iPad. I want to allow each member of the family to have a separate Apple ID for iCloud. But I want to be able to find all the phones from the iPad. I understand that, to do that, you need to use the same Apple ID for "Find my Phone". But after researching it, it appears that Find my Phone requires you log in to iCloud. I know you can use a common Apple ID for Apple Store, but how do I do this for Find my Phone? I want each family member to have their own iCloud account.

I have read a little about that, but I need it to actually send a signal to the phone like how "Find my Phone" does it.
I have 2 kids, they are constantly misplacing their phones in the house. It comes in handy to send it a signal to make a noise, especially since they always leave the phone on vibrate, so calling it doesn't work. Right now everyone uses my Apple ID, so it works great. But I would like it if each of them would get their own Apple ID.
So let me ask this: When they set up their new phone, can the use a different (their own) Apple id to set up the phone. Not setup iCloud to start. Then go back later and setup iCloud but specify "my" Apple ID (like they must be doing today). And then enable "Find my Phone".
What does it buy them to use their own Apple ID when setting up a new device? Does it matter? The reason we use the same ID now is so everyone can get the same apps when I buy them. If iCloud and Find my Phone could use separate ID, this wouldn't be an issue.

I have been having an on going problem with Aplle TV. I have the Firefox browser because the Internet Explorer would not work.The Apple tech suggested this may be part of the problem The latter browser would not download during my recent upgrade to computer. I am unable to connect my apple TV . I have the same password on my computer and the Apple Tv but no connection takes place. I am lost in an electronic jungle it would appear. I keep getting the same message when I attempt to connect - error # 37. Any suggestions! The Apple Tv did however work for a while in spite of the Firefox browser.

Norman, tv doesn't connect to a browser, Firefox or Safari - rather
it relates to iTunes. Both tv and iTunes accounts require your ID.
If you are logged in to both iTunes and your tv with your ID you
can then activate Home Sharing of your iTunes Library, Select

But if the same index.app file is double clicked in Mac 10.6.7 at out clients location, its not opening. For your information the client is able to open this same application by double clicking on index.swf file. The main problem is that client is not able to open the application using index.app file at their office whereas we are able to do so at our office. Can anyone give some suggestions to sort this problem?

The most common reason is different versions of Flash, or different versions of web browsers used. Some users may elect to not have Flash installed at all because of the processor overhead of Flash. If you are going to make an application for a client, check what operating system and browser versions they are using first. Then determine if a stand alone application is required, or if they have the necessary plugins to run specific browser enhanced code.

You can use a web interface to your respective email accounts
to keep things separate; but there is no provision for otherwise
separating photos, media, etc.

As you may have noted from the list of Apple devices I own, I believed in the Apple and the products it was producing; but it is hard to believe from my experience and the other voices within the Apple Community that we are all experiencing the same hardware issues. Everyone does things a little differently. I love to "jam " along with iTunes ( or old Lp's) . Always have. That's where/how I've learned to play .
I'm sure leonieDF is giving a proper way to jam along on a keyboard with an iTune. He blows my mind all the time with what he knows. Nuff respects to him !
What I do is make a GB project I call "Jam With". I'll make several new tracks that are blank. Just has a few instruments named in the blank tracks. You can change those per song ...
Because I'm not concerned about changing the pitch / key.... of the iTune or the tempo ... I can simply play along with it.

But that requires the computer to see the ipod. I am having the same problem and I keep being told to restore it, but you have to either get the ipod to turn on or have the computer see it in order to so that. Right now I have a pretty useless 32GB ipod touch cos I cant get the thing to turn on! I can only get the apple logo for like maybe 20 seconds and it goes away. The device is locked to the carrier it was purchased through unless you specifically purchased it as unlocked directly from Apple.
Only the carrier to whom it is locked can authorize it's unlocking. To do so, the user much contact them to start the unlock process.

Well, since you've had the same problem, with three different phones, that all use different size sim cards, it seems pretty obvious the problem is with your carrier/coverage & nothing to do with your phone or sim card.

I have a Macbook White 2009. I was looking in the MacApp Store and I noticed that iWork and Microsoft apps cost the same. I wanted to know which are better? I also noticed that iWork has different prices for a Mac and for an iPad because they don't have the same features. Is there any chance that iWork will be the same for Mac and iOS in the near future?. About a week ago I had to install a new operating system and everything was erased, among those apps were Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel. Since Mac OS X and iOS are two different platforms, it's not really possible for the applications to be the same. They may have the same or at least similar functionality, however.
The Apple stores will not install software that you do not have the media for. You can purchase MS Office 2011 Home and Student Edition from Microsoft online for download very inexpensively - about $140.
