Is my credit card info safe?
I got a message on Facebook, I opened it and saw it was spam. After I opened it my phone acted strange locked up turned itself off and then back on. I then changed my apple password took my credit card info off and changed my Facebook password. My question is, is my credit card info safe?
nobody here would know what any thief would have.

How do i edit my credit card info ?
I need to change my credit card info. I i go to My Adobe / Products and Services i can't find Adobe Cloud listed.
I found a link to "Edit billing" by going into My products and services from the main My Adobe page then, when the page finally loaded which may take a while, it showed all my Adobe products I have ever owned.
At the bottom under product subscriptions there should be a Creative Cloud entry with a link to the right that says "Manage". When you click it you should be taken to a page that shows the subscription in more detail with billing details, along with the Edit Billing link. -
When I saw the confirming message of my contribution (made by credit card), the email address I entered was mistyped. How do I prevent the erroneously typed e-mail address from getting my credit card info, or for that matter, how do I prevent/correct the email address to be used for confirming my contribution?
Once a message has been sent, it is gone. As to what the receiver does
with the message . . . . . Try sending another message to correct your

I keep getting a message about my security code not being accurate. I tried 3 different cards & have the same issue. Is this a systems issue? I need to get my apps installed on my new iPhone 4. I think you are mistaken. Store Credit is used first, then your credit card is used after. But if you are trying to buy a gift, you can't use store credit, so then it tries to use your CC.
If you have just changed anything in your billing, or making a purchase for the first time, it will ask to verify your CVV. This is normal, and does not mean it will charge the CC. It does this for preauthorization reasons, and other things we can't quite discuss here. -
How can I delete my credit card info from the apps store?
Ever since I put my credit card info into the system it won't let me download anything even if it's free. It keeps saying to verify card info and when I do it ask for the card security number but when I put it in then it says it's not right. I don't know what else to do besides delete the card info but I'm not sure how to do that. I have been downloading free stuff with no problem until last Sunday I put my card info in to buy something and it let me make my purchase with no problem and now I'm trying to download free stuff and it keeps wanting me to verify my credit card info and telling me it's wrong info. I don't mind having my card info on there but now I can't download anything and it's frustrating. All it ask for is the card security number and when I put it in it says it's invalid. So now while I'm trying to delete it, it just won't let me. The visa part stays checked all the time and I can't unmarked it. I tried to just erase the card number and security code and stuff but it says I have to have it filled in. Do you know how I can check to see if it says I owe money?

Credit Card info for FREE apps
I just got a new iphone, I am trying to download facebook on it, and it shows in the apps folder that it's FREE, but when I click to INSTALL it keeps asking me to verify my credit card security ID. Why do I have to give credit card info to download and install a FREE app?

Actaully a Itunes card added the account will do the same exact thing. Added a CC, then a itunes card then deleted the cc, can get any free app I want -

If you want to use your current ID you will either have to provide a credit card or redeem an iTunes gift card. Otherwise you can create a new ID without a credit card to purchase free apps by following this exactly as written: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534.

Ipod touch wont let me download apps or music w/o credit card info
I just got a 4th Gen IPod touch, and i put in a $15 gift card.. But it wont let me download apps, or music, unless i have my credit card info in.
Did you go to Settings.iTunes and App stores and sign out and sign in with the updated ID?

I have 3 Iphone 4's. One of them updates from the App Store with no issues. My other two which are under the same AppleID will not let me do updates. when I try it asks for my Credit card info then after i enter it it says "security code invalid". Has anyone else had this issue and how have you fixed it?

If you can't access the App Store from the Apple menu, Dock, or Applications folder installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo will reinstall the App Store for you.
It's ok to do this even you are already running v10.6.8.

I am trying to set up my new Iphone 4 and download apps. I made an Apple Id which is all good. But when I try and enter in my credit card info it keeps asking for my Zip code and state. I live in Canada not US. I changed the phone to Canadian but it still keeps asking for it and won't let me put in my right information which in turn won't let me download any apps. Can anyone help?
Postal & Zip codes are same. Just enter postal code without space. It will accept.
