Is necessary turn my iPad off in the night?
I never turn my iPad off, i want to know if it's needless or not

Like was said, you don't have to turn it off. that said, the occasional power down to free up memory, etc, is a nice thing. Personal preference. I restart mine every once in a while just to start fresh, but you don't have to. Unless, as said, you know you're not going to use it for a while and want to store it in a more stable state.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

BTW, statements like
"Use the device until the battery has drained to the point of self-shutdown. Basically, use it until it turns itself off."
in articles like the one at http://www.macblend.com/how-to-calibrate-your-mac-iphone-or-ipad-battery/ are complete BS and if you do follow their "advice", your battery life will be severely hampered. Particularly if you also follow one of the comments: "Step One.One: Leave the device for 5+ hours before start charging. This will fully drain the battery." Well, the guy that advised the latter certanly doesn't know anyhting about lithium batteries and the damage deep discharging does to them.
Again, what the article (and the above-cited comment) advices is complete b*llsh*t and noone should really do this. -
Also. in the settings, its not checked off on the lock rotation screen, its checked off on mute. so its not the little switch on the side, and i've also just tried turning my ipad off and then on again.
Double tap the home button and swipe to the right in the task bar at the bottom. Look all the way to the left for a lock icon. If it is locked, tap it to unlock the screen.

Whenever I open my notes it crashes, sending me back to my gome screen. I have tried turning my ipad off, closing it down fully, backing up my ipad... I don't know what to do. Please help.
Reset it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release. This just restarts it, you won't lose any data by doing this.

Did you try rebooting the iPad?
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Apologies this may be too simple a question, but I am confused. Should I turn my iPad off completely when I have finished using it or just let it go into sleep mode?

Turn the iPad completely off to avoid the battery discharging.
You can recharge without the battery being completely discharged but Apple suggest you allow it to completely discharge for optimization, read here.

Turning my iPad off......so I thought!
I have noticed that more times than not, when I turn my iPad off, the screen shows the spiral, while it's powering down, it seems to go off. But later in the day when I go to power my iPad on, the spiral starts again for some seconds and THEN goes off. Now when I hit the button to power up, the apple shows like it should and comes on. It looks like the thing is not powering off at all and is staying on in some sort of standby mode maybe? Anyone else having this and possibly know why it's happening?

I completely restored my iPad to factory settings and I still am experiencing the same problem. This seems to be a more prevalent issue than the Apple fanboys and self-appointed hall monitors that frequent these forums would have you think. I hope Apple is paying attention and fixes this in the next firmware upgrade.
Apple does not monitor these forums for bug reports. These are user-to-user problem solving forums (as you have discovered from some of the not-so-useful replies you have received so far).
To report the problem to Apple use: http://www.apple.com/feedback/ipad.html. This will make them aware of at least one occurrence of this problem.
I haven't seen what you describe on my iPad but, then again, I haven't turned it off very much. It could possibly be a h/w problem with the switch on your iPad, it could be due to something occurring on your iPad (e.g., network activity) which prevents shutdown, or, as you suggest, some problem with the mix of apps you are running). -

Try a reset and the iPad should restart (you can then try turning it off again) : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Turn the iPad over and give it a very HARD slap on the back. May take several slaps.

from the information you provided i can't tell if it is a hardware problem or a software problem. I do have an idea though, try to press your home button and lock button at the same time.

I turned my macbook off manually last night. Magic mouse was working fine. When I turned it back on it wasn't working. I have no option in system preferences for Bluetooth. I have no clue how to get it working again. The batteries in the mouse are working fine.
Try resetting the SMC.

I'm having problem with my iphone4S first when i updated software to 7.1 after a month or so wifi turned grayed, second when i tried to turn off in the night as soon as i turn it on battery empty now its totaly dead. What should i do with it?

I just noticed that one of the restore methods you posted was to put it into Disk Mode First rather than just use the resstore straight off, I Have tried that and seems to have solved the problem, If it has thank you. previously I have only tried just restoring it skipping this extra step. Hope my iPod stays healthy, if it doesnt its a warrenty job me thinks any way thanks again
