Is Oracle9i Documentation downloadable from Oracle site?

Can i download Oracle9i ( Or any database version like 8i) documentation from the site? I could not find the link for the same. I could only refere to the documentation on the net directly.
What is other way of installing Oracle documentation on the local disk?
OS - Windows 2000/NT

I don't know or can't answer on behave of, but...
Anton (/Tom Kyte) discovered that selecting CLOB content across database links is possible. After discussing and testing the possibility of this phenomenon (unaware of this to all parties) we pushed the functionality as "enhancement request" for a future release (if not already in 12.1 and supported for CLOB's -> please check) although it already works in current versions...

I got a questions. I recently downloaded the Oracle 92 for windows from the Oracle Site. But through that I couldnt go for EXP command only.
When am trying EXP, am getting this EXP-00007: Oracle error 942 encountered, so am requesting you to provide instructions for the same. Whys this is happening. SHould i downlaod one more time...?

What have you installed client/server ?
Have you created database as well ?
Have you the grant as well on the user which ran the export command ?
Haven't you got any other error message ?

Considering 'invalid serial number' error for Acrobat 9, I would suggest you to please refer the KB doc link mentioned below:

Flash Download from Adobe site says it's not most current and will not continue the install.

I tried to update my flash on 9/20 and my flash seems to have gotten corrupted. Since that update, its not working properly and some sites report it's out of date or doesn't seem to be installed. Tried downloading Flash from your download area today but when the installer runs, it states The version is not the most current. Please download from the player download area. However, I did get my install directly from your website's downloads area. I uninstalled my "corrupted" version thinking it might be causing the issue but I still get the same error with the flash download from your site and now I have no Flash at all.
Please help.

Download and save the uninstaller Save it to your downloads folder - DO NOT run it yet.
Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by right clicking one (or both) of the following links and selecting "Save Target as"(IE) or "Save Link as"(other browsers).
Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
Save the installer(s) to your downloads folder - DO NOT run it(them) yet.
Reboot your system.
BEFORE you run anything else, locate and run the uninstaller.

How can I get "library components" for Encore? download from Adobe site is corrupted/missing files. I have tried 3 times to d/l and each time problems. HELP please!
I just want the DVD templates and buttons that would come with actual purchase of Encore. Having creative cloud subscription should not limit this for me, right?

If you mean trial version, then yes, all the commercial Licenses (PE, SE1, SE, EE) you download and install need a license if you start developing applications for commercial purpose. If you only want to try certain features, than you can install said licences for testing purposes on your system. Aside from that you can get the XE (eXpress Edition) which you can use both for testing and production use, if you can cope with its restriction in size (disk 4G, memory 1G) and processing (1 CPU, 1 Server) and its lack of support (patches, etc.) from Oracle Corp.
Please bear in mind that I'm not associated in any way with Oracle Corp. You may want to check on license restrictions with Oracle Corp. or one its partners to be on the safe side.

Windows do not open. I cannot download from some sites

Ever since the update to 3.6.12 I have been having prob;ems downloading from certain sites. I am obliged to open an IE browser for those downloads.
WHen I try to manage some Add-Ons the window opens for a split second and disappears.
And now this latest Error 401 - No Proper Credentials.
I am an intermediate but have no clue why this is happening. I just started FF in Admin Mode same problem
Win7 Home Premun, x64, i7-860 dual quad 8 MB, 2.6

Problem unzipping downloaded Solaris 10 from oracle site

I have a serious problem downloading solaris 10 from the official oracle site. Whenever i want to unzipped the downaloaded zipped file containg the iso DVD solaris the file gets corrupted after a successful downlaod. Is it a problem from the source because i tried downlaoding it onto different computers and still getting the same problem. Can somebody help with a solution or an alternative site i get a good copy of the file.
