Is OUI available as a separate download?
Hi all,
I'm looking for the latest version of the installer, but i can't find an appropriate download at OTN.
I have all the 10gR2 files from OTN but I don't know how to install the OUI separately (without RDBMS etc).

Everytime you install something with an upgraded OUI, it will install in the client
if you select so. You do not need to pre-install the new OUI. It is not needed as a
pre-requisite.

Is the DPS App Builder available as a separate download?
I have the Creative Cloud and have installations on both my workstation and laptop. I would like to be able to use the DPS App Builder but seeing as it is not available for Windows (NOT happy about that), I have no other option but to use a Mac for that portion of the workflow. That being the case I do have access to a Mac but I do not want to have to use one of my installations on a machine that I would barely use and that is not under my direct control. I also do not want to have to do this dancing activation stuff.
Is there a way to get the App Builder separate from InDesign so that I can make my files on my own machines and then create the app on the Mac?Zakhana, you raise a good point about not having to use InDesign on the Mac to submit your app. It makes sense that DPS App Builder works only on a Mac since a Mac is required to create the Apple certificates and submit the app. Apple doesn't allow users to do either of those tasks on a Windows machine. But if you build your folios using a Windows computer, you should be able to use the Mac to sign in to the DPS App Builder directly rather than having to go through InDesign. As you mentioned, you can authorize your Mac, submit your app, and then deauthorize the Mac, but that's extra work.
This Create App workflow for Creative Cloud members also makes updating an app difficult. I'll see if there's a way to improve the Creative Cloud workflow on Windows and let you know what I find out. -
IS the Zen Media Explorer available as a separate install
Am wondering if the Zen Media Explorer is available as a separate download anywhere. Up till now I have been able to explore all the software for the Creative Zen using the compatability wizard, but now the conflicts in the DemoShield installer software have become too much of an issue even with that. I can install the software from my partner's Micro Photo, which uses a far more up-to-date version of of the DemoShield software, but that still leaves me without the Media Explorer for the Zen - and the features only available via that console, such as personal organizer. If the Zen Media Explorer is available as a separate installer, it would enable one to avoid the errors caused by the outdated and incompatible DemoShield installer.
All this does make me wonder why the installer software was not updated when it was re-marketed out here in Australia. Does anyone know if a separate download of Oracle 9i Forms Developer is available? I do not have space for the entire Developer Suite, and would like to install Forms only. The current installation available for download does not give this option.

Request for Intelligent Agent separate download
Is it possible to separate sub-components of the RDBMS release? Specifically, I would like to be able to download just the 9.2 Intelligent Agent for various platforms. The full 9i release is far too large! Also, having to move between 3 installation disks during a session with the OUI is "a pain" for installing a single component such as the I/Agent.
May I also suggest, for the same reasons, that some other sub-components such as the Enterprise Manager and HTTP listener be considered for separate downloads from the OTN site.

s there a separate download for iMac. I bought and downloaded what I thought was the right download but not working and feel it might be a windows version. How doe I get it right

I have a annual plan, it supposed must be used in two terminals, but i haven´t been able to install any app in a second computer, it always says that the app is only available as a trial download. What can I do to solve this issue, and be able to use my paid plan in two computers?

I activated an iTunes gift card, my iPod showed the amount available ($15) then after downloading 2 songs my balance was $.04. Any ideas on what happened to the rest of my funds or how I can find out where the rest of my money went?

Safari 4.0.1 not available as a dmg download from Support Downloads page
Generally all downloads available via Software Update are themselves available via the Support Download page http://support.apple.com/downloads/
I note that as of this morning (Perth Western Australia time) Safari 4.0.1 is still not yet listed. Is that common for Apple to miss adding updates to that page?
ChrisYep, I know that Software Update does that. My point is that every update I have ever applied is normally always available as an installer on the Support Download page. I'm a bit gun shy of Software Update having experienced some problems in the past and choose to apply all my updates after downloading them from the Support Download page. Call me a bit paranoid if you like but once burned forever careful. It's just odd that Safari 4.0.1 is conspicuous by its absence on that page.

The storage you purchased is in the cloud, and doesn't do anything with your pad. Your problem is simply that you have too much content on your pad. Go to settings, general, usage, and it will show you how much space you have avaliable on your pad. If you let the screen sit for a while, all the apps will be displayed, and you can see how much stuff you have associated with each.
You have to no option but to delete some of the content on your pad. Videos, comics, pitcures and some music files use a lot of space. The cloud allows you to leave stuff there, so you can get it when you need it. -
I have Photoshop CS5 Extended and it says updates available but when i download the updates it says updates failed please try again later, i have tried a few times and get the same message any help would be great i am running 64bit on windows 8.
I am running Windows 7 64 bit ultimate and have the same problem. My hard drive crashed, installed a new one and then reinstalled CS5 extended. Installation went fine, but can no longer open my camera RAW files from Photoshop (camera is a Canon EOS T2i. The message also tells me I am not eligible for the update. I am... and I cannot open my files and I could before. I can find nowhere to contact Adobe to tell me how to proceed. My daughter is all a registered user of the same product and she had no problems upgrading... we purchased ours each at the same time. I do know the difference is that I had to reinstall and she did not. If that means anything.

I have installed icould on my new computer and have downloaded all my purchases from itunes. However, on each album in my library, there is an icon showing that the album is available in icloud for download. I have downloaded a couple of albums from icloud and it seems that I need to do this operation for each album one at a time. I am looking for a way I can download all the albums available in icloud all at once. Is there a way to do this?
Found it on another site, cos I had this question too. Create a playlist with all your songs... (select all in songs, then create new playlist from selection). After that I double-clicked the playlist and it started downloading all the songs. Hallelujah.

I have 2 computers. Do I have to buy 2 separate downloads for each computer? Or can I save money and buy one download for both laptops.
Also, downloads are for only one platform, so the answer is yes only if both computers are windows computers or both are macs. To do one each you need the boxed version.

What size ??GB is the download file? How much free storage space do you have?
The ??GB is the download file compressed size (like .zip or .dmg). When the file is installed/uncompressed it can be 2-3 times larger.
How much space is your Other using? You may be able to reduce.

Now this feature takes you to Apple store update? which produces nothing! How can I download these free sound and music files, what has happened? Please help as there is nothing on the apple site to cover this??
