Is Photoshop CS6 extended usefull if I have already installed the CC version ?
It seems useless to keep Photoshop CS6 extended version installed on my computer, now that I have installed as well, the CC version. Right ?
It's totally up to you whether you want to have both Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CC installed, or just the CC version. Either is fine

I used to send photos from my Lumix Tz-40 camera directly to my iPad using the camera's WIFI. It was all working well until I installed IOS7. The connection no longer works. The camera still keeps the iPad in its connection history. The camera's wifi network still appears when I select a WiFi network from the iPad but the Wifi status icon never appears on the iPad. You're running an old version of Safari. Before troubleshooting, try updating it to the latest version: 6.0. You can do this by clicking the Apple logo in the top left, then clicking Software update.
You can also update to the latest version of OS X, 10.8 Mountain Lion, from the Mac App Store for $19.99, which will automatically install Safari 6 as well, but this isn't essential, only reccomended.

I can't download the Adobe Edge Reflow. The file's downloading is successfull but the file doesn't go to my Creative Cloud so I can't install the programme. I have already install the Photoshop CC and the Reflow Plug-in for Photoshop.

1. I am running on Windows 8.1
2. When running the installer file from https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/reflow I get the following choice
I click "OK" which doesn't do anything for me (CC is off).
I turn CC on and run the installer again. I get the following window that within few settings disappears:
Then - just for half a second it says "Launching Creative Cloud desktop" and then it brings CC to front, and that's all.
RF still not there.
3. I spoke ta support agent on the Adobe chat on Friday. He looked into my computer for an hour. Uninstalled After Effects (after failing to update it). For some reason all apps disappeared from the list. They then reappeared after he opened PS.
This morning After Effects is still showing up in my system and is operational.
Weird.
4. At the end the agent suggested maybe Firewall is the problem here. Trying that out now. -

I wanted to buy the Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended Student and Teacher Edition which I would be eligible to buy
but as it seems, the Paypal option in the adobe store doesn´t seem to work.
I already contacted the customer service "Kundendienst" but they told me that they don´t offer paypal - odd because as you can see it is on their own site..?
Since I don´t own a creditcard nor do I ever want one *, I also asked for a secure and good payment method called "Lastschriftverfahren" so I could easily give adobe money from my bank.

I am writing from my computer at work. I have been working here since May and have been asked to install the full versions of CS6 MANY times now. I work for a few days and then the count down pops up saying my trial has ended. I am not working in a trial version - in fact I never was. The IT dept. here has un-installed and re-installed the CS6 complete versions onto my computer about 4 times now. We also "checked for updates". None of these things seem to be working. And then today to find out that no phone support to being offered to CS users any longer - only Cloud users - I am very disappointed. We have tried every single thing there possibility could be to fix this. I use Photoshop and Illustrator every day at work and I can not afford to be locked out of the programs because the trial has ended again and again and again. I'm trying to download the Apps Quip or Evernote in my iPad 3, but the following message appears when I try it: "This App Requires iOS 7.0 or Later".
The first time that I tried to do it, I had an older version of iOs (older than iOs 7.0). Then, I had installed the last version of iOs (7.1.2), and I tried to download the App again. The same error message is appearing when I'm trying it. I have already turned my iPad off to verify if it could solve the problem, but I had not success.
What should I do to be able to download these Apps?

Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID>Sign In. -
Hi, I have recently downloaded a trial version of Ps CC (I am still using Ps CS6). All my presets have migrated very nicely to the CC version from the CS6 one. However, I can't find any of the plug-ins which I have in CS6, such as Imagenomic Noiseware, Google NIK Collection, etc. in the CC version. How do I "migrate" the plug-ins to Ps CC? I would appreciate some help with this. Thanks
Plug-Ins are not Presets. You need to install Plug-in into CC just like you had to install Plug-ins into CS6.

I'm guessing - if you've uninstalled the previous version, then surely there's nothing left to "update", is there?
Can you undo the "uninstallation" procedure? If not, you will have to download iTunes again and install it as a new installation.
