Is php or mysql hanging due to my code?

Hi,
I've a project where i need to display the result of a query in a table. One of the result is 1263 rows and even after 15 minutes the table doesn't display.Is php,mysql or apache hanging.I use latest softwares of the above.If yes, wht can i do to test it and rectify it. connection working fine.The code is below

Hi!!
Pls post complete code...also you haven't closed the <tr bgcolor=$bgc>..tag..make sure <tr> tag is closed..
