Is possible to make the bookmarks bar only appear on the homepage?

I was just wondering if it was possible, with or without an add-on, if i could make it so that the bookmarks bar only appears on the homepage.

I have the bar under the adress bar for bookmarks. But i use lots of bookmaks. When i nedd to access them i press the icon you told,and the side bookmaks bar is shown, and is this bookmaks left side bar that i wish to be permanently there.
What happens is that i open it, choose the bookmark to be open and then it disappears...
On Safari, differently from Firefox, when i press the icon it shows a complete page instead of the side bookmaks bar only.

Is it possible to make a calculated field only appear when the result is greater than 0?

The use of currency and percentage signs always behave this way since the display format is a character string and not a plain number.
You will have to use some custom JavaScript in the Custom JS calculation, the custom format format, or the validation script.
There is not a lot of documentation for this, but Acrobat JavaScripting Guide Version 6 has some infromation about usin the AFNumber_Format built-in function.
If your users are using version 8 or below, you will need to adjust the format of the field.

How can I take off the text on the bookmark bar and just leave the Icons of the bookmarks on the boomark bar ?

When downloading is complete, I can not see, run, nor access the file; it only appears in the "Downloads" window (and not the specified folder) and the only options permitted are to delete it, or to go to the download web site; what's blocking it?

My PC's OS is 'MS Windows Vista Home Premium'. As my initil question states: When downloading, after the download completes, I can not see, run, nor access the file in it's designated folder. The download only appears in the "Downloads" window and the only "Right Click" options permitted are to "Remove From List", "Select All", & "Copy Download Link" I also can not double click to run it. What's blocking it?
I have a similar problem when accessing .zip files that are attachments to my emails. Here, however, I can place the file in a designated folder, however, the .zip file and it's compressed content files are file-typed as "FireFox Document" and I get permissions errors when running an unzip tool.
Why are my download files being quarantined ??? Is there a security setting option I need to change???
To get around this, I'm using IE to download and install these files, but switching back & forth between FireFox & IE is a real pain.

Is there a way to make the Menu Toolbar and the Bookmarks drop down appear at the same time?

When I activate the Menu Bar, the Bookmarks drop down menu gets hidden. If I deactivate the Menu Bar, the Bookmarks drop down reappears. I've tried moving the shortcut around but no matter where it is, it goes away when the Menu Bar is active. I'm using Firefox 9.0.1.

That Bookmarks button is supposed to work that way - be hidden when the Menu Bar, with the Bookmarks menu item, is showing.

I believe there's an option to the bookmark bar 'wrapping' around with the last bookmarks hidden from view.

Before Firefox crashed last nite, I had them in 'two layers', but I can't remember how I did that to put them back.
By that I mean the bookmarks wrapped around to a 2nd strip (instead of the last ones being hidden under the little >> sign at the right of the strip.)

Ever since I got the most recent Safari update when I try to type in another language other than English this strange bar appears and doesn't let me type on the website itself. I tried typing and pressing enter but that doesn't do anything either... when I click the little button on the left side it closes only to come back when I try to type in another language again.
It seems like it only happens on that website so far (typing in English works fine though) but it's just that it's never happened before until today (a day after the update I think). Does anyone know what it is and how to turn it off?
I can type in another language then copy and paste, but it's just really annoying and tedious! If anyone can help me that would be greatly appreciated!

I doubt it. When you say "other language" you mean Japanese or Chinese, right?
Long ago various apps could only input Asian scripts via that bar below and not "inline" as we do now. I don't know what causes this to reappear.

When i go to connect to the itunes store the loading bar that appears in the top middle part of the page just times out.

so i went on my compter to spend my itunes voucher and itunes just wouldnt open. hte loading bar at the top of the screen seems to go to halfway ad the get stuck, it then disapears and i am left with a screen saying itunes store .
i am njot sure what is cuasing it or how to fix it (my internet is working fine ).
It freezes when it gets to that point .(i only remember this as a problem since i updated itunes to its latest version)

I recently burned 2 cds of music onto itunes, the first cd of music synced and appears on my 2nd gen ipod touch, the 2nd cd only appears in the itunes library and will not sync

I tried to burn 2 cd's worth of music and two things happened:
1. 1st CD synced with my Ipod, but only as an album (touch 2nd gen) but, disappeared from itunes.
2. 2nd CD appears in my library but will now sync to my ipod
I have space left and am not at the 4GBgb limit.
