Is Primavera P6 available in the cloud (SaaS)?

Would appreciate if I get an answer to below query.
I am looking for Primavera P6 cloud service as a listing in cloud.oracle.com. It is not found there.
I am not sure if it is available as SaaS or not. As per the blog, https://blogs.oracle.com/eppm/entry/oracle_delivers_primavera_p6_in Primavera P6 EPPM is now available as Cloud service.

The Oracle Cloud OPPM Instance I worked on was version 9 and the latest OPPM version I believe is 9.1.
Unlike P6 which is project centric and its feature set is focus on a project management process, OPPM feature set is focus on portfolio management process.
So in P6, you have projects, activities, resources … item types whereas in OPPM you have whatever item types you wish to define.
For example, one instance I worked on had a portfolio of business cases. Each business case had depended funding models and each business case supported a strategic initiative item. Other instances I have work on had portfolios of: applications, contracts, grants, capabilities, programs, budget models and of course projects.
OPPM has a function engine that provides the ability to perform item calculation (based on value changes) on a given item or dependent items and portfolio calculations based on value changes on items within a given portfolio. Having a function engine provides the ability to perform complex KPIs for any given dimension (risk, scoring …).

Not having enough storage in your iCloud account isn't caused by using your iCloud email account on your device. It may be caused by having lots of email in your account though.
Go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage to see what is taking up the space in your account.

I agree and am baffled by this also. At first I was really excite about this new feature. Mostly because I would be able to seamlessly sync videos along with my PhotoStream. I just assumed there would be some systematic way to handle large libraries. Like removing older files as the current PhotoStream does. However, it appears that this new feature will simply 'shut down' when you reach your storage limit. This just makes no sense to me. I would have to double check, but I have all my photos and videos in iPhoto and stored on a 3 TB external hard drive and I think the full library is over 1 TB. So, even if I was willing to pay $20 a month for photo syncing (which I am not) I couldn't do it because my library is too large. Again I am just baffled why Apple cannot blend this new service with the existing PhotoSteam model. My favorite aspect of PhotoSteam is that is uploads all my iPad and iPhone Photos to my Mac for permanent storage and it seems this is lost in the new version.

Downloaded movies now only available via the Cloud

I've purchased (not rented) and downloaded several movies and TV shows to my daughter's iPad (over the past several months). All of a sudden, as of yesterday, only three of them are still available directly from the device (i.e. operating without WiFi in Airplane Mode), the rest are only available via the Cloud. This has occured on both iPads that this iTunes account is registered. My 4-year old daughter says she clicked an "X" when she went to watch a movie, but as I wasn't there when it happened, I don't know what she clicked exactly and where. Any help figuring this out would be greatly appreciated.

What iOS version is on the iPad (Settings > General > About > Version) ? On iOS 5 and possibly 6 (I can't remember when it changed), you could delete films and/or TV programmes from the Videos app by pressing and holding it on the selection screen in the app, and after a second or two it would get an 'x' on its top left corner - tapping that would delete it from the device.

When Apple tells us. They are pretty secretive about new developments until they are ready to announce them and we're just other users like you. If you want rumors, speculation and guessing you'll have to browse the web because we're not allowed to do any of that here.

It means that you get only one download of the movie per purchase, so once it's downloaded, you'd be wise to make a backup. Otherwise, if something happens to delete the movie, you'll have to buy it again.

How do I copy something I downloaded onto itunes across to my phone when it's not available in the cloud or itunes match?

I have recently purchased a macbook and downloaded the latest version of itunes.
I have an iphone 4s which I always used to sync manually.
I have recently subscribed to imatch.
I have a number of tracks which I have downloaded into itunes on my mac via the internet as part of training courses which I am doing. How do I get them onto my iphone????
All I'm told is that they're not available on the cloud etc etc and I simply want to transfer the tracks to listen to on my phone. PLEASE HELP!!!

Is Lightroom 5 only available in the Cloud now?

I'm trying to upgrade from Lightroom 4 to Lightroom 5 but can't seem to find the upgrade page at Adobe. Everything sends me to a Creative Cloud subscription which I do not want. Is Lightroom now only available via Creative Cloud? Is there no longer a stand alone desktop application?

Files not available in the cloud. Where are they?

I've uploaded 2 files to the cloud but they are not visible there in my files. If I try to upload them again then a mesage tells me I already uploaded them. Where have they gone?

Which Cloud? You can be storing files on Adobe’s Cloud services, Acrobat.com, and any number of other 3rd party Cloud services.
How are you uploading them to the Cloud of your choice?

Songs I purchased on my iPhone not showing up in the cloud for download to my computer.

I purchased songs on my iPhone yesterday, and last night on my Notebook computer I was able to download the songs from the cloud with no problems. But today, on my Desktop computer, the songs do not even show that they are available in the cloud. All 3 devices (iPhone, Notebook, and desktop) are authorized to the same account in the cloud and have the latest updates for itunes. Under my account information, the songs show in my purchase history, they just are not in the cloud.
Other songs I purchase last night on the notebook computer showed in the cloud and I was able to download them to both the iPhone and the Desktop. But the songs purchased on the iPhone were not available to the Desktop.
Is there a limit to the number of devices a song can be downloaded to if purchased on the iPhone? or is there a problem with these songs that Apple needs to fix for me?

Sounds like you're using iTunes Match. Is there a cloud icon next to the name of the song? If yes you need not worry, those songs aren't actually on your device it just means you can download them to it.

You can't add music to the cloud, whether it will show there for streaming and redownloading depends upon what country that you are in. If you are in a country where music is available in the cloud then you don't have to download the music from the store, if you turn Settings > iTunes & App Store > Music (under the 'show all' heading) 'on' then you should be able to stream purchased music in the Music app without downloading it - your phone will need to be online in order to stream, and if using 3G/4G then it will use some of your data allowance.
If you download an album or a track then it will be downloaded onto your phone. You can't upload music to the cloud from an iOS device. Whether music that you've bought shows for streaming depends upon what country that you are in and if the album or track remains in the store (unless you've subscribed to iTunes Match), and if you are connected to a network.
