Is Skype to Go linked to my Premium subscription?

IU have had an unlimited subscription to onecountry formany years.I have now purchased Skype Premium.
If I cancelmy Subscription, would I lose any of the Skype to Go features as they are very important tome ?
Would any ofmy accessnumbers or stored numbers belost ?

if you are sure your phone number (the one you call your STG number from) is properly registered, and that your PIN is correct (yet it is being rejected), then you don't have much recourse other than to contact customer service

I would first try unplugging All the USB devices plugged into your computer, and then plug back in just the iPhone and see if that is recognized. Also, do you have the latest version of iTunes for Windows installed on your PC, as you need to?

I spoke with Adobe support and they cannot provide a download link to CS4 and suggested that I post here - that there were people on the forum who would help someone who had the product key for Web Premium CS4 but not the discs. I have a premium subscription and I cant call landlines when I try it says must add credit or buy a subscription!!! Whats going on!!!!

Did you pick a specific country for your unlimited calling to landlines? If so, which country? And what number are you trying to reach (omit the last 4 digits - we don't need to see the full number).

You can usually see what some of these numbers are when you look at the "pay as you go" link at the bottom of this page, and select specific countries.

Premium Subscription and USA Subscription interact...

I have three subscriptions: 60 minutes to the USA, 120 minutes to Germany and recently purchased a Skype Premium subscription. WHen I call Germany, the German subscription is consumed. WHen I call the USA, the Preium, not the USA subscription, is consumed first. I would like the USA subscription ot be consumed first and when either of the Subscriptions run out, then consume the Premium. What do I need to do?

Premium subscription - being charged by the minute

I just noticed that I am being charged by the minute for my calls to the US even though I have a premium subscription. Anyone else seen this? Any suggestions?

Did you purchase a Subscription in addition to Skype "Premium".
Check at your Account Page to make sure you have a Subscription covering calls to the US.

My premium subscription can't be renewed and about...

I have tried to reach out to the support but could not find any way out.
My problem is my current premium subscription is about to expire. I have tried to renew it but in the payment option it only allows me to buy Skype Credit ($16 or $40). There is no way to pay in other way e.g. paypal which i did first time. In the destination country list it is showing Bangladesh.
Now if I do a fresh/new premium account subscription not to renew the current one it is not mentioning Bangladesh as a destination country. So I am afraid I wouldn't be able to make call there.
My request is to get advised from some one what should I do now. I don't want to loose that unlimited premium subscription which allowed be to call bangladesh before.

If you wish to renew your existing Subscription the only option available to you is to pay using Skype Credit. The only funding options available are those presented to you.

I just bought a number and premium subscription, but cant call anyone. it just pops up that I have no subscription, yet when I go to order history it shows I done bought and paid for them and have an account. I am starting to get vary upset over this.

Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription does not require a serial for Activation. Please use your Adobe Id under which you have purchased the subscription to activate the product.

I recently purchased a 12-month Skype Premium subscription, which includes the unlimited calling to landlines and mobile numbers in the US and Canada. Unfortunately, calls are still costing me credit, even though I have an active Premium Subscription.
The subscription shows as active on my account, and I have not exceeded the fair-use policy.

Premium Subscription, 12-month plan, why is it pro...

I have just purchased a 12-month Premium Subscription, including free calls to Canada and the US. Why is it prompting me to purchase credits. I have been trying to make calls to mobiles... but it won't allow me to.
(And yes, I AM logged in under the name I purchased the subscription plan on.)

It seems Skype Customer Service has already resolved this issue for you.
