Is SP7 install supposed to install iManager 2.7?

Question

I installed SP7 on a SBS 6.5.1 server. When I restarted it, there was
still iManager 2.0.2 running. I had expected to see iManager 2.7
running. I thought I got iManager 2.7 out of SP7 at another site.
Is SP7 supposed to update iManager to 2.7?
If not do I need to install iManager & iPrint & things from the CDs
that I made from the SP7 ISO images?

ldap is loaded, here is the output of the logs from me trying to load
ldap and trying to start tomcat4.
any clues?
