Is that possible to set up a multiple y-axis and single x-axis in one waveform chart using LabVIEW 8.0?
Because I need to display several channels in the same chart, if one channel has a very big data range and the others not, the channels with smaller data range will not be displayed very clear.

Is it possible to set the sound output to Firewire and HDMI at the same time?

I would like to use Amarra for playing music thru the Firewire to a DAC and I would like the family to be able to use the MacMini for streaming sources thru the HDMI without having to change any settings every time. I'm running 10.8. Is that possible thru any special settings or separate software?

I have multiple Apple devices using the same Apple ID for all devices. I work in the Middle East and my wife is in Russia. I would like to Facetime between my different devices. Is this possible with all devices registered with the same Apple ID. It is just easier for find my iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air and for purchasing Apps. We're finding that it's taking an excessive amount of time (30-45 minutes) to open somewhat larger files (~100 pages) with many hyperlinks (~10,000). Is anyone aware of a way to add a command line parameter to either Indesign.exe or IndesignServer.exe (as we use both) to set, for example, a more detailed log level to allow for seeing what is taking so long to process when opening a file? The output would presumably go to the Event Viewer or stdout / stderr in a Command Prompt.

On a Mac you either use the Activity Monitor or the Instruments application (part of the Xcode IDE) for various performance analysis down to the system calls (dtrace) and their invocation stack frames. I assume Windows provides similar tools, or you might just reproduce your problem on a spare Mac with a trial or developer license.

Btw, InDesign (Server and Desktop) has separate "debug" builds for plugin developers with plenty internal consistency checks "assert" and debug output. For speed reasons these are stripped out from release builds, it might be worth a try if you have access to those builds. Of course they will take even longer... The above mentioned analysis via the OS may also benefit from more symbols on such development versions.
InDesign Server (even release build) also has some performance metrics available via scripting (somewhere on the app object), have you tried these?
On the other hand it could also be something unrelated - do you have any extra software (plugin, startup scripts, scripted event handlers) that could interfere? E.g. a link event handler that waits for a timeout on every $.write without connected ESTK? On one client's InDesign server farm I reduced restart times down from minutes to barely noticable just by optimizations of the startup process, before I tracked down and eliminated the bugs (in the SOAP interface and in XPath) that caused all those crashes ;-) . Of course such problems are beyond the scope of a forum, they take several days to analyze and solve, especially if they require changes of the binaries from Adobe.

Every time i down itunes on my pc i seems like it worked at the end i get a messace that the register setting used by itunes is missing and to re-install, i am using win7prem.

i have tried to download itunes several times it seems like it is working but at the end of the install i get a box telling me the register i tunes uses is missing to reinstall. i turned off my fire wall for the download i removed lg and nero burning software but it still does not work. my os system is windows 7 prem. how can i replace the missing program in the register i-tunes needs to work?

Album artwork can be added/changed on songs via the iTunes Get Info menu item from the File menu. Note that music that you loaded from CDs will not have any artwork. If you want to aquire artwork you can try the File menu item Library > Get Artwork or you can download artwork from the internet, etc. Note that just changing artwork on your computer won't affect the iPod until you sync.
If the artwork is correct on your computer iTunes then delete all the music on your iPod by syncing with iTunes with no music selected. Then reload the music onto your iPod by again syncing with iTunes with all the music you want selected.

Script that will automaticly set the focus to the next text box after the previous one is completed

Specificly, entering a SSN into a form with three text boxes. 1st box for first 3 digits, 2nd box for middle 2 digits, and 3rd box for last 4 digits. I would like the user to be able to enter the 1st three digits into the 1st box, and after the 3rd digit is entered, the focus jumps to the 2nd box, then once the middle two are entered, the focus jumps the the 3rd box without having to manually use the tab key to advance through the boxes. I have multiple adobe Ids and can't find the one that I have used for creative cloud. I can't find help for that.

I signed in to check on my creative cloud subscription and don't see it. I must have used a different Adobe ID but for the life of me don't remember what it could have been other than what I signed in as. I can find no way to contact Adobe for this.

Hi--my children recieved iPODs for Christmas and now I'm faced with managing 3 iPODs on my laptop. How do I keep the accounts/playlists/syncs separate?

The Apple support document How to use multiple iPods with one computer suggests a number of ways for managing the media content. I use method two (Sync with selected playlists) with a slight twist. Rather than regular playlists I set the grouping field to indicate which users should receive which tracks and create smart playlists based on the content of this field.
e.g.
"Alice's Tracks" is "Grouping contains Alice" + "Kind contains audio"
"Bob's Videos" is "Grouping contains Bob" + "Kind does not contain audio"
Tracks that both Alice & Bob want on their iPods have the grouping set to "Alice/Bob"
etc.
I currently manage our family's five iDevices using this system, each getting a different selection to suit their tastes and the capacity of their device. An advantage of using the grouping field is that it is stored in file tags (for non-wav audio files anyway) so that it is relatively easy to recreate the playlists should the iTunes library get trashed and need rebuilding. Also useful if you move files about manually as playlist membership is preserved when you delete & re-import the tracks.

OSB call multiple Business Services and combine the responses into one

Dear All,
I am new to OSB and I have a use case that I need to solve. I have 3 web services and I imported their WSDLs into OSB and created 3 Business Services that goes with each WSDL. The scenario is like this.
Business Service 1: takes an input value as [Region] and returns a list of employee names.
Business Service 2: takes the list of employee names and returns the list of employee names with their job profile
Business Service 3: takes the list of employee names with their job profile and returns their contact information.
I need to return the result of Business Service 3 to the consumer. The consumer basically need to call the Proxy service with [Region] as the input value and the result should be the output of above Business service 3.
As I mentioned, I have WSDL for all the 3 Business Services, but, I do not have the WSDL for the Proxy Service. The Business Service WSDLs are all different and they do not match.
My question is it possible to achieve the above result without having a concrete WSDL for Proxy Service? Also, how can I go about solving this use case. I have gone through some articles that talk about Split-Join, and am really lost.

You have multiple options:
1. Create a WSDL which has input similar to input of WS1 (only Region as input) and an output similar to output of WS3.
Create Proxy Service based on this WSDL. Then call all the thee business services one after the other and doing transformations/assigns as needed after each call. Finally map the result of BS3 to the similar output of your new WSDL on which the Proxy service is based.
2. Create an Any XML type of web service. Create a schema which has two elements, one for input and one for output. Input containing only Region and output containing all the details. All consumers need to send request according to input defined in schema and expect output defined in schema. Its similar to creating the WSDL but can be used in case your consumer do not want to call a Web Service but want to call an XML API over HTTP. Rest will be same as option 1.
Split join is needed to make calls in parallel, it wont be usable in your use case unless you expect a list og regions in the same request for each of which you need to gather same information by calling three services.

Multiple domains names and web sites with only one SLS and one static IP

I tried to find a post on this topic but I still can't find what needs to be done.
SLS is configured for one domain with one web site and it's working well. We will call it domain1.com. Here is the config:
Static IP: 69.x.x.x
DNS setting under Server Admin:
hostname: server.domain1.com
Two DNS entries under domain1.com with:
www - alias - server.domain1.com
server - Machine - 10.0.1.x (fixe IP for server on LAN)
Web settings under Server Admin:
server.domain1.com - 10.0.1.x - Port 80
Domain1.com is managed with DynDNS Custom DNS Service with 1 record:
domain1.com - A-record - 69.x.x.x
I want to host a second domain (for a website) called domain2.com. It's also registred at DynDNS and I have custom DNS setting to configure.
What's need to be done to have both domains with seperate web site on SLS under DNS and Web settings (beside the fact that I will have 2 different folders with the website files in it). I understand that I will need a new entry in the DNS for the new domain (domain2.com) and also an entry in the Web Service pane. But what are the details.

Yes. With "Ordinary Forwarding" you normally just type your .Mac url (web.mac.com/username/sitename) into a form at the place where you have your name.
I thought I was using 'web.mac.com' as the 'www' CNAME (alias) for my personal domain name (web address), so that when someone typed in my personal domain name they would 'go' to the domain registration location, which would then pass it on to the .Mac server, where my web site is hosted.
That's exactly right. It's just not the only way to do that. Ordinary Forwarding is another way, but it differs in terms of what appears in the address bar of the browser. Either you will see web.mac.com/username/.... or, if you add "masking", you will see your personal name for all pages. The CNAME method results in a address bar that reads www.myname.com/sitename/pagename.html.
Am I way off?

ABAP proxy with Multiple PI system and Single SAP ECC

Hello Folks,
In my current project i have 2 SAP Pi system, PI7.0 and PI7.11. Currently 80% of the interfaces are on PI7.0 and we are planning to move interfaces to new PI7.11 next year. Old environment has lot of ABAP proxies ECC is configured to send data to it.
All the new developments will be done in new SAP and i need to use SAP PI7.11 for that. I have an interface where i need to use ABAP proxy.
How can i configure ECC so that it sends new ABAP proxy interface data to new PI7.11 and old proxies to old PI7.0.
As far as i know we can make ECC point to one integration server at one time. Any thoughts or suggestion ?

Multiple connection to ESR in sproxy can be done by switching host value in RFC destination SAP_ESR_PROXY and for maintaining multiple PI runtime you should use subparameter for parameter SXMB_ADM->Runtime->IS_URL (you can define combination of Sender/Receiver for subparameter in transaction SXMSIF).
This way for every sender/receiver combination you can use different integration server.

Is it possible to extend AP Extreme's both main and guest networks by connecting one or two new dual band AP express in roaming mode (connecting with ethernet)?

I have an Airport extreme base station which creates a wireless network and a guest network at my home. Neither of them reach every room so I have set up one Airport express (1st generation A1264) in roaming mode to extend the main wireless network by connecting the base stations with ethernet (with powerline adapters actually). Works fine with the main network. However, I would like to extend also the guest network. Is this possible with a 2nd generation dual band AP express?

Yes it is, if you have updated your Mac to use AirPort Utility 6.2 and both the AirPort Extreme and AirPort Express have been updated to use version 7.6.3 firmware.
