hi,i have heard that a new software upgrade for nokia 5800 is coming,and that is v31.0.0.15.the current newest is v21.0.025.they say that the new update is going to include kinetic scrolling,a widgetized homescreen like in n97 or a 5530 style homescreen.i prefer the widgetized homescreen and the kinetic scrolling,so i am now very very interested when is that going to come out.the news were out at i think 29th of june of course this year,also 2009.and they say that this update is going to be out in a few days,so i am checking the news and updates every day,so i think that this update is going to be published very soon.
and what do you think???

well,i don't thonk that these news are rumors,because a lot of websites are writing about that upgrade.i think that this update is going to be released soon,and i am expecting some really nice upgrades,and i think that they are going to listen to the users on this forum,you know,there's a topic about what we would like to have in the new upgrade,but there are no discussions about this upgrade.i believe that this firmware upgrade is going to be released.
oh yeah, adrianhughes i bought the handset from a slovenian carrier called Mobitel,and i have received all the upgrades that have been released,so i think i am going to receive this upgrade too maybe a few days after the release.

Yes. You will need to practice this first before you try to implement it in your script. Or, rather, I'm asking that you do. Just learn the basics first.
First up, you will need to acknowledge that you will need to store this data somewhere persistent. I.e., External database, external web server, or possibly even the Document repository. I'll lead with the repository as it's easy and doesn't require the Premium license that the external database does.
Now that we've determine where we are going to store the data, you need to know how to store the data. You do this in a script with a minimum of two steps:
Authenticate User
Upload Document
And one variable
User my_user = USER[uccxadmin]
Your user account may be called something different. Authenticate the user first, then upload the document second. Practice this in a new blank script using the F10 key (Step Over) via the Active Debugging feature. No saving, uploading, application, trigger or phone call required.
Hint: Use the following as your Document to upload TEXT[true], use the following as your Language L[] and use the following for your name "my_file.txt"
Now that you've figured out how to store the data, let's figure out how to read the data. In a completely new script, you'll need only two steps:
Set
If
*Three if you count the Annotate step.
And one variable
boolean my_value = true
Drop the Set step in a set it like so:
Set my_value = DOC[my_file.txt]
Next, drop in the If step and set it like so:
If (my_value)
True
/* It's TRUE */
False
/* It's FALSE */
Now, kick off that Active Debug again (F10) and check your work. If you got it working, then the last thing you need to do, is figure out how to present the caller with a menu, 1 for TRUE and 2 for FALSE. That's it.

It sounds like you've got a messed-up homepage. Click the Safari menu, click Preferences, and under "Home page", re-type the page you'd prefer to load when Safari starts (eg "nytimes.com" or whatever). Close preferences and try again.

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.
* Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
* Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
* Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
* Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
* Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

You would get the redemption code, or perhaps even the serial number, from whomever you purchased the software from, apparently Amazon, so talk to them. This wouldn’t be the first time they’ve sold something that didn’t have all the numbers needed to license it.

Make a temporary, backup copy of the library and try the following:
launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
select the options identified in the screenshot.

Not able to access Itunes store anymore. Just quit working for no reason. I've tried deleting Itunes and related components from the Control Panel, but when I try to remove Apple Software Update, I get a message that states "There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor". Not sure what this message means. Am I suppose to contact Apple ? What is meant by package vendor ?

Since the new library gives you the same message log into another user account on your Mac and see if you can run iPhoto without getting that message. If you get that message there also a reinstall of iPhoto seems indicated. To do so you'll have to delete the current application and all files with "iPhoto" in the file name with either a .PKG or .BOM extension that reside in the HD/Library/Receipts folder and from the /var/db/receipts/ folder,

I fixed the problem.. but it was very, very strange. I had a very long section for credits and set the line spacing to 1.0.. for some reason this caused it. I removed it, and it worked fine. I put it back, and I couldn't preview or play the video.
I don't know why that could cause that big of a problem, but it did..

After phone support from apple I ended up creating a new project and adding all 117 clips back in individually till I found out what clips flagged and would not allow me to export. I had 3 I deleted and replaced and everything works now 1hr after tedious work....

• USB-memory
And all are connected so that iMovie can find it ?

When you uninstall, the items you uninstall and the order in which you do so are particularly important:
Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order and then restart your computer:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Important: Uninstalling these components in a different order, or only uninstalling some of these components may have unintended affects.
Let us know if following that article and uninstalling those components in that order helped the situation.
