Is the CS 5.5 Design Standard suite trial version available?

My company issues home use serial numbers as part of our agreement with Adobe. I have a set of CS 5.5 serial numbers for my Mac; but can't find the download trial version that I need to install it. Is there somewhere that one can download a previous version? all I can find is CS 6 suites.

I am in charge of accounting for all licensed software (both the physical CDs and the licenses/serial #s/Registration #s) being used on the computers in my office. Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I have tried that already. The chat support says to go to the forums. Here is a screenshot of the options I have when attempting to contact support: http://i.imgur.com/Tg7uiHP.jpg. In the chat, it asks you to select the product you need help with. Since I need assistance with version 9, I select Acrobat X & Lower versions. Once that is selected, 4a states that Acrobat 10(or is it X? not very consistent) requires a Support Contract. Then in parenthesis, 4a states "Support for Acrobat 8 and lower versions is available only on the user to user forums...".
I called Adobe phone support and confirmed that my serial number is valid, but stated that support via phone for Acrobat 9 is not available and directed me to the forums. Now I'm on the forums and I'm directed to contact chat support. So I go to chat and it says to go to the forums for help. Where do I have to go just to download a trial of Acrobat 9 standard so I can put in my valid serial number?

After having payed fo an account for one year for Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 i keep getting the message ,that I am using a trial version of Photoshop CC.
Lightroom on the other hand is not functioning in a trial version !
Could anyone tell me how I can start working with Photoshop CC while not in trial mode ?

Is there a way to get Creative Suite CS5 Design Standard (Win XP version) to run on a new Apple OSX Maverick?

I understand Adobe's license is for the Win or the Mac environment, but not both. I installed VMWare's Fusion and Windows 7 Pro on the Mac but that did not work. Is there anything I can do besides purchasing a new license?

I find this so discouraging. As a self-published author, I scraped together some money to purchase CS5 Design Standard about 2 years ago. My most recent manuscript has taken longer to develop, and then Microsoft abandoned Win XP for an inferior product (Win 8.1 which is why I went to an Apple). I need Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator at a minimum to independently publish my work.
With Cloud at $49.99/month, I would never regain that expense in my profits over several years. Even CS6 Design Standard at $1300 is out of my price range. Independently published authors rarely make a profit and I am in that category. My discouragement is that this may stop my work - because of a product that I already own! I am recently retired and find that one of the two things I was going to do in retirement may go away.

Adobe Media Encoder CS4 error in elearning suite trial version

Hi there, I have a trial version of elearning suite 2.5 and I have the error "Thank you for using Adobe Media Encoder CS4. The Adobe product that installed Media Encoder has not activated. Please launch and activate that Adobe product before continuing to use Media Encoder". My searching points me to a full reinstall, but is there an easier fix? Currently running Mac OS 10.5.8. Thanks.

Trial versions of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop Elements, and Adobe Premiere Elements are downloaded using the Adobe Download Assistant — a small application that is meant to improve download reliability and avoid issues that commonly occur during large downloads, such as frequent disconnects.
What do we mean by "large downloads"? Photoshop CS5 and Photoshop Elements, for example, are each over 1.1 GB. The approximate download times for files this size are:
• On a cable connection (3 mbps): 50 minutes.
• On a DSL connection (1.5 mbps): 1 hrs. 39 minutes.
The Adobe Download Assistant helps most people manage the download of these large files, for example by enabling pause/resume of the downloads, and checking to ensure the complete file(s) are downloaded before actual installation begins.
While we strongly recommend you first attempt to download trial versions using the Adobe Download Assistant, we also realize that some people just prefer to manage their own downloads directly, using a web browser. For those of you who do, please follow the instructions carefully here.

I was trying everything I could think of on my end to download the InDesign trial from this link:

I must have tried it a hundred times using every browser, download manager, login, logout, whatever. At one point the server sent me a 1.2 MB file that was corrupt, but on all other attempts it just errored out. The current response entity is:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://trials2.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/IDSN/8/win32/InDesign_8_LS16.exe?" on this server.

When I switched to the 7zip file and after many more attempts it finally downloaded. The exe link never worked.
I don't know if this is a security thing or a failed server but it is not a good way to distribute software either way.
