Is the iphone 5s in stock?

..

Where?
It is likely in stock somewhere in the world.
You would have to contact the location and store that you are asking about and ask them.

  • I think someone told me that apple doesn't have the iphone 5 in stock anymore, so if I bring my broken iphone 5(under warranty) is there any chance they give me a 5c or 5s?

Idk if the stock thing is true but I think someone told me it.

    Someone told you wrong.
An exchange under warranty will be the same model, storage capacity, and color.

  • Where Should I Buy The iPhone?

I'm Thinking of going to the apple store to purchase my iPhone, will the apple store have the iPhone in stock? Or should i buy online.

I was in the same predicament this week. I had sold my Nexus One thinking I could find the iPhone 4 in stock since my brother bought his days before from an Apple Store. The first day I called all AT&Ts (only pre-order), Best Buys (out of stock), Radio Shacks(dude said they dont sell them), Walmarts (no stock for two weeks), and of course Apple Stores (they get "daily" shipments but don't know how many) in my area with no luck. The second day in the morning, frustrated I was about to order one online from ATT (a 7-10 business day wait) when I decided to start calling again....sure enough around 11am I called the closest store (for the second time that day, I had called at opening time 10am) they had them BUT only the 32GB.
Thinking I would have to wait days if not weeks for the 16GB I went ahead and bought it. Then one day after that I called out of curiousity again, and what do you know! They had both 16GB and 32GB! So I went in and exchanged the 32GB I had bought the day before.
_Moral of the story: Best chance is to call Apple Stores everyday at least twice a day_. By noon they will know whether they have them or not for the day. They get daily shipments.
TOTAL WAIT TIME: 2 days for 32GB, 3 days for 16GB (my preference).

  • I am in need of a weather and stock widget, similiar to the ones on the iphone 4s, that allow you to display current stocks and weather in the notification window but i need it for the ipad2.

the iphone 4s came with a weather and a stock widget.  these could be configured in notifications to CONSTANTLY display stock prices and the days weather whenever you pulled down the notification window.  the ipad2 doesn't have these programs and i have spend a small fortune and time looking for this same feature.  does anyone out there know off a weather and stock program that will let you program stocks into the notification window and then stream the stocks and prices acrossthe screen continously when you open the notification window.  Also does anyone know of a weather program that will display the days current conditions ALL THE TIME, not just when the wind picks up or it snows.
the ipad2 doesn't have these built in programs and i can't find similiar ones in the app store.
    Thanks for your help.

I have this question too. Have you had any replies?

  • Is the iPhone 5 STILL out of stock in stores??

Nearly a month after the release date and the stores are still sold out?  When will they be getting regular shipments like Apple said would happen?

Yes, most Apple stores are still sold out. I was at Best Buy the other day and they too had none in stock. They had just gotten a shipment and were calling customers that had already pre-ordered and paid for their devices to come pick them up. But they had no leftover phones for immediate sale. The reason we're all waiting 3-4 weeks is actually because Foxconn, the company in China which actually makes the iPhone for Apple, has had some serious quality control issues since the iPhone 5 launched last month. Many people are complaining that their brand new phones are being shipped to them with scratches/nicks/scuffs already on the device right out of the box. Most of these marks appear to be on the bezel of the devices. It appears to happen to both the white and the black versions, but more black iPhone 5 users are complaining because the silver aluminum underneath the black coating shows up far easier when scratched than it does on the white model. But both are experiencing this issue. My best advice is be patient. Apple actually shut Foxconn down for a period of time recently, which slowed iPhone 5 production, so this exact issue could be addressed. They're really bearing down on quality control, and taking extra steps to make sure new devices don't ship with defects. I'd rather wait and get a pristine device than one that has to either be exchanged at the Apple store or through Verizon because it arrived to me already scratched.

  • Will The Apple store replenish stock of the iPhone to purchase online?

I really like this version of the iPhone, mine was stolen, and I wish to purchase another, but I cannot go hunting one down across NY, is Apple going to put more of the 8GB up for sale again? the Apple online store says "Ships: Currently Unavailable"...
    Thanks

Since your iPhone was stolen, at&t has a record of this - you certainly notified at&t that your iPhone was stolen. I think if you spoke with a manager at this closet at&t store - giving them your information to look up to verify that you were an iPhone owner, your iPhone was stolen, and you want to purchase another now, they may waive this policy of not revealing this information over the phone. Tell them your willing to give them a credit card number to hold one for you if there is one in stock. I would pull out all the stops for a little help.

  • When will the iphone 6 be back in stock after it comes out?

When will the iphone 6 be back in stock at the apple store after it comes out?

    Davidm82 wrote:

First they run out of stock.
Then when they get more stock in, they put it on the shelves and they are no longer out of stock.

  • How do i check the inventory to see when the iphone 5 will be in stock?

Im just trying to figure out where the inventory checker is online

Sorry, but no one here will know when, or even if, the iPhone Availablility Checker will return. At this time it would probably be best if you ordered your iPhone 5 online for in-store pickup. Otherwise you'll just have to keep visiting your local Apple Store and hope you get lucky.
    Regards.

  • Stock photos on the iphone

I want to get the photos that came with my G3 iphone. The were deleted when I sync.

Please read my previous post again.
There are no photos included with the iPhone that are stored in your iPhone's Camera Roll or in your iPhone's Photo Library.
These are empty with a new iPhone. Your iPhone's Camera Roll is for storing photos that were captured by your iPhone or for a photo saved from a received email or from a website.
Your iPhone's Photo Library stores photos that were transferred from your computer via the iTunes sync process.
Both are empty with a new iPhone.
If you are referring to the included Wallpaper photos, these are stored elsewhere.
Go to Settings > Wallpaper and select Wallpaper.

  • Does Singapore have stock of the iPhone 5?

    Please reply.
Does Singapore have the iphone 5 in the stores?

I doubt the country does, but a store in the country might.
You could call them and ask.
This is a user to user technical support forum, no one here can honestly answer your question.

  • HT1430 I have the Iphone 5 and just recently updated to IOS 6.1.3 and my battery life is just not what it was with the 6.1.2.  I can start a day at 100% and in 6 to 7 hours be at 18%, (this actually occurred this past Monday) for no reason.

Hello, has anyone had problems with increase rate of battery life depletion?  When I say increased rate I mean loosing maybe 80% in a 7 hour time frame while using the Iphone for nothing more than checking weather or stocks?  This started after I went to the IOS 6.1.3.  Before I could easily get 3 days out of the phone. Now I am wondering if it will hold the charge before I get home from work.

    Hi imobl,
Thanks for your response, I forgot to add that the five 3uk sims we have in use, I have tried all of them none of them are recongnised non of them have pin codes, I even purchased four more sims Tmobile (original carrier) Vodaphone, 3 and giffgaff.

  • I have two phones sharing one icloud account. How do I keep the phones for sharing stock application information?

I have two iphones and three macbook pros. Instead of using my ical server to sync my calendar I am now using icloud to sync the calendars. Since I implemented this the stocks on each phone which were different are now same when the phone syncs. How do I break the syncing between the iphone stock applications?

    Welcome to the Apple community.
Ideally you should each have your own iCloud account, providing you with your own contacts, calendars etc, not doing so will result in exactly what you have experienced. The contacts have likely been lost due to the options you have chosen at the login stage on each device.
Unless you have the missing contacts in a backup file, they won't be recoverable unfortunately. You can add them manually to the contracts that already exist and continue to share the iCloud account if you wish, but I suggest that you each have your own iCloud account.
Note, you can each have your own iCloud account, but continue to share an iTunes account for purchases of apps, books, music, TV shows etc etc.

  • Review of the iPhone 3G: Finding Bliss with my new iPhone 3G

    ☻☻☻☻☻☻☻☻☻☻
    10/10 happy faces
I bought the new iPhone 3G a couple of weeks ago (the first Apple product I have owned), and I have to tell you--I LOVE IT! It is sheer "bliss". The phone is sleek and easy to hold. More importantly, it is super easy to use. Everything is activated by touch or a quick flick of your finger. And it's FUN! I've never had a "fun phone" before this.
I would recommend this phone to anyone, especially to those who have problems using the regular phone-style keypad to text. It is also the perfect phone to give to someone who may be "technically challenged" because once you comprehend how it works, it is easy to use.
Here are some of the things I like about the iPhone 3G:
    Usefulness & User Friendly
In the past, my other cell phones have been used for the calendar, once in a blue moon for the game on it, but mostly as a phone--that's it. With my iPhone, I can:
-download my email contact list in Outlook (or others) so that I have all my contacts on my phone
-call friends just by touching their name in my contact list
-activate the speaker by one touch during any call
-access the internet and enlarge parts of any website or turn the iPhone horizontally for easier reading
-send out a Twitter post in seconds
-plan my schedule in the calendar (I actually use this more now)
-use Google Maps to help me navigate and GPS to see exactly where I am and what's around me (makes ordering pizza a breeze)
-download numerous applications, music, videos etc from iTunes, plus from my computer (did that all on day 1)
-take great pictures; it's a camera too--I can view them separately or as a slideshow
-download photos from my laptop or PC to my phone
-get a TV guide app that will show me what's on TV--great for when I'm traveling (only US for now but they promise Canadian compatibility is on the way)
-get a movie app that shows me what movies are on, where and when (even in Canada!)
-gives me a direct link to YouTube so I can watch clips (get the 6G or higher data package!)
-check the weather forecast for the week--anywhere (great for when traveling!)
-check our stocks (not a pretty picture right now!)
-set world clocks (great for traveling!)
-play numerous games that I can download from iTunes (many simulate the Wii experience)
-use as an iPod, complete with headphones and speaker so I can take calls while listening to music (much like having a bluetooth)
-send and receive email (easy to read and to type)
    -easily send text messages*
-type notes and email them to myself so I can save on my PC**
    *Texting
I could text on my last phone, but I hated using the tiny numerical keypad. I'm not a teenager that can rapidly fire off a whole paragraph in mere seconds. It took me forever to type a text message. So I rarely used that function.
With my new iPhone, texting is a breeze--and fun. It is made easy by the use of a simulated keyboard that pops up. Since I'm a writer, using a keyboard is second nature to me. The letters on the iPhone keyboard are quite large and easy to tap. When you tap a letter and hold for a second, the letter pops up enlarged, making it easier to read for those of us who have vision issues. I don't even need my reading glasses for this.
All text conversations are stored so you can flick back over a conversation that may have taken place over weeks. You can read both sides of the conversation in colored balloons. Or you can erase the conversation and start fresh.
    **Notes
The notes application opens to a legal pad (yellow pad with lines). All you have to do is tap on a line to drop the cursor, then use the keyboard to type. With all typing on this phone, you can touch and hold and a magnifying bubble comes up, helping you to see the text more easily. This way you can move the cursor if you need to correct something. With the iPhone's smart technology, it'll offer you suggestions for words that you accept by tapping the space bar.
    Finding Bliss
Two nights ago, I discovered just how much this note app will help me. I write novels--suspense mainly. Because my imagination is so active and is always "on", I am often blasted with an idea for a novel at the least convenient time. Sometimes while I'm driving, sometimes while I'm watching TV. In these cases, I scramble around for paper, write down my thoughts, then end up losing or misplacing the paper if I haven't entered the info on my computer.
Two nights ago this happened. I was watching TV and a commercial came on. It was for Bliss chocolates. First, it made me want chocolate (lol). But the more I looked at the word "Bliss" in its pretty scrolling font, the more I started to picture a young girl--named Bliss.
    Then...BAM!
I was blasted with a story that made me sit up in my chair and reach for my iPhone. I couldn't let this idea or Bliss escape. I had to capture her story right away. So I made some notes. When I was done I had a very brief plot outline. I was extremely happy to see that I could email it to myself, which I did. Then I went on my PC, opened the email and copied the text into a new folder with the title of this new YA novel--Finding Bliss.
The following day I told my husband about my new novel idea and about Bliss and my iPhone note feature. While we sat in the mall, another piece of her story showed itself to me. So out came my iPhone, type-type-type send.
As my husband and I talked, he gave me a terrific idea. *I am going to write Finding Bliss on my iPhone!* A complete novel, using the notes feature. The iPhone will also be featured in my novel; someone will be using it. Marc suggested I contact Apple and let them know what I'm doing and how I'm using the new iPhone 3G. I think that's a great idea. They might get a kick out of the fact that a bestselling Canadian author is using her iPhone to write a novel.
I have already started Chapter 1 of Finding Bliss. My plan is to write it on the iPhone, then edit it on my PC.
As for Bliss chocolates, I bought a bag to celebrate. They're heavenly.
And my new novel? It will be a project of love.
Finding Bliss will be an emotional, heartwarming story of a teenager who must fight to survive a world of abuse, lies and loss. As she struggles to find herself, Bliss will discover exactly where she belongs and she'll learn that she is worthy of love after all.

    bestselling author of Whale Song

Wow, what a great review. But that's expected from a writer. I had an HTC Touch but it had to be rebooted after 20 to 30 minutes of play. It got kinda boring. I cant put this iphone down.
You forgot to add you can do full sentences without abbreviating when texting or emailing. It's that easy!

  • For those who are impatient for the Iphone 5 delivery. I got mine and didn't wait..

If you are impatient and want the iphone 5 in your hand the very next day, I suggest going to the apple site and place an order for in store pickup. Originally I placed my order with verizon and had a 3-4 week wait. Then I decided to cancel the verizon order and I got myself one the very next day and didn't have to wait for long delivery dates. Here is how I did it:
    1) Go to http://www.apple.com/retail/iphone/
    2) Notice the message "iPhone 5 is available in limited quantities. Buy it at your favorite Apple Retail Store or choose in-store pickup when you buy online between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m."
    3) I have noticed that by the time you fill out the form information at 10pm, the iphone 5's are out of stock at your local store in probably 5 minutes. So they sell out really fast. So what I did to bypass the form was to login with my appleid and pre-fill the form around 9:30pm and SAVE it to the cart.
    4) At this point, I needed to know exactly what store I wanted to pick it up from. I chose 3 stores around my area in order of preference in case if one didn't have it in stock I could move on to the next without wasting any time thinking about it at the time of checkout. When 9:55pm rolls around, I logged into my saved cart and checked out picking the store I wanted.
    5) Then entered my payment information and picked it up the next day.
The only disadvantage to this approach was you may not get your preferred store, but this didn't bother me too much as I didn't want to wait 4 weeks for my phone. I hope this helps some people. If there are questions, I will try to answer.. Good luck to those still waiting!!
