Is the iTunes Store Down - APPLE PLEASE RESPOND

This could just be me but,
My iMac, iPod and iPad all show they are connected to the internet but the internet and apps that use the internet don't work.
However, on my laptop, which is windows, all internet stuff works perfectly fine.

The first part of the error is true - I haven't used the AppleID with the iTunes store.

received the upgrade code using this same AppleID, so I don't think I can use a different AppleID.

It's clearly not a cookie issue..
As for cookies. Quit the App Store. Now open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder.
Type this exactly as you see it here: ~/Library/Cookies
Click Go the move the com.apple.appstore.plist file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store.

You'll probably have to make sure the date and time is correct on your computer.

I changed my apple id password and the apple id is still fine, but itunes has it disabled. I verified that the computer is authorized for this apple id. What to do now?

Help with the iTunes store on Mac, Please!

Hi, Iv'e got an iTunes '11 on my Mac but the iTunes store won't load. It just shows the apple logo. However, the store works fine on my iPod Touch. How do I fix this?

I am trying to updste some apps on my iphone and download an app on to my ipad and the itunes store is down for some reason. It has been down fro about 30 minutes. Anyone know why or when it will be back?

Buying music from the iTunes store with Apple TV.

Since changing to the new Apple TV I can't find a way to purchase Music directly from the iTunes store. I can rent and buy Movies, so IO'm sure there must be a way but I can't seem to work it out.

It is NOT only an iTunes 8 issue. I was unable to make any purchases on the iTunes store last night before I updated to 8, and still cannot make any purchases now after I upgraded.
It is quite frustrating that I can browse the store and find things I like, but I cannot actually BUY anything. Apparently my money is not THAT important. Nor is anybody else's.
In today's society, it's completely unheard of for any company, big or small, to go longer than 8 hours without the ability to process purchases, it's usually a fatal business mistake. Yet we just sit back and let it happen?
This from a company that is already behind the times in online multimedia purchasing to begin with. iTunes is one of the only companies left who do not keep records of content purchases that allows users to re-download content in the event of a hard drive failure or similar. Once you buy, Apple washes it's hands of you as a customer. I'll call that the "as long as we got OUR money..." syndrome.

How do I browse and listen to music samples in the iTunes Store on Apple TV 2

I have an ATV2 and want to browse and listed to music samples in the iTunes Store as I did before, did this change or is there something that I need to setup to do this?

You can't. This has never been possible on an ATV 2 as you can't purchase music on it. You can use home-sharing or airplay to stream local music or you can stream music via iCloud on ATV with iTunes Match subscription.

I've been trying for a WEEK to make a few purchases on iTunes, and I keep getting messages that the either there was an error in the iTunes store or that the iTunes store is unavailable.
I've checked for updates ... I have the most current version (Windows XP).
I've run diagnostics ... no problems.
Suggestions anyone?

AHA !!!! After reading some of the other topics, it seems that trying one of the solutions in there for various iTunes problems has helped ... deauthorizing and re-authorizing my 'puter.

I cannot get the store to load it just times out.Also since the latest itunes update I can no longer download an individual song from itunes plus,the only option is to buy all.I dont want to upgrade all the songs but there is some that I would like to .Has itunes changed the way itunes plus works as there is no longer a purchase button.

Try the following solution I have been giving to a lot of Windows 7/Vista users:
Possible solution but this is one of the rarest problems I've ever encountered with my iPhone and this fixed it for me, I had the same problem. Open Command Prompt as administator and type in 'netsh winsock reset'. Probably won't fix it but it's worth a try.

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems. I'm in the U.S. The itunes version 10.7.0.21 I am trying to get to my purchases to re-download something and I cannot access it. Error 5002. Also when I try to log into my account the error message is "itunes is temporarily unavailable".

Yeah I'm having the same problem as you, I live in the U.K. and when I click to view the YouTube app I was able to view perfectly fine yesterday but today a pop-up appears saying 'This item is not available in the U.K. store' when in fact it is.
I'm not able to view my account as well a pop-up message says 'iTunes is temporarily unavaliable'
