Is the Nike+ integration on ipod nano missing any features from the regular iOS app?

I've used Nike+ on my iphone for quite some time now, but I'm considering getting an 8g nano also. Are there features from the iOS app that I will discover are missing on the Nike+ nano version?

- For other music you will need a third-party program like one of those discused here:
Copy music
- Connect the iPod to your compouter and make a backup by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up.
- Restore the iPod from that backup
Nothe that the backup that iTunees makes does not include synced media like apps nd music.

You should take the time to familiarize yourself with the documentation that is available. You can "uncheck" a song in iTunes, and then do a manual update.

FaceTime is not available on iPhones purchased in the UAE. It doesn't matter where you activate it or what version of the software you update it to. It can't be added to those phones. Ever. Sorry.

Well i baught it for many reasons but one of them. Was that i needed a refresh of the photos app i have had every iphone since the beggining and it bored me so when i saw iphotoit seemed that way like a newer way of seeing your photos while having awesome editing tools. The tools are really cool but was hoping it to be less lagy and to actuatlly replace the photos app At least that is how i saw it

Some months ago I had problems syncronising my pedometer walks from my iPod Nano 5th generation to the Nike+ website via iTunes. I then had read that many people were having the same problems. It would seem like if it had syncronised, but then you would see '0' on your fuel. It had been said that the problem would be fixed by late Autumn/Fall. Has this been fixed?

Ipod Nano - Missing Tech Specs

Hi All,
I have been thinking about this for quite some time now, and I would really like to get myself a Ipod Nano with a watch band (silver metal ofcourse). There is only one thing i am missing, and that is a mic.
I would be wonderful to have a mic built in or if it supports the headphone mic, and there is yet another flaw when I think about this. Its installion third party apps such as viber or skype. Tell me if I am wrong, but wouldn't it be awesome to have a watch slash "phone" VOIP ability. Then I would never have to take the phone out of my pocket, or even have to have a phone.
So, all this leads to 2 small easy questions. Firstly, is there support for the iphone/headphone mic? Secondly, is there any work around to install third party apps?
I would appreciate any information on this matter

My ipod nano will not eject from the computer and it says that it is connected even tho i have hit the eject button on itunes. What do i do????

I have tried to disconnect my ipod nano from the computer and it continues to say that it is connected. I am afriad to unplug it because I did that a few minutes ago to try and fix it and I had to reset it. It was completely synced when i hit the eject button. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Right click on the iPod Nano icon. "Eject" should pop up. At least that is the way it works on Macs.

You need to upgrade the computer's OS. Choose About this Mac from the Apple menu and check the processor.
If it's a PowerPC Mac, it can't sync that device.
If it's a Core Duo Mac, click here, install the DVD, and run Software Update.
If it's a Core 2 Duo or better Mac, upgrade it as if it was a Core Duo Mac, and once done, if desired, open the Mac App Store and try downloading Yosemite. If you get told it's incompatible, go to the online Apple Store and order a download code for Lion 10.7.
Mac OS X 10.7 and newer don't support PowerPC software such as Microsoft Office 2004. If you upgrade the OS, back up the computer first.
Some device models require Mac OS X 10.7.5 to sync.

IPod Nano (2G) - any way to track serial number?

I know this has been asked in a few different ways but here is my take...
My son's iPod nano is missing. We think we know who stole it but I cannot locate my receipt or the case it came in so I cannot locate the serial number. As with all Apple items I have purchased, I did register it with Apple and have all of the apple accounts, etc... Is there a location in iTunes or through Apple where iPods registered to me are listed? I have been searching and searching to no avail. I gotta find this serial number.
Before anyone lectures me... I know, I know... keep track of your stuff. There are some extenuating circumstances here... Just looking for some HELP !

There is a [email protected] email address I found that you could ask them if they could send you the serials. Although, being a not-secure method, I doubt they would just send them out. But it might get a dialog started by which you can get the information. Maybe if you sent them the other serial numbers to compare against, they could send you the one you are missing.
Good luck. I googled finding registered products and it looks like there used to be a way via the Apple website, but it is no longer possible.
