Is the region based on billing address or physical location?

I live in the US but travel internationally and sometimes am overseas for several months at a time.
So if I'm still overseas while I try to sign up for Creative Cloud, would I have the option of the US pricing (since my billing address and credit card are all based in the US)?
Or do I have to wait until I return to the States to sign up?
And I guess the other question is, if I sign up in the US, would I be able to continue using the software (download and install, etc.) overseas?

Hi Justin,
I would recommend signing up and begin using the software in the US, after the software is setup and running you should be able to travel and continue to use the software without issue. This is my current understanding but I will continue to investigate, if I learn otherwise I will let you know.

This changes the actual store. There are dozens of stores. Each store is posted in ONLY ONE LANGUAGE. Changing the country (actually, it changes the store) doesn't change the language. The language is hard-fixed for the particular country's store. You cannot change the language of the store. You can only change the store. The German Store is always in German. You can change to the U.S. store, but you can NEVER download / purchase anything from a different store than the one where you first got your Apple ID.
You could create a new Apple ID in the U.S. store, but that is only allowed WHILE YOU ARE LOCATED IN THE U.S. This is the most annoying limitation of the Apple ID and flies in the face of Apple's attempt to present a globe-trotter image for their customers.

HT1918 I am a US citizen now residing in Poland. My bank accounts are in the US and my billing address has been changed to my Polish address. Now I can't use these US credit/bank cards on itunes for purchase (for both US and Polish itunes accounts). ???

Any ideas about how I can be allowed to make purchases in itunes again? TIA

Expanding on what RG said, you need a credit card issued by a bank in the country in which you are and that has its billing address there. Since your credit card was issued by a US bank but has a Polish billing address, that card will not be usable in either the US or Polish iTunes Store. If you reside now in Poland, then as RG said you will need to get a card issued by a Polish bank with a Polish billing address. Or, if Apple offers prepaid iTunes cards in Poland (you cannot use cards issued in another country), you could use those.

How i can route the traffic based on destination address ?

As you can see in the image i have two different setups.
ISP A setup is completely dedicated for Production & ISP B setup is dedicated for whole staff internet.
Below is the network information;
Firewall:
GigE0/0 - PUBLIC IP (PAT)
GigE0/1 - 192.168.0.1/24 no dhcp
ISP B Router:
ATM 0 - PUBLIC IP (PAT)
FaE0/0 - 192.168.0.2/24
FaE0/1 - 192.168.92.1/24 dhcp
Servers - 192.168.0.xxx/24
Clients - 192.168.92.xxx/24
All the clients have internet access through ISP B.
If a client wants to connect to any of the server, what kind of configuration is required on ISP B rotuer. I though of route-maps or doing a static routing between Firewall & ISP B Router but i am not sure which is the best practice to do so.
Kindly suggest with some suitable solutions.

You can have the required filtered rule created as an ACL... you can restrict how ever you wan't. Map that ACL to the route map and set a next hop to needed routing point. Then finally map that ACL to the interface of the router. In this case every traffic mentioned in route map and access-list will follow the PBR rule. All other traffic will route as usuall with the default route.

Dunning letter based on Bill-to-party

Hi,
We have a custom smartform for Dunning letter which is a copy of a standard one.It is being triggered by BTE.
We have an incoming structure 'mhnd' which is populated based on sold to party and picks up all the outstanding documents pertaining to it.The dunning letter is issued to the sold to party customer.
The function module (FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF)trigggered by the event has mhnd already populated and is passed in the tables parameter.
Now the requirement is to pick the data based on bill to party and issue it to that customer.
How can we change the data in mhnd based on bill to party?

You don't need to change the print because sold to party and bill to party are both customer for FI, so u need only to know the right customer code.

Creating NAC remediation rules based on MAC address

Any idea please. Is it possible to control PCs allowed on the network based on MAC address list in NAC? I.e Create a list of MAC addresses for PCs on my network in NAC; then each pc granted network access (passed NAC authentication and remediation) on the network only if its MAC address is in that list.
So my checks will be:
1. Have antivirus updated
2. Have antispyware updated
3. Have windows updates installed
4. Have MAC address registered in the MAC list
5. etc.
Then after the above checks pass --> GRANT network access.

I have been doing some of this, and while it does provide some of the functionality that is lost without the ability to apply rules only to read messages, it is not a complete solution. One of the biggest drawbacks is that it is not easy to selectively limit what new mail shows up the smart mailbox. One approach that works, sort of, is to limit the smart mailbox to only messages from people in my address book. However, not all relevant messages are from people already in my mailbox, so it requires constantly double checking to make sure that things are slipping through the cracks.
The best thing about being able to apply rules, after receiving them, based on the status of a message is that it puts the control in the users hands. It allows you to selectively apply rules, only when you want to apply them. Rather than always/never, you have the ability to apply rules "sometimes/as needed." It allows for fuzzy logic, rather than hard conditions.

Curves in region-based hyperdraw?

I just moved from logic 5 platinum on windows to logic 7 pro on osx tiger. i'm pretty happy with the upgrade, but one thing is driving me nuts: how do i make curves in the region-based hyperdraw?
I can simply option-click when editing-track based hyperdraw, but this does not work in region-based hyperdraw. even if i select the automation arrow tool (as explained on pg 323 of the ref. manual), it has no effect at all on region hyperdraw. the matrix editor doesn't even give me the automation arrow tool.
am i stuck to linear automation in regions, or just missing something?

I should also mention that i did perform all updates to logic using the software update tool in system preferences.
additionally, i can create curves in the track-based hyperdraw, then use options->track automation->move current track automation to region, and i do see these curves now in the region, can drag the control points etc, but still can't actually change the curve shapes themselves...

Replacement laptop to Billing address

Hello,
The original device that I received had some issues and I had to call in to return and get a new replacement unit. I had requested the replacement unit to be shipped to my Billing address and the same was acknowledged by the customer service not once but many times. Now the replacement device is going to the shipping address. Can you please do something to change the destination to my billing address?

US iPad doesn't accept UK billing address details

I bought my iPad from the US but I live in the UK, so my billing address has UK postcode (includes letters and numbers). However whenever I try to buy something from the Appstore, the ipad asks to confirm my billing address on my appleID and by default asks me to change my postcode to US format (00000) and add a US state. Therefore my credit card payment doesn't go through as I have to put in a dummy postcode/state...
Could this be because I originally got my appleid when I used to live in the US? Is there a way to fix this? Should I get a new appleID and reset my ipad? Thank you!

Have you tried logging out of your account by tapping on it in Settings > Store and then logging back in ? Have you also checked that your full address details are correct on your account ?

- You do not want to set up a new account if you have media purchased with the old account. You have to log into the account the purchased items to update apps and authorize computers to use the items.
- Just edit the account to reflect Switzerland, this includes the payment method (card billing address) too. Also, if yo use a gift card, the card has to have been purchased in Switzerland.

There's nothing you can do. Not all apps are available everywhere. The developer of the app chose which country Apple is allowed to sell.

For you to use the US iTunes Store you must have a billing address in the USA. You can change your country but then you will be using the iTunes Store for that country, and not everything will be available.
To change your country you need to click on Change Country or Region in the Account Information section of iTunes on your computer.

I tried it but it fails, the line number is based on the order in which the records are displayed in the BP/Addresses/ billing address Screen.
For example:
Address          Linenum
Abc               1
Test1               0
In the above example Test1 is added first and Abc is added second.
So the line number is 0 and 1.
When the records are displayed in BP/Addresses/ billing address Screen,
it displayes Abc first and Test1as second record.
So according to the screen display the Abc is line 0 and test1 is line 1.
But in the database the values are vice versa. So when I want to update the
Values using the DIAPI , I need to know the value for SetCurrentLine(XYZ)
How can I find it?

Line number in CRD1 table has nothing to do with SetCurrentLine.
SetCurrentLine index depends on the order of
the records displayed in BP/Addresses/ billing address Screen, which is sort by
Name.
