Is the store down? Can't download my movies - error 8003 keeps appearing
I keep receiving the error when re-starting a partially downloaded movie on my MacBook Pro. I have re-started my computer and quit iTunes but have had no luck in resolving the issues. Please help!
I am now on my 3rd customer service rep and they can't fix it... Can Apple please get their act together?!

In itunes...preferences you can change the setting to import songs instead of mp4 to mp3. Afer changing this setting, right click to the songs and than you are able to convert to mp3. ths's it -

The minimum requirement for iCloud is Lion 10.7.5 (Mavericks preferred): the iCloud Preference Pane does not appear on earlier systems - the MobileMe pane appears on Lion and earlier but is now non-functional - you cannot now open or access a MobileMe account.
To make use of iCloud you will have to upgrade your Mac to Lion or Mavericks, provided it meets the requirements.

Lion is available in the Online Apple Store ($19.99). I can do everything in iTunes but get to the store. When I try to access the store I can't get to the main screen. It freezes up. I have the latest version. Can anyone provide any suggestions or help?

Look into what security software you are running and disable it and also go to apple.com/support and search for
itunes store connection issues by actually typing that into the bar next to support then scroll down to one of the TS articles and begin a jounrey of internet explorer configuration.

If you mean a movie purchased from the iTunes Store then the answer is no. Movies purchased from the iTunes Store are protected by DRM (Digital Rights Management) in this case using Apple's 'FairPlay' scheme and this prevents you simply copying and playing the file.
You can however purchase a movie from the iTunes Store and either play it via iTunes on a Mac or PC which could be connected to your TV, or you can use an Apple TV device which is specifically made for this purpose.

If on the otherhand you mean just a movie you have downloaded from a website which is nothing to do with Apple's iTunes Store then it very much depends on the format of the movie. Some 'Smart' TVs can play some movie file formats from USB memory sticks. You will need to check the specs of your TV to see what formats it supports. -

OK. If both of you are Windows 7. Make sure you go to Windows update (START button, type in Windows Update). Check for updates and update whatever that are available. (especially Microsoft .NET Framework 4 )
After that see if you still get this error message.
The last resort would be to unistall and reinstall the whole thing.
Follow the steps below:
1. Go to Microsoft website to fix install and Unistall problems. Click "Run now" from Fix it to remove all iTunes & related installer files:

You should restore the the iPod to totally erase the iPod and add your own media to the iPod.
