Is the webpage for downloading Adobe Flash broken?

I'm using Firefox 25.0.1 with Windows 7 on a Dell laptop, and for the past 3 days I've tried unsuccessfully to download Adobe Flash Player. I start at this screen: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. It shows the current version to be Version 11.9.900.152 and correctly identifies my system as Windows 64-bit , English, Firefox. I click on Install now and am taken to this screen: http://www.adobe.com/. This has a Black Friday deal offer which cannot be closed, and in the lower right, a box for Downloads. I click on Adobe Flash Player, and am taken back to this screen: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. This is an endless loop, and at no point do I get a download.
Can I report this somewhere other than this forum?

The problem is that the "Optional offer:" part* is not shown in Firefox at the site https://get3.adobe./en/flashplayer/update/plugin/ and you can't download anything then.
My version of Firefox: 25.0.1

In Internet Explorer 11 the download works fine.
Please fix it.
* I do not understand why Adobe is including this "Optional Offer", which is activated by default.
That kind of "if you don't read properly, you download/install software you nerver wanted"-thing is common these days and it screws up so many computers.

Assuming you are using Safari ...
Quit Safari.
Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Storage tab. Click: Delete All
Now uninstall the Flash plugin then reinstall new > Troubleshoot Flash Player | Mac OS
Make sure to uninstall the currently installed Flash plugin first.
Launch Safari From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Empty Cache
Now try a video.
BTW... if you have the ClickToFlash extension installed, that can prevent Flash based video from streaming. It can also be installed as a plugin in /Library/Internet-Plug-Ins.
And check to see if Safari is running in 32 bit mode. Right or control click the Safari icon in your Applications folder then click Get Info. If the box next to: Open in 32 bit mode is selected, deselect, quit then relaunch Safari.

Ziatron is correct that Flash does not work on an iPad, but it does work on a Mac. See Adobe Flash Player 11.2.202.160.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I have read so many comments about Flash being incompatible with Lion I was wondering whether to download it or not. So many sites on the Web still require flash, however, you almost don't have a choice but to download it even if it is incompatible. I gather a better version of Flash will be available for Lion soon. Again, thanks for the help. I will download the latest version of Flash.

It is asking for your computer administrator account password to make system changes. You "should" have an administrator account password.

That message is just a standard one issued, mainly for Windows users, you can disregard it if you didn't install any anti-virus. (OS X has one installed by Apple that doesn't interfere)
It's just some forms of anti-malware are really paranoid and lock the entire machine down. (like Norton)

Flash is not, and probably never will be, supported on the iPad : http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/ . Plus it would be up to Adobe to make a version of their flash player that works on iOS devices, something which they have never managed to do and which they have now given up on trying to do.
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter and Puffin 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites, especially news sites, have their own apps in the App Store, so your could try checking there for your sites (and there is the built-in YouTube app).

After I downloaded the new version of Adobe Flash Player 11.3.300.262, I can't seem to play games with my friends on Yahoo Messenger.

It could be a coincidence but when I upgraded to the latest version of Adobe Flash Player 11.3.300.262 I can't seem to play any games on Yahoo Messenger with my friends. I know when I updated for some reason I had to try 3 times before it took it. It shows it's updated. I'm wondering if I have to un-install and re-install it. Now I'm really confused if this is causing a problem. I have never had to check Internet Explorer for plug ins before. Have always just updated in Foxfire since that's what I use. The Adobe Flash Player seems to play videos okay so not really sure if that's the issue or not. My Java plug-ins have been fine and have been updated awhile ago, so I know it's not that. Well, after hours of trying to figure it out I gave up and un-installed and re-installed that last verion of Adobe Flash Player and now it seems I can play games again in Messenger. Everything else had been fine just that. I can only figure it was because it was having a hard time updating the first time and took me 3 tries. So even though it said it was installed, apparently it wasn't done correctly.
Though when I couldn't figure out what was wrong at first I looked and checked to see all the things were enabled that were supposed to be and they were.
I even tried to go to the Adobe site and download the last version I had and couldn't find it. Kept coming up with the new version. Others said if you download a particular older version it may not have all the security features in it.
This really gets to be a bit much, especially when you're by yourself and have only a smattering of knowledge of technical things.

Merely clicking the Preview icon in the Dock doesn't cause it to open anything, unless you had one or more windows open the last time it quit.
If you're sure you've installed the latest version of Flash, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test.
1. If you're getting a "blocked plug-in" error, triple-click the line below to select it:
/Library/Internet Plug-Ins Right-click or control-click the highlighted text and select
Services ▹ Open
from the contextual menu. A folder should open. If there is more than one item in the folder with the words "Flash Player" (not "flashplayer") in the name, open the respective Info windows, check the version numbers, and delete all except the latest.
