Is their any way to restrict user from overriding the graphs in SAP APO?

Dear All,
As we know, we can copy the graphs to other users using /n/sapapo/sdp_graph. But is their any way to restrict user from overriding the graph to particular user.
Scenarios:
In a project we have super user and semi-super user, whenever super user uses above t-code to copy graph to all users (he has included semi-super user id to target user list) but semi-super user does not want to override his graph by super user.
Do we have such function in APO to restrict?

This is so our guests cannot tamper or disable the device. We are already using Apple Configurator but their does not seem to be a way to lock down settings without a PIN.

If you will settle for a composite where all image are re-sized for a particular tile size and virtually cropped to its aspect ratio. It may also be a limitation with the app, your 1G iPad can only be updated to iOS 5.1.1 where your bother inlaw's 2G will update to the latest iOS 6.1.3. Check the apps requirements in the iTunes Store.
You should also Reset your devices, unplug the Apple TV then plug it back in. To Reset your iPad:
From the Home screen double tap the Home button to view the multitasking bar at the bottom. Tap and hold an app at the bottom till the icons wiggle with the minus button visible. Tap the button to close all apps then tap the Home button to get back to the Home page. Press and hold the Sleep button till you see the Slide to power off message and power it off. Once powered down completely press and hold the sleep button till the Apple icon appears.

I'm having this problem as well, and found your post. Are you referring to the Enabled State of the entire graph? If so, this prevents the user from moving the cursor at all while the VI is running, which, of course, defeats the purpose of having a cursor at all. Ideally, I would like to show the cursor palette and disable it's run-time shortcut menu. This doesn't appear to be possible. One workaround would be to hide the palle and instead include some indicators that show the cursors' values. I'd prefer to show the palette to keep the program simpler.
Any other solutions?

Hai,
It is not possible to restrict SU3 to display, because it has only S_TCODE has the authorization object.
If you really want to restrict users from changing their profile you have to remove the SU3 access and give SU1 or SU2 which gives access only to Personnel details and Parameters.

We have a requirement to prevent users from ship confirming on a particular date. This is due to they are performing Annual Physical Inventory.
Is it possible to restrict users performing shipping transactions on this particular date?
I have tried adding exception to the existing Calendar set at org level and there is no customer specific Calendar defined, however it is still allowing me to perform ship confirm.
Please let me know if you have any suggestion on this requirement.

You can add An Exception in Your Shipping Calender.
So when Some one tries to ship an Order on that date Oracle will automatically select Next possible date.

They want data to be read only and no body should be able to change neither Grid nor Forms and neither Smart View. If we restrict by Shared services access then again they can't change ownership management value.

I've been giving HD videos in MTS format and convert the for editing in FCE. Looks good in the program, but when I export the finished film, quality had been noticeable diminished. Is there any way to prevent FCE from lowering the output quality?

Is there any way to prevent Pr from seizing the foreground?

I'm on Mac OS, when I launch Pr, and go back to my email, Pr persists in taking control of my computer and making itself the foreground application, interrupting my work. It does this even before the Project is completely open; so this can happen two or three times before it's really ready.
This is EXTREMELY ANNOYING, and I can see little benefit to this behavior. OK, maybe it would be nice to know when Pr is ready for projects that take a really long time to load. But, it seems to me that seizing the foreground should be an option in the Preferences. Many many many more times than not, I don't want Pr interrupting me.
I have already submitted my Feature Request, but if anybody knows a hack to the app that will stop this, I'd be most grateful to know it.
Oh, and "You Know Who," I know before you even say it what you're going to suggest: "Don't run any apps along with Pr." Thats doesn't cut it. Because Pr also seizes the FG when I'm working in Ae or Ps, and the CS is designed to have multiple apps opened at once. Modern OSs are designed for multi-tasking. We need to have FTP client, email, browser, etc. open all the time to conduct business. And having two computers isn't in the cards for all users. But, preventing annoying and mostly useless functions are.

I anticipated there would be some unhelpful responses to this, especially from Windows users crowing about not having this problem.
Those of you advocating patience are the same people who get annoyed by other irritations in software, I have no doubt.
As you know, ten or twenty seconds (or whatever your typical launch time is) wasted 300 times a year adds up. Software is supposed to help us; not get in our way.
I'd appreciate it if you forum people with insane post counts could refrain from commenting on every post, especially with unhelpful information.
This is not a Mac thing; it's an Adobe on Mac thing. None of my non-Adobe apps do this. Just Pr and Ae. Ps, Ai and AME load in the BG and stay there.

Any way to disable Pulseaudio from changing the master channel volume?

I'm aware that this is part of how PA works, I wanted to know if anyone knows how to make it work just like ALSA without PA, where the individual app volume sliders do not alter the master volume if they get any higher than it.
I'm using KMix under KDE 4.10.
And ditching PulseAudio is not an option.

Ok, i have seen already the authorization for document manual numbering and it is available only for 8.8 versions and not on 2007 version of SAP.
Anyway, when im doing the testing i found out that for banking transactions like incoming, user can still use the manual series even if he has no authorization for manual document numbering.
Another concern from our client was the use of manual series only, is it also possible in SAP? I tried to give user authorization in the manual document numbering and no authorization to series group no but user cannot already open the transaction window. Let us know if their inquiry is possible so i could inform them that only manual series can be restricted.

Is there a way to restrict users from changing roles
themselves? If a user goes to My Connections and then clicks Edit,
they could, in theory, change to any group they want--except to the
administrator group because you have to enter a password. If the
admin isn't watching the site 24/7, the user can change their roll,
let's say from a writer to a publisher, and publish something
before the admin can notice.
Is there anything that can be done to restrict that?

You can use connection keys...this will only allow a user to
change their name and email address (I think...I can check on this
tomorrow). We use these at my work and it allows for a lot more
control over who is assigned to the proper groups.
