Is there a bug?

hi everyone, iweb is behaving really weird today! there seems to be so many glitches, but i'm not sure what the real problem is. please help.
i designed a simple box with text in it. I then put a line border around the box. Then i made the box orange. after i publish it, nothing looks right.
(1) The box has a line border around it, but instead of the entire box orange, only part of the box is orange.
(2) Some text got bolded correctly, but other did not get bolded as i wanted.
(3) the text didn't line up correctly.
(4) The font was assigned incorrectly. I wanted American typewriter regular, the result is bold times new roman.
(5) I don't want any line to show on my hyperlink word, but there's a line there. also, I wanted the hyperlink word to be black, but the word is white.
does my iweb have a virus? it's really not behaving correctly, even with the most basic stuff.
please help. thanks. i wonder if apple has a warranty for the program?

CIAO! Yesterday, I tried to load, and update a new photo page onto Iweb. Same thing. I loaded about 10 x - made my whole day miserable. It would prepare pages, then ask NOT TO CLOSE APPLICATION, while it worked in the background - forever....went blue...then went red again with these types of error messages after almost an hour! Error messages were different, not always the same but similar to this...

What is going on. I am very frustrated as well. Recently upgraded to Leopard - now everything is so slow...but my Iphoto is .05...if that is the problem - how ridiculous is this...it worked fine with Panther...HELP

OK - here is what I've done in the past. As I want to be able to save my photos on a DVD that can be read by both a PC and a Mac, I am burning them in Finder. I start by downloading into IPhoto. I'll flag and edit the ones I want to print or post to the web. After that I want to take all the keepers and move them from IPhoto to various files I create in the document section of Finder. I've done it both ways in the past, copy and paste or just drag over, all the files would transfer over. Now there may be dozens of pictures that do not move over - very random, in one case there were only 6 photos and the 3 vertical ones did not copy over.
I'm wondering if this is a software issue or if there is just too much data being moved around. FYI there are 2 Nikon cameras I use and the files from both do this.

Try this:
1. Turn the router, iPad and printer off
2. Turn on the router and then wait 30 seconds
3. Turn on printer and then wait 30 seconds
4. Turn on your iPad and test print.

Numbers '09 has a Reorganize panel and the top section of that panel is for sorting. Numbers 3 also has the ability to sort and it works. However, Numbers '09 and Numbers 3 sort differently.
In Numbers '09, if you had a formula such as =Table 1::A1 and if a sort of Table 1 moved cell A1 to A20, the formula would change to =Table 1::A20. In Numbers 3, the formula would stay =Table1::A1.

I have downloaded and used the iPod Reset Utility, alot that did. My current state is iTunes on my XP Home with SP3 sees the iPod. When I drag a song to the iPod, the Sync message appears for about 5 minutes, then the Apple symbol appears. But no song has been transferred to the iPod.
I tried to tap into the XP iTunes database from my iBook, but although it acted like it would add the XP library to the iBook library, it did not. I've got 19 Gs of songs on the XP. If I have to load each song from its original CD to get it on my iBook I'm going to start looking for some other app or device so that I can listen to my music.
It is a shame, in the old days, Apple techs use to look at what was going on, now it appears they don't, so they never know they have problems until Apple's profits fall.

Is there a bug in the new photoshop CS6 13.0.1.1 update? (Mac OS 10.7.5)

Since installing the latest update of photoshop CS6 13.0.1.1, (Mac OS 10.7.5, iMac late 2009) I have noticed the following problems: when I double click on the panels bar, the panel does not collapse, I have to right click on the bar to get the panel to collapse. Withe the curves adjustment layer, command clicking on the image does not register the point on the curve and command shift click will not set a point on the curves. this is all happening since the upgrade. Is it me or is there a bug in the update?

Thanks M, you're right, I do have 13.0.1, it's just for some reason ive noticed some strange behavior in photoshop, can't figure out why. I still can't get my panels to collapse when double clicking the bar and the curves adjustment layer doesn't allow me to place a point using the eyedropper tool when clicking on the image, this has just recently started after reinstalling photoshop on my imac using the creative cloud application manager

Here's the issue...
We are forwarding a number of URL's from one website to another.
When we create these under the iPlanet Web Server Admin UI, the URL's appear, and get written to obj.conf, and the Web Server appears to "Save and Apply" the changes, effectively restarting the Solaris Process ID.
The problem is that the httpd process does not actually restart, and the URL forwards return a 404.
If we manually restart the Web Server daemon, everything appears to funtion properly.
I have been searching through the iPlanet Knowledge Base, and not haveing any luck, so I am hoping someone here may have an idea.

Is there a bug in the as3 tween class

Is there a bug in the as3 tween class that causes tweens to stop before completing. I read that there is and that a 3rd party tween class should be used. I'm just starting out learning as3 and experimenting but this would be good to know when I move onto more complex projects.
Also the solution for this was to make your function global. Does this simply mean place your function in the top level of your movie.
I have done research on this topic but I found many conflicting answers.
Any assistance is welcome thanks in advance.

the tween declaration (if you need one) must be placed within the scope of the function. so, if the below function f() is defined in a movieclip, you can use any of the 3 (but don't use the last):

Since moving to Maverick and the new updated of Keynote, I have a constant problem when typing in a text box, the program crashes. Is there a bug fix for this. Drives me nuts.

Looking at the feature list I am tempted to buy Elements 4. But I have read many reviews that indicate that it is "bug ridden"- most reviews are dated just after release. Have Adobe fixed the bugs now?

Unfortunately you seem to be suffering from what has come to be known in PE4 terms as the "Goldilocks Syndrome". Do you remember when Goldilocks ate the porridge; one was too hot; one was too cold and one was just right. This went on with the beds etc. Well, it seems (from this very forum) that PE4 has a similar problem; if your computer is over specified (even with ALL the latest available drivers installed), it won't run properly; if it is under specified (even with ALL the latest available drivers installed), it also won't run properly, it has to be just right. There are people out there who's computers are just right, as we don't hear from them, obviously.
See if you can take your copy of PE4 back to the shop (they should have told you that a new one was coming out, well, if they were a good shop) and wait for PE7 which should have all the PE4 bugs worked out. They don't have to do much with the interface as it's already flawless. Very difficult to improve on the best. They just have to make sure it works on E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E's computer.
Have a look at Steve's PE7 introduction video's on the Adobe website. That's how a software should work.
